We always stay at sunbird but this condo was my favorite! Will def book again!

I don’t normally take the time for reviews, but this one I have to. Amazing from the first steps inside. I own a cleaning business, so cleanliness is my first go to. I inspected everything. Whoever cleans this house deserves 100 stars! Not even 1 grain of sand on the floor. The view is breathtaking! We were able to walk steps away to Pineapple Willie’s which was nice since we were tired the day we arrived. The house had plenty of “get you started stuff” although we already had our own, it’s a kind gesture since most might have to still go by the store after arrival. This Airbnb will not disappoint even the pickiest people. This experience will set the bar high for me. Tanya, thank you for valuing your guest!

We absolutely love this condo. The decor is beautiful along with of course the ocean view. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay during Feb and March 2024 in Unit 1005 East. It was cooler this year than in the past but still very nice. The building is now in good shape again as hurricane damage repairs near completion. The unit is in reasonable shape but we'd suggest the kitchen cupboards and countertops need updating soon. We've stayed at Sunbird before and have always enjoyed the view of the beach and the sounds of the waves. Tanya, we appreciated dealing with you. You were very responsive and we look forward to a return visit again sometime soon.

Me and my wife stayed here over Christmas and New Years!! 2nd time staying at Sunbird. Excellent both times! Beach access is right from the pool deck. The check in procedure is very easy and the parking lot with gate and Security is a big plus. Can get to Balcony with a great Ocean view from either the bedroom or living room is very nice. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

We stayed in Sunbird 1005e August 5 thru 19 2023 and absolutely loved it Yes the condo could use some upgrades but it was clean, smelled great, had everything in the kitchen we needed and the view from the balcony was fantastic Access to the balcony from the bedroom and living room was great Even though the main pool was closed due to the construction on the west building we enjoyed the smaller pool at the East building daily. A few days we walked to the nearby Waffle House for breakfast The staff there was extremely friendly and courteous and breakfast was great. Pineapple Willys tuna dip and bucket of ribs never disappointed. The beach was phenomenal We have traveled to Jamaica, Riveria Maya Mexico snd the Dominican Republic several times and the PCB beaches are truly as nice if not better. Clean, clear water and amazing sunsets We had planned to take a sunset cruise but there was no need as our location and view provided probably a better setting for cocktails while watching the sun go down Thankyou Lucy Massey for providing us a wonderful condo for our 2 week stay We will definitely be planning a return in 2024

This was our 3rd time staying at Sunbird. Overall the condo was nice and spacious with a great view of the beach/ocean. The only issue I had was waking up on day 2 and see a construction worker on our balcony and locking the sliding glass door preventing us access to the balcony. I talked to Tanya and she offered a discount off our room rate and allowed us an extra night at a reduced rate which was nice. She was very nice to deal with and did everything she could to make our stay better.

We stay at the Sunbirds (in different condos for the past 20 years with two or three exception). We love the location and the beach. We love the 507W, very nice and large enough for two persons. Kudos to the owners for keeping the unit well furnished and maintained, also provided great access to the internet. We have two complaints: One regarding the elevators - one of them was most of the time out of service for the week and the second was loud speakers on the beach. At one time, we were between three speakers playing three different kind of music: country, rock and the 80's. Funny thing one person asked the country playing folks to turn the volume down but the lady said that her mother told her that the music they play is a family oriented music type and we should enjoy it. Nothing else to say, we "enjoyed" the music for the rest of the day. We still enjoyed the vacation very much. Thanks to Tanya for accommodating us in a short notice.

Loved are time on PCB. The condo was very nice, cleaning grew did a wonderful job. Loved the decor, beach vibe. Was on the balcony sometime every day listening & watching the waves. So close to the gulf waters. Ideal spot to be for two people. We went on the dolphin cruise with the streamer. Loved this & glad we didn’t miss this. Would recommend for sure. We had great food everywhere we went. Never tried the she crab soup until this trip & we loved this dish so much we had it twice this week. When Saturday night to Tootsies. Band was great. Glad we didn’t miss this either. Everyone should vacation at PCB.

