The cabin is beautiful, fully furnished. Plenty of room for a large group. The mountain view is wonderful, especially the evenings when storms are on the other side of the mountains - what a lightning show! The area is beautiful - be sure to visit the Titanic Museum. We learned more about the disaster at this museum than another exhibit in Chicago several years ago.

We stayed in this cabin for our honeymoon and it was a great experience! Everything was clean when we got there and it looked just like the pictures. Everything was in running order and there were no surprises. The cabin is somewhat secluded which is nice, and close to many local restaurants and attractions and is even a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We also liked that it was very close to one of the few entrances into the Smoky Mountain National Park. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who is considering!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. We enjoyed playing pool and soaking in the hot tub every night. The setting is peaceful. The location was great for riding our motorcycles.

We (a family of 6) had a great week long stay. The cabin was fabulous. Large but cozy and cute but not cheesy. The beds are super comfortable and everything was clean. We had one small issue that was QUICKLY resolved by the owners. They are very responsive and friendly. We Would recommend this cabin highly. Our only negative would be that we were traveling with a 2 year old and there are lots of stairs to be mindful of...

I want to first thank Donn and Margaret Tisch for being so helpful. When you call they are there ready and willing to help. We all appreciated you both. Our stay at the cabin was all that we asked for and more. The cabin was clean, roomy and plenty of items there for our use. The other thing we loved about this cabin was it was far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the mountains but close enough to Peigon Forge and Gatlinburg. This is defiantly a place we will return to.

My husband and I took a trip to the Smokey Mountains to celebrate our 40th. anniversary. Your cabin was so delightful and had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was so much better than staying in a hotel! The cabin was spacious and had everything one would need. It would be a beautiful place to stay in the fall to view the changing colors. The cabin was everything we had hoped, well stocked, incredible view, clean, great beds. We had one small problem with a toilet and someone came right out to take care of it. I would highly recommend this cabin. I had spend probably 60+ hours researching cabins and was completely satisfied.

We absolutely loved our stay at your cabin in the Smokey Mountains. It felt like a long lost friend had finally come home the minute we walked in the door! The cabin is beautiful and spotlessly clean with large open porches to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful views. It is situated between Townsend and Pigeon Forge and a stones throw away from the beautiful Smokey Mountains! We would highly recommend staying at Black Bear Hollow and are happily making plans to return next year!!

A beautiful cabin nestled in Wears Valley. We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway!

I consider myself a connoisseur of rental properties in the Smoky Moutains having rented many over the years. Donn and Margaret always answered questions in a quick and timely manner which is very important when trying to accomadate a large group. First and foremost, Golden View Lodge was immaculate, which literally is the first thing I look at when walking into a chalet. The kitchen was well-stocked, we never reached for something that we did not find. The grill was in great shape and in working order. We did not use the Hot Tub, only because it was in the high 90's when we were there, and not cooling down much in the evening. Golden View Lodge is surrounded in decks with plenty of chairs to admire the incredible views! There is also a surprised bonus of an unique firepit that also has plenty of chairs. Importantly, the drive and driveway are easy to navigate with plenty of level parking. Definitely would rent from Donn and Margaret in the future, and give Golden View Lodge 5 stars.

It was a beautiful cabin and the sunsets are breathtaking. We couldn't wait to see them each day.

We found our stay in this lovely little cabin very enjoyable and relaxing. It was the perfect place to stay for hiking in the Smokies since the park is literally 5 minutes away. The cabin was beautiful and very well-equipped with everything we needed including a wonderful hot tub to relax in after long hikes. There is a lovely view of the mountains from the back porch making it the perfect place for morning coffee. Don & Margaret are great and always available if you need anything. We will definitely stay here again!

Recently my family of 15 and I had the pleasure to stay in Heaven's View Cabin and I would highly recommend this cabin for a family retreat. It is a beautiful cabin equipped with every necessity that a large group would need from dishes, to bedrooms , to showers. The view from the main deck is magnificent, even during stormy weather of which we had our share. The setting of the cabin lends to a feeling of isolation yet Townsend and Wears Valley are just minutes away. My favorite part was the time with our family sharing love and laughter in this beautiful home. If we are ever given the opportunity to visit the Smokies again with all our children and grandchildren, Heaven's View is where I would want to stay.

My family recently stayed 9 days in the "family memories " cabin and it wasn't long enough! We had the best time in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The views from the front porch were unforgettable, and so many things to do in town. Don't miss Dollywood, Goats on the Roof, Elvira's for breakfast (right down the road) and The Island in Pigeon Forge. Great time, can't wait to come back to our "home away from home" in Wears Valley. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Falls! The cabin was very clean and spacious and easily accommodated our family of 12. My dad, brothers and nephew really enjoyed the pool table. Family Memories Cabin is in a great location between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. Our family of 5 adults and 3 children all slept comfortably. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hot tub is HUGE! The pool and little fishing pond down the street is a nice extra, as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Our family loves this location!!! It is easy driving distance to both Pigeon Forge and Townsend, but feels much more remote. I love the quiet! The cabin itself was comfortable and true to its online promises. We had a tiny problem with the lock on the door initially, but one quick phone call yielded an immediate response. We also received a follow-up phone call the next morning. Unlike some places we've stayed, we felt good about the grandkids playing in the hot tub. They thoroughly enjoyed that, as well as the jacuzzi. I've already recommended SMGC to friends. We will be back!

