This was our 3rd stay at Sunbird, but the first in this unit. The unit was clean & had a nice fragrance. The view literally took my breath away...so gorgeous. This was also my our first condo with an ocean view from the BEDROOM! I was so pleased that we had scored this unit. Each morning I anticipated daylight so that I could open the blinds. Lol. I can’t wait to come back!

This was my son and I’s first “road trip” just he and I. We had a wonderful time. The condo was well furnished and laid out wonderfully. Was perfectly stocked for a quick four day stay. One pool that was open was perfect after a day on the beach.

Had a wonderful stay..our room was better than expected. The clean smell when you walked in was noticeable in a great way. The view better than the last 3 condos at the Sunbird. Any questions I had were answered fast and efficient. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at a Condo that pictures are not as great as the real thing.

We stayed at 510East, and although the location was great the condo itself was very outdated. The TV in the bedroom never worked, no remote for the DVD player. The access to the beach was blocked, so we had to walk all the way over to Pineapple Willys to access the beach. The main pool is still not usable, and the day we left they finally opened a small pool on the far end of the condos. We brought a fan with us, luckily because the AC wasn’t the best. I guess you get what you pay for, here. Again, great location but the condo furniture itself is old.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and having coffee at sunrise (and wine at sunset) is pretty spectacular. We can't wait to go back!!

1108 W is absolutely gorgeous. Adequate amenities were provided. The free beach chairs were a plus. It's nicely kept and while we did experience an issue with a loose toilet, the maintenance man showed up in a timely manner and was very friendly and helpful.

As always, we had a great time, the construction at Sunbird still ongoing, and it is almost done, but that will not interfere with the beautiful sunrises, sunset, and the beach, it was gorgeous. We had a few hiccups upon arrival, but Lucy was right on it and solved everything quickly. The restaurants and family activities places are back up and running. Thanks Lucy, I love staying at Sunbird, the location is the best and you will not be disappointed with this place. My family and I will be back sooner that you think!!!??

Lucy was excellent. She responded to our questions promptly and explained everything in detail. The condo was also very nice. We liked that there was an ocean view in every room of the unit. The sleeper sofa was more comfortable that one would have expected. Would definitely recommend!

The 2018-19 winter season was to be my first winter vacation in Florida.Hurricane Michael had other ideas.On Oct.10th 2018 i had everything prepared to leave for Sunbird Condos on Oct.31st,bags packed suitcases packed did everything i needed to do to prepare my home for a NY State winter.Low and behold along comes Michael and changes everything.When Lucy called to tell me there would be no winter vacation that year of course i was disappointed.Lucy did her part flawlessly and professionally during a very difficult situation.Thank you Lucy for a job well done.

Check in was easy and personable. Condo was emasculate with beautiful views and lots of nice amenities including dinners on almost all of the lighting. Totally enjoyed our stay. We finally made it to the beach, and as always my family and I had a great time. we open our eyes each morning over looking at the green/blue water of the gulf. The layout of this unit was perfect for our family. And as always Lucy and her team will not disappoint you, they are the greatest. Thank you Lucy, we will be back.

We are told the WIFi will cover the entire Sunbird property - including out on the beach!

Beautiful condo. Every thing was planed perfectly. Got all passcodes emailed on time. Great view of the pool and beach. The only thing, and it was minor was the air conditioner thermostat would shut off. I noticed it had a low battery light. I shut it off and replaced with two new AA batteries, worked perfectly. . RESPONSE/RESPONSE - Thank you Steve for changing the batteries. The 203 West is a really nice condo...especially since the new bedroom floor, all rooms painted and different furniture. I love the views of that one too...not only the gulf view but a nice view of the center pool. Thanks for the stay.

The Condo was beautiful and clean!!! Very well decorated!! In the kitchen where the stove is its blocking one of the drawers with knifes and stuff and also the Dish washer door wont open all the way because of it. Great view from the room… The bed was a little hard but over all we loved it!!!! Expect the pool but we had the beautiful beach!! Would defiantly come back!! RESPONSE:. Had a great stay at Sunbird 1005 East. Have no complaints, room was nice and had all we needed. Have stayed several times over the last several years and definitely plan to stay again. We really liked the room layout and balcony of 1005 east. Thanks!

We enjoyed out 4 night stay at your condo and loved it! Although, small, it is a perfect retreat for one couple. Would not advise for more than two people. Everything was clean and nice. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. We will return for a couple retreat!

Absolutely loved our stay in 1106 W !! The condo was spacious clean and have a great view of the ocean not just from the balcony but from the whole entire living room! The sunbird condos itself is a great place in a great location very nice staff and I felt completely safe !

We stayed in 1004 West . This was our second time staying in this condo. The ocean views are amazing from the balcony. The condo is nice and cozy. And we really liked being right next door to Pineapple Willy's. We had beautiful weather and as always enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the stay and have loved the Sun Bird for years! The only complaint is the air conditioning made noise in the bed room when it ran. We owned e310 for years and it never sounded that bad. We will be back ne,t year! Thx

We couldn’t have asked for anything to be more perfect! The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and ready. We loved using the codes instead of keeping up with a card. Lucy was great to work with and very helpful while we were there. We will most definitely be back!!
