We enjoyed out 4 night stay at your condo and loved it! Although, small, it is a perfect retreat for one couple. Would not advise for more than two people. Everything was clean and nice. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. We will return for a couple retreat!

Absolutely loved our stay in 1106 W !! The condo was spacious clean and have a great view of the ocean not just from the balcony but from the whole entire living room! The sunbird condos itself is a great place in a great location very nice staff and I felt completely safe !

We stayed in 1004 West . This was our second time staying in this condo. The ocean views are amazing from the balcony. The condo is nice and cozy. And we really liked being right next door to Pineapple Willy's. We had beautiful weather and as always enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the stay and have loved the Sun Bird for years! The only complaint is the air conditioning made noise in the bed room when it ran. We owned e310 for years and it never sounded that bad. We will be back ne,t year! Thx

We couldn’t have asked for anything to be more perfect! The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, and ready. We loved using the codes instead of keeping up with a card. Lucy was great to work with and very helpful while we were there. We will most definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful time. Lucy and Tania are simply the greatest. And a special thanks to the condo owner for making the place look and feel so welcoming. The weather was perfect, and we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

We had a very enjoyable stay in 804W. Beautiful views, comfy bed, very clean; however, a couple of things need to be addressed in this unit. First, the oven door will not open more than 8 to 10 inches due to it hitting the refrigerator. Therefore we could not cook as much as we had planned. Secondly, the disposal did not work. That was aggravating after I had already put food remnants from plates in there. With all that said, we would stay there again. *****RESPONSE..RESPONSE........We didn't know about this during your stay. I am sending my maintenance guy up there to see if it can be moved over some to allow the oven door to be opened normally. It could have been pushed too close to the oven after the housekeepers moved it to clean behind it. Sorry for the inconvenience. The housekeepers let me know about the disposal being stopped up when they cleaned it and I sent the maintenance guy to check that out and it needed the reset button to be toggled and now is working properly. Thank you Janie for your patience with these things and we look forward to your return visit.

Always enjoy our PCB visits and staying at Sunbird. This was our first stay in 803W. We did find it inconvenient not having a place for luggage. The closets on each side of the bed won't accommodate luggage so we had to put our bags on the couch. Really need a luggage rack in the bedroom. Also a bedside table would be useful since we had to use a cooler for a table. Did like the updated kitchen and always love the view and convenience of location. Security was helpful when we had a problem with code at gate. We have stayed st Sunbird several times and will continue to do so but probably in a different unit. *********RESPONSE.....RESPONSE: Teresa, I appreciate your comments, but this is a recently remodeled beautiful condo with an upgraded kitchen, bath, furniture. It would be nice to have a bedside table and maybe something the owner will consider in the future. This was our second time to stay at sunbird and we love it. Every thing is close by and love the view of the beach. The only problem we had was the bed it was very uncomfortable we keep rolling to the middle of the bed. Other than that we had a great stay and will be back! I don’t mind that the condo was a little dated. What I didn’t like was several thins were broke, one of them being the blinds. Was told someone would come look at them but never did. The lady at the office to get the parking pass was very rude. I had to deal with her twice and both times she was rude. So I will not be staying at this condo again. **********RESPONSE.......RESPONSE: David, My maintenance guy did come by and look at it, you may have been out at the time or had already left. These type of blinds are outdated and not familiar to most people and we are working on getting owners to replace them with something more workable and less maintenance. There are 2 cords for the blinds...One to open the vertical slats first, and then the other cord to either pull them open or close. It was the peak of the season and takes longer to get to each work order. Sorry for the inconvenience to you. The owners are planning to come down in late July to update 809 East and 1005 East. About the incident in the HOA, I have no information about that or who it was, but I can't think of any reason to be rude to a guest and I'm certainly not happy to hear you will not return for that reason. Sometimes things get hectic in the HOA with 288 condominiums and she could have dealing with other ongoing issues at the time. Thank you for your comments.

This was my 2nd time staying at Sunbird and I will continue to book my vacations here. The price and location is unbeatable! The only complaint I have with this unit is the bedroom is near the front of the unit and when the exterior lights come on the bedroom is still bright. A curtain would be better than the blind. Also, the A/C unit is next to the bedroom and when it turns on it's very loud, but only when you're sleeping. Other than that, this unit was great! **********RESPONSE........RESPONSE: I will look into having a curtain put up instead of the blinds. Not sure what can be done about the a/c noise. This was our first visit to PCB. The condo was clean enough to eat off the floor! New appliances and beautifully decorated. The ocean view was one of my favorites. I loved waking up and having my coffee on the balcony each morning and watching the dolphins. At night the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. It is just a short walk to Pineapple Willy’s and The Wharf. I give this unit 5+ stars and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an ocean front view and relaxing atmosphere! The Sunbird has been around for a long time however the elevator worked very fast and the room was very bright and airy. Having a gate access to Pinapple Willy’s was great or you could just walk beachside. I would stay here again. THANK YOU AMANDA.