We had an amazing time staying in the Bear Lodge cabin! The place was in excellent condition and looked just like the pictures. We will definitely be coming back for our next Smoky Mountain trip. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. The weather was excellent and the area is simply beautiful. 5 stars!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heaven's View! The location was amazing with beautiful views. The cabin was incredibly clean and completely worth every penny.

We loved the Family Memories cabin. We had invited my cousin and her husband down as well. We took them several places and they loved it. It was the first time in Wears Valley, so it was a special treat for us all. We've been to Gatlinburg for years, but this side is so peaceful. The cabin was clean, and we are picky about that. It had everything we needed and the laundry room was spotless. Beds were comfortable and we had lots of towels. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening. We'll be back again.

Don & Margaret, thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! It was the perfect gathering place for our family to celebrate my parents' 60th Wedding Anniversary. The flexible sleeping arrangements allowed us to easily accommodate all 18 members of our group. We ate all of our meals out on the porch...couldn't get enough of the spectacular views!!! This cabin is one our top 3 picks for staying in the mountains. We have been coming for over 20 years at least 2 or three times each a year. We lover the views and the quiet. The grandboys all 4 enjoyed the outside. the firepit was great family fun every night. The cabin was so cozy and so well stock with all we needed and more. Our family of 16 spent 9 days at Heaven's View Cabin. My favorite spot was the deck looking out at the mountains. We spent so many mornings and evenings out there. Loved the large dining table that allowed our grandchildren to enjoy meals and snacks while enjoying the gorgeous mountains, fireflies and cool weather. The cabin is close to everything we enjoy while in TN. Don't miss out on Cades Cove making sure you go no earlier than 6PM if you want to see the most wildlife. Also, stop on the way back at Masterburger for a great burger and the best ice cream! The Ripley's Aquarium is great for kids and adults. The best food during this trip.........PAULA DEEN'S FAMILY KITCHEN! Don't dare be this close and not go there!

This was a great place to stay with our children and grandchildren we had plenty of room and lots to do. Our first day we had some AC problems made a call and it was taking care of quickly. We will definitely rent from Smoky Mountain Secluded cabins again

The Family Memories cabin was exactly as advertised: comfy beds, cozy fire pit, bubbling hot tub, clean, and accommodating. We had a party of six and all had plenty of space to spread out and do our own things. The owners were courteous and attentive (called to make sure everything was working properly--it was), and the surrounding area was scenic and convenient. In fact, a member of our group is from Knoxville and commended me multiple times for picking such a fabulous cabin/location. Thank you for the wonderful experience; we had a fantastic time!

We had a great time in the Smokey Mountains! Heaven's View cabin did not disappoint. The view from the front porch was magnificent overlooking the mountains. On the first night we noticed that one of the pool sticks was damaged and the next day called about it. 2 new pool sticks were promptly brought to the cabin after the call. The location is great as it is only about 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 30 minutes from Cade's Cove and less than hour away from white water rafting. The cabin was well stocked with supplies and Donn and Margaret were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Smokey Mountain Golden Cabins and would without a doubt book with them again.

What a family treat!! We reserved the cabin in order to attend my daughters wedding in the area. My entire family of 14 coming in from Kentucky, Tennessee, New York and Texas convened at the cabin and all agreed, we could not have done a better job in choosing a place to spend our family gathering together on such a special occasion First of all, "Heavens View" is an understatement, what a fantastic view of the Smokey Mtns. from 3 different levels of back porches no less. The cabin was clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable and everything actually worked!! It is also centrally located to all the nearby Smokey Mountain area Naional Park locations, including Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. From evening cookouts and dining on the back porch during a moonlit night to playing pool in the game room, relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of shopping or hiking or having the family gather around the large dining room table to play our favorite card game, it was perfect!!! And if your lucky, visits from the small furry four legged critters from the woods were a treat for the young kids to view, behind closed doors of course!!! I would highly recommend "Heaven's View" for any family event that your planning in the future!!!!

My family had a great stay in the cabin and smoky mountains. The cabin is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a get away that is so relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay in your very clean and comfortable cabin. Although it was only the two of us it still seemed cozy. Of course we pretty much just used the main floor. The cabin is close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but not too close. We really like how secluded it is. The highlight of the trip was our visits to the national park. It is spectacular! We hope to come back with our adult children and stay at Bear Falls again. Oh, the couches are amazing and the bed was very comfortable too.

Several of us Southern guys rode up on our bikes for a weeks stay. This place was perfect for what we needed. Nine of us were very comfortable. Everything went just as planned except for one day of rainy weather. Highly recommended!
