This was our 3rd year staying at Black Bear Ridge, and will be back. Love the secluded location. We started everyday with a soak in the hot tub listening to the birds waking up. As always, the cabin was beautiful, and very well maintained.

What a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. Everything was top notch and easy to access. We had a family vacation that will be remembered forever as our son proposed to his soon to be wife. The condo was beautiful as were the sites from the 30th floor. We loved the dolphins, smells of the beach, sounds, sand, sun, the balcony but mostly being together in what felt like our home. We cannot wait to return!!!

Thank you for sharing your "little piece of heaven on earth" called the Precious Memories cabin. The views were spectacular and the home had a fabulous layout to give everyone their space. We enjoyed the quiet side of the smokies while hiking, horseback riding (Davy Crockett rocks) and visiting the various sites. We even got to see a mother bear with her bear cubs driving over to Newfound Gap and Clingman's Dome. The weather was fabulous all weekend and we feel so blessed to have all the happy memories from our week at your cabin. We look forward to our next stay.

My husband and I were celebrating our 17th year married! We had beautiful weather. So we got to take full advantage of the gorgeous views from our cabin. Our cabin was clean and fully loaded with everything we could possibly need. We will return in the near future.

This was a really nice little cabin. We really enjoyed it. The location is great, and the cabin itself was very comfortable. Much more than we expected, actually. The beds were wonderful. Really clean with every thing needed for a stay of a couple nights or more. We will try to book it again next time we are back there.

Got this spot for a fishing trip. We stayed in the Bear Mountain Cabin. Everything was clean. The beds and couches were exceptionally comfortable. There is lots of room outside. Where cabins usually lack in lot size, this place has. There's a fire pit with freshly cut wood available. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Precious Memories! 4 families of girls stayed for a week and enjoyed the peacefulness, quiet, and stunning views of the cabin. We felt perfectly at home. On our last day, we even got to see why the mountains are referred to as The Smokies. Ware's Valley is the perfect place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and super close to the National Park. We will definitely be returning to this gem!

The cabin was perfect for our large family. With kids ages 2 to 13, we enjoyed the game room, hot tub, cave and waterfall, and serene setting. Whenever we had a question, the owners were quick to respond and were quite helpful. Well worth the trip just for the cabin itself, but it was also very close to the Smokies as well as Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Thanks for the memories!

This is a great spot for a quiet stay away from crowds but with easy access to a pretty amazing national park. The cabin was very comfortable and quiet for times when we wanted to stay in to rest or read or cook - but allowed us to be in the park gawking at wildflowers, flyfishing in mountain streams, or looking for bears within 15 minutes or so. The fireplace got a lot of use this year as well on some chilly nights! This was not our first stay at the Black Bear Hollow Cabins, and I hope that there will be many more in the years ahead!

Words can't describe how great our vacation was. At the center of that was our cabin. Everything was perfect. The view was truly paradise. We are already planning a return trip. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a great time and enjoy feeling like your on your own mountain. Thanks to Danny Orr and his family for providing us with a great place to stay for our anniversary trip. We can't wait to return.

We stayed in " Black Bear Ridge" from 3-26 thru 4-01-16. We had am awesome time. The cabin was everything we expected: clean, comfortable and private. This is the second time we have rented from "Black Bear Hollow Cabins" and will certainly rent again!

We had a great time at Bear Creek. The cabin was in a great location, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely go back again!

For years we have wanted to book a "cabin vacation," one that avoided stressful, hurried schedules. We knew upon arrival this was the cabin for us - two adults and two teenage boys. The open concept layout brought everyone together, however, the suites gave enough separation for privacy. Each morning, we watched the sun rise from the porch and every evening, watched it retire from the hot tub. The cabin is far enough away from Pigeon Forge to feel secluded, but close enough to run for a few groceries. After reading some of the comments, I was a bit concerned about the road leading to the cabin. It was WAY better than I imagined and our little Toyota Corolla had no problem getting us there (in Spring.) Thank you for helping to facilitate our precious vacation memories. We would love to visit again!

What a wonderful view and cabin to stay in even though if it was only for a short weekend stay! Paradise View is a great name for this cabin beautiful the views are breathtaking, You have an easy access ramp to walk onto when entering the cabin no steps to climb! I would recommend this cabin and realty company to others because they are very responsive to your emails&request and make your stay feel like you are right at home!

