Pros: Great view of the gulf, very comfortable living room furniture, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen..Nice new stove and the dishwasher was so quiet I wasn't sure it was on but it was on. Good a/c in the condo. Nice tile floors. Great icemaker in the refrigerator. Negatives: The balcony floor needs to be resurfaced (if that is the correct terminology). When I first saw it, I wondered if it was safe to walk on it. No washer/dryer but I knew that coming in...At least the laundry room downstairs wasn't ever crowded. Nice to have: A bigger TV..I've noticed when driving around that even the not so great motels on front beach road are offering 39 inch flat screens. On a couple of rainy days, I thought about renting a movie but there is no DVD in the condo. These things are not "deal breakers" but it's difficult to transition from a 60 inch TV at home to a 27 inch TV (I'm guessing that's what it is). I talked to some other owners, and most think that 40 inches is a pretty good size for a condo of this size. That seems about right to me. Overall, a pretty decent place to stay and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Walmart is also very close by. RESPONSE: Since this review, 604Wes has been updated with a 50 inch flat screen, new dishwasher and the balcony was resurfaced. Thank you for your review.

Enjoyed the location but unit #407W needs to be updated Cleaning needs attention This is our third stay at Sunbird RESPONSE: This condo was sold in December 2016. It was in need of updating which the new owner is doing. I no longer handle the rental for it, but thank you for your review.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean with an amazing view of the Gulf. Stayed in 604 west. Will definitely be back.

Stayed in this unit June 24- June 30. The unit was beautiful and well kept! Excellent full front view of the gulf! My children had a blast! My husband, children, and I created some great memories here and will return hopefully in the fall for fall break!

Just left 712 West after 3 nights. It was perfect. The condo was clean and looked exactlt as the pictures depicted it. We went straight to the balcony when we arrived and pretty much stayed there until we we went to the beach which was literally steps away. The views from the balcony were great. There were also views of the ocean from the couch. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there again. Lucy was great to work with!

The balcony and view were awesome. My husband caught a 32" red fish from beach out front.  Kathy at office was fabulous. She helped us get another spot in ramp. We will definitely continue renting from you and hopefully this unit.

We came down here for spring break, its like a 5 min walk from where everything is, right next door to pineapple willies didn't have to drive the whole break. The condo was very nice and it had an even better view... we had one technical issue she checked us out a day earlier then when we was suppose to leave but she corrected it fast but other then that, we had a wonderful spring break definitely will come back

My wife wanted the view and this unit deliver, yo can see the ocean from every angle in the condo awesome. the condos are literally in the middle of everything we will definitely come back

The sunbird has a lot of potential. The staff is friendly.. It is located in the middle of all the action PCB provides. They might need to start screening for stupid though. The spring break crowd was terrible for the most part. If you are young(under 30)you might like it. The highlight was seeing police with semi-automatic rifles when then crowd was getting loud. I really think if you avoid spring break this place would be awesome. We plan to come back in summer when the drunks aren't ruining a beautiful beach and very nice condo.

This is a well appointed condo with everything you need for a vacation.It is nice to have 2 bedrooms although the 2nd bedroom is very small but it is plenty of room for 2 children.I would definitely rent here again.

The location was perfect and with condo being gated it was wonderful. Great views and walking distance to everything.