The condo was well furnished with a nice beach front balcony. The kitchen was small and did not have a complete set of cooking wear, but had a nice stove and a dishwasher. The bathroom tub could have used a little TLC. Overall, the place was a good value and we enjoyed PCB. The people were friendly and sociable. Our best experience wa walking the beach, before the spring break invasion of college kids. We would recommend this place.

Condo had a fantastic view and lived up to description. Lucy was so kind and helpful with our last minute reservation. Great location. Close to everything. Right on the beach. Would definitely go back. Weather was beautiful as well. Thanks!!

My husband and I stayed the past couple years from Feb.-Mar. at Sunbird Condominiums ! We were very happy with our stay which was for a month each time we stayed ! We rented West 609 and we were very pleased with our rental ! It was a very clean, and well furnished Condo ! The heated pool was a plus and our view from our condo was awesome! We would love to come back to Sunbird Condos again for vacation !

This condo is beautiful all around. We enjoyed the condo itself but we're disappointed that a tiki bar serving drinks and food was advertised but didn't exist on the property. When asking the HOA office she didn't even know one existed. Also if going in Oct as we like to do the pools are not heated and very cold. The beach was amazing and the ocean water was warm so we did get to enjoy that. Lucy and Tanya are always a pleasure to work with. We have been renting through them since 2014 and hope to do so again in the future. Definitely has gorgeous views throughout the entire condo. We love it so much here we got married and honeymooned in 1108w.

The unit was very clean and very comfortable. Had a fantastic view. Parking lot was gated and elevators were very quick. I look forward to staying here again.

Our condo was beautiful, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. We had a lovely week… Everywhere on the property seemed clean and well maintained. We loved the deck chairs too! We do use the kitchen a lot and loved the brand new appliances! (We managed to find what we needed but would have enjoyed having some actual wine glasses. The goblets worked—just not quite the same experience!??) We would absolutely return here except that we really do need a king sized bed—the bed was comfy but sleep is so important to us these days and we have been spoiled having a king…hard to down size!! We also really try to respect the owner’s property and wishes, but found the request to keep the AC no lower than 70 a challenge… we really like it cooler when we sleep but didn’t dare lower it. Thanks, tho, for a great vacation at a very reasonable rate!!

I have been staying at the Sunbird since 2005, with the exception of the three years it took to repair it from Hurricane Michael. I took this trip on my own and found the unit quite suitable for my needs. The bed was really comfy. I had some trouble with the new sofa and loveseat because I have a disability in my knees and it was very difficult to get up. The unit could have used a recliner. I had trouble getting the glass door open so I really bruised my arms up. But they’re in the process of replacing doors and windows. The unit had no ceiling fans, which for someone from Florida it’s pretty much a must have. But the balcony view was beautiful. I had great weather, enjoyed two meals at my favorite, Captain Andersons, one at the Back Porch in Pier Park. If you want seafood at a fair price Captain Andersons is the go to. One negative thing was that because they were working on the East Tower the West was pretty crowded. The entire 8 days only one elevator worked, and you couldn’t read the floor numbers from the outside on the one elevator that worked. Despite the inconveniences it’s a nice, roomy and clean unit.

We stayed at the Sunbird Condominium this past Labor Day weekend for the first time. We chose 803W for our stay and we had a wonderful experience. My favorite room had to be the bathroom. The shower was beautiful! Mrs. Lucy answered any questions or concerns that I had in a timely manner. We will definitely book another room through this site in the future!

We stayed in this condo and it was very clean and nice. We had no trouble booking the room and any questions we had were answered very quickly. The parking was great, elevators great, beach access great and close to everything we wanted to do. We are definitely going to stay there again in the future.

Condo is in a good location in the building. Great views from living and bedroom. Condo is definitely not fancy but we are pretty easy to please so it worked for us. Old building so you cant really spice it up to much. A/C worked pretty good. Bed is good. This condo does not provide any cleaning supplies and 1 roll of toilet paper dont go far so plan according if u are staying for several days. Kitchen well stocked w/ pots, pans and untensils. No keurig. Property is secure.