The amenities at Black Bear Hollow Cabins were amazing. We loved their hot tub and jacuzzi, and everything was clean and pristine! Being able to use the grill to cook our own dinners was so much fun! The grounds were very quiet and peaceful, and breakfast on the patio was a delight! I wish we could have stayed a lot longer. The location was great too! It was a quick drive to get into the Smoky Mountain Park and it was pretty close to Gatlinburg as well. We really enjoyed our picnic lunch in Cades Cove! Townsend was an adorable little town with cute shops. I would recommend this beautiful location to everyone!

The condo was excellent and the pictures and description of the property were right on. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even the spring breakers at the complex acted in an appropriate manner as compared to other parts of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

My family and I always have a wonderful time at this cabin. Always clean and accommodating. We will return later this year, like we have been doing for the past 7 years.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was very spacious, very clean, each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the balcony and view was amazing! You really don't need to bring anything except extra soap and paper products. We were so happy we chose this condo for our vacation!

This was our 6th stay in this cabin and we wouldn't consider staying with anyone else!

We had a wonderful weekend at Bear Cave Cabin! With the code keys in hand we were able to come and go without any trouble. We thought we might have to go into one of the bigger towns to eat and shop especially in the "off season" but Townsend was perfect, and the drive in to Gatlinburg was beautiful. The cabin was just as described and everything we needed was available. We will be staying here again for sure!

Once again we all had a fabulous time. The week flew by much too quickly. We ate at our favorite restaurants, stimulated the local economy by shopping way too much and spent lots of time just hanging out and enjoying all of the amenities your condo had to offer. For the most part the weather was terrific, even got to wear shorts a few days. Thank you Mark and Debbie. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

We have used your cabins for 3 trips while in Tennessee. We enjoy the cabins. They are always so beautiful and clean. Everything was there for our needs and it made our stay more precious because we did not have to go out to restaurants to eat, we ate home cooked meals the entire visit thanks to all your supplies you have available in the cabins. All my friend truly admired our cabin and is asking about your services for possible future trips themselves. It was yet another memorable vacation for my family with the help of you guys. This cabin was perfect! Far enough away to feel secluded but just minutes away from civilization. We loved Cades Cove & this location is great for that! We will definitely be back! Thanks for some wonderful memories!!!

We had a great time at the cabin. The cabin is clean and the view was amazing. The only suggestion is to put fans in the loft and the bedroom upstairs.

We go to the Smoky Mountians every year with our family. We've stayed in a lot of cabins over the years. We absolutely LOVE Over the Rainbow. This was our 2nd year staying there. The location is perfect. It's right of the main road and the view is amazing!

This was our 4th stay, in what we call home, some day we will move to Tennessee, but for now were still in Michigan, and coming to Black Bear Lodge is the best get away! The cabins are very home like feeling, and comfortable, and I highly recommend these cabins, We also like them because they are family owned, so it keeps the money in family business, and not in the rental industry. I have a couple people from facebook alone going to book cabins. I cant think on one bad thing to say about this experience, Book these cabins, you wont be sorry, and the pricing is AMAZING...

My family and I had an amazing vacation at your cabin. We had a very relaxing vacation taking in the views from the balcony, hot tub and pool room. The cabin was very spacious and although secluded, centralized to all towns and shops.The gated community offered extra security and precious memories encompassed all my visions of what the smoky mountains are about. Every hour exposed a different view of the mountains from every balcony the cabin had to offer. This is our fourth year to the smokies and it was agreed from the whole family that precious memories was the best cabin yet taking into consideration the seclusion, area, amenities, and most of all the undisturbed views of the mountains. We have found our cabin rental for life. Thanks clint legault.

The cabin was great. We were a group of 6 couples so we loved the 6 bed 6 bath. We've decided to return to this cabin every year. The only issues were a leak from one of the showers and a lock on one of the doors. Get there early it would be hard to find at night.

That is how we felt from the view to each room. Beautifuly decorated, each room having its own bathroom saved on time and privacy.. We were here for a conference and having a total of four staff and being able for three of the spouses to come made it great. Especially since we were receiving awards for hard work and commitment. The condo just added a certain appreciation and glamour. Thank you for helping make their stay wonderful.