I am so glad my friend recommended Sunbird to me. My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Lucy was a pleasure to work with and made me feel special and comfortable with my first condo rental. The location is perfect and near the action for a spring breakers. The unit exceeded my expectations. It was fresh and clean upon arrival. It was perfect for the four of us. The price was more affordable than a hotel room and the full ocean view is amazing!! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. At no time did I hear any excessive noise or feel unsafe. I will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU DAWN!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mother, my two kids and I stayed at 503E and it was wonderful. My kids were on spring break and I was also celebrating my mother cancer free diagnosis with a well deserved trip to the beach. The unit was immaculate and it had everything I needed when you are traveling with kids and Mom. The ocean view was partial but priceless, we sat in the balcony at night to hear the ocean, we cooked at the condo, took light meals to the beach, and mom and I had diquiris from Pineapple Willy’s just a few steps away. Great area too for family activities day/night. We like it so much, I’ll be back soon, but this time just my husband and I. ?? THANK YOU LIDIA!

My husband and I came to PCB to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and returned to the Sunbird for the 3rd time. This was our 1st time in 1108W and liked it very much. It was probably the smallest of the units we have stayed in, but definitely the nicest one. The décor was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with more than adequate dishes, cooking and eating utensils, and the view of the ocean was awesome. I just wish it had been a little cooler so we could have enjoyed more time on the balcony My only suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to operate the tv, ie, which remote does what, etc. We finally figured it out but it was a little nerve wracking messing with someone else's property and not feeling comfortable with what you are doing. Again though, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

The location and views or the best . 507w was nice room .we had no problems ,we cooked breakfast in the morning and we sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the views . We walked over to Willys live at night and loved it! The beach was great !

We stayed in 510E for 5 nights. I really loved the view of the ocean from the room. I found the room to be perfect for the 3 of us. I liked the parking area of the Sunbird because I don't have to go up and down several levels of a parking deck. I also found that the security did a good job of maintaining a safe environment around the complex, with regular patrols. I can't wait to stay at the Sunbird again! Also Lucy and Tanya were great to work with on booking the room. RESPONSE: Thank you for your review. The Sunbird Security has been doing an excellent job this year. Not having a parking ramp is one of the advantages of the Sunbird, plus the location that is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to Pier Park and the city fishing pier.

We will be checking out of condo 1005 Sunbird tomorrow 7/9/17. We would like to let you know we enjoyed the condo and our stay. What a great view from the balcony. I would like you to be aware that upon our arrival we did not have the number of towels listed on the contract. We counted 2 bath towels, 1 bath mat(small bath towel), 1 hand towel and 5 wash clothes. I did not want to lose our deposit due to the count being different than stated on the contract. Everything worked out fine. Also, some of the blinds in the bedroom as well as the living room window were missing. Again just to let you aware we do not want to be blamed for this. We took care of the condo as though it was ours.We will be returning to PCB and hope this condo is available at that time. *****************************************RESPONSE: Lorrie, Sometimes that happens during the busy season. The housekeepers leave a business card in the room for issues such as that and they will be glad to handle any cleaning or linens issues. If there is no business card left, then the guests should call me and I will contact them. The vertical blinds are an ongoing problem and hopefully the owners will replace them soon with pull back curtains. Thank you for your comments.

A little outdated as far as countertops, cabinets and fixtures go but worked out just fine. A.C. was cold. Good shower water pressure. Bed not too comfy but that is a preference. Balcony is on the point so the view is beautiful each way and the neighboring balconies are around corner walls so u have alot of privacy. This location is awesome in this building. Shout out to Lucy as i messed up my reserv and she worked to get me straight when she didnt have to. Not my first time to use her as "booking agent" and there is a reason why. Thank u Lucy. This was a last minute reservation and I was a little nervous but it was an absolutely perfect stay! Lucy was so helpful, answering all of my questions and getting us our info quickly. We have stayed in PC many times but never at the Sunbird. I loved the complex, our condo view and the location. It was quiet and friendly, primarily families and couples. While the unit was older, it was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful oceanfront view from both the living room and the bedroom. We stayed on the beach until sunset and walked to some delicious restaurants for dinner...did not have to fight traffic. We will definitely be returning!!

We stayed in the Ocean Ritz 4 bdrm. The place was just as described. Had an issue with WiFi but Lucy was right on top of it. Elevators were slow and crowded but that's to be expected in PCB. Parking was an issue and the pool was small but the condo was great! I have no complaints and would stay there again! RESPONSE: This one was sold in September 2016. I no longer handle the rentals for it, but thank you for your review.

I wanted to tell you that I had an amazing time staying at your condo. I am pregnant and also a diabetic and have a hard time sometimes so being this close to the beach and staying at a place really nice and clean was amazing for me. I wish we could have stayed longer!!! Thanks again and we would love to stay again!!!!