WE LOVED OUR LITTLE VACA HERE .. 3 SEPERATE POOLS SO NOTHING IS EVER OVER CROWEDED. WALK WAY TO PINEAPPLE WILLYS - WHERE WE GOT OUR FOOD WITHIN 15 MIN WAIT

Another one in the books at the Sunbird! Always love staying at the Sunbird and this is probably the 5th or 6th time for me, I've lost count! Can't say enough great things about the rooms or the beach access, always awesome! The room and the beach were both very clean. We discovered a new restaurant, 'Dat Cajun Place'. HIGHLY recommend the food, it's one of the best places I've eaten at anywhere! It is well worth the wait, the food was AMAZING! Thank you again to Lucy Massey for another great vacation! Planned to stay Feb. 2022 and liked it so much we added 2 more weeks! Great communication from Lucy, so pleasant and quick to respond. Location right on the beach with 3 pools to choose from. Pools were never crowded. Nice workout room too?? Just a couple steps from Pineapple Willy’s which is a nice place right on the beach for food and drinks. Took the ferry to Shell Island which was really beautiful. Lots of great restaurants (Dat Cajun Place, David’s Snowballs for po’boys) and many more. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay again as we have for over 20 yrs,. The outside of the building looks completly new as it has been refinished and all windows replaced. 1108 unit was very nice and well equipted..

First stayed at Sunbird Condominiums more than 20 years ago. Very nice rooms and enjoyable each time. Nicely maintained and updated. Central location to attractions and great restaurants. Nice beach area. Lucy Massey always helpful. Looking forward to the next time. (1005 East Sunbird)

Once again, another fantastic beach weekend at the Sunbird! The weather was good even with a few bouts of rain. This unit was perfect. Great view from any where you stood inside and looked out. Clean and up to date unit ! Safe place to stay and close by everything.

We had a fantastic stay in this unit. Very clean, great amenities, and awesome view. The décor was very up to date. The king size bed was very comfortable. I took my 3 yr old grandson and he had a fun time hiding in the closet which had 2 doors. The beach chairs included were a great plus. The pool, which had been closed on our previous visit to Sunbird, was open and very well kept. Staff onsite are always extremely friendly !

This condo is perfect! The views are simply amazing - you can see the ocean directly in front of you for miles and miles. BEAUTIFUL! It looks just like the pictures posted! My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to unplug from the demands of life and take a break. We found just that!! Due to the spike in Covid cases we chose to stay in to cook (for most of the time) and enjoy the views. This condo is fully stocked with all things needed to cook with. Which was amazing that we did not have to go buy anything to accommodate our choice to stay in. We did get out a little bit avoiding the crowds of course- during our adventures we done take out at Texas Road House, Brick & Barley Pizza and Five Guys - ALL had amazing food even for take out. If you have a gluten intolerance and want to enjoy the best gluten free pizza go visit Bricks & Barley Pizza! It was the best gluten free pizza I’ve had yet!!! Lucy & Tanya were both great! They were very responsive if we called or sent an email. All around- we HIGHLY recommend staying at 506 E and Gulf Front Vacation Rentals.

This little condo was by far the tiniest 1 bedroom that I've ever stayed in! There was room for the three of us, but just barely. Bear in mind we utilized the bedroom, the sleeper sofa and a blow up mattress. However, it is gulf front with a wonderful view and the price was amazing. Lucy was very sweet, and easy to talk to. There is still an amazing amount of work left to be done as far as repair from the hurricane damage, so there was only one pool open and we had to walk to the far end of the complex to access the beach. The unit was comfortable, but really needs some TLC. There are quite a few things that need repair, and lots that could be updated. But even with all that we did enjoy our stay, and will probably look at booking with Lucy again. I'll just try to reserve earlier and grab one of the more updated units she has available.
