We've stayed at Bear Mountain so often over the years that we consider it a "Home away from Home." Nice cabin, well maintained, secluded AND well away from the crowds! Very peaceful place that we are always sad to leaave. The Keelings

A perfect cabin for a winter getaway! My wife and I had a wonderful time enjoying the peaceful surrounding, and the hot tub of course!

My family and I had a small overnight get-together at this cabin, and the stay was perfect! I have nothing bad to say at all. All the beds were comfortable, everyone had a private balcony, and the views were amazing! All the decor/appliances are top-notch. I highly suggest you stay here, I know we will book it again!

Phoenix West II is amazing, from the lazy river, to the short walk to the beach, and the indoor and outdoor pools. The condo in itself is nothing short of amazing. It has all the amities plus every room has a nice view of the beach. A large balcony with panoramic views adds to the living area which includes a large dining table for eight where you can enjoy family dinners and awesome sunsets. This makes 35 years of coming to Orange Beach and we have always used the Phoenix properties and will continue to do so. We will be booking this one again. Thank you for letting us be your guest.

We had a great time in the Over the Rainbow cabin. Great, spacious rooms throughout the cabin. Exceptional, friendly hosts to work with, always able to get a hold of them with any questions concerning the cabin. Will definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. It was filled with laughs and love! The cabin was beautiful with amazing 360 views. So clean and the beds were comfy!

My family really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The facilities were hands down, amazing! Great mattresses too, always a good thing. Great kitchen, well equipped. Great view of the gulf way up there on the 30th floor! Loved the outdoor patio to sit and drink my morning tea on. People from the area were very friendly also, which is nice. From the moment i spoke to the owners on the phone i was impressed. Very helpful and courteous. Our family had a wonderful time staying in the cabins. they are close enough to town but far enough away to feel secluded. Very clean and beautiful. It was a perfect vacation and we didnt want ti leave. We can't wait to bring our extended family with us next year to stay even longer! I highly recommend staying at any of the Black Bear Hollow cabins you will not be sorry!

We arrived at the Cabin on December 26 for a week long vacation with family and friends. We had never rented through VRBO nor have we ever rented a cabin in this area. We were very skeptical in the process....boy could we not have been more wrong. The cabin was everything that was promised. We had zero issues with the process or the cabin. The cabin delivers the views, the comfort and everything else promised. We traveled there with about 12 people and had plenty of room. We cooked all of our meal in the fully equipped kitchen and had plenty of utensils and plates for everyone. I had looked forward to sleeping in on vacation, but I could not help waking up before the sunrise each day so that I could see it. I must have taken 100 pictures of the sun coming up over the mountains. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room and movie theatre. We had to buy batteries for the remotes as I think the previous guests took them, but this was not a big deal...and if this was our biggest problem of the trip we could accept that. We spent a lot of time in the cabin and exploring the property. Great for hiking and long walks. The National Park entrance was close by and we had a great time hiking and seeing the water falls. We also did the near by zip lining and mountain roller coasters. We truly had a great time and would not hesitate to rent this cabin again, could not have asked for anything more. Clean, spacious and comfortable.

This was our second stay in Bear Cave & it was just as great as the first time. The cabin is perfect for just the two of us and gives us a chance to unwind from the usual hassles of living and working. Cant wait till our next stay! Gregg & Tracie

Love Bear Falls Cabin perfect for my family. The cabin made us feel right at home. Perfect cabin location minutes from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was beautiful loved the private waterfall also roasted some s'mores in fire pit all in all best vacation so far will definitely be Renting again through Black Bear Hollow Cabins.

We have always enjoyed our stay at the cabin Mark and Debbie own at Black Bear Howellow. The cabin is always clean and equipped with all our family needs. We enjoy the hot tub and media room along wit beautiful views

We have been renting cabins in the Smokies for about 12 years. A few years ago we found Black Bear Hollow Cabins. Always clean and well maintained. if there is any issue, they respond very quickly. We will keep returning

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The cabin was perfect. It was perfected located, a close drive to Pigeon Forge, yet secluded enough to offer privacy. It was exactly as promised on the website. The owners were amazing. They worked with us in every way possible to ensure we had a wonderful Christmas vacation and we couldn't be more grateful. We will certainly be making Black Bear Hollow our annual accommodation spot from now on. Mr. and Mrs. Tisch are wonderful people and offer the best cabins in the Smokies.

Mark & Debbie went above and beyond as owners to make our stay a perfect one. The condo was spectacular, living up to the expectations formed from the photos. They were so accommodating to our somewhat tricky plans...we hope to stay again in the future.

We've lost count of the number of times that we've stayed in Black Bear Hollow. It's "our home away from home". We love the peace, serenity, & solitude that we find there. Over the years we've stayed in Bear Ridge, Bear Lodge, Bear Creek & Bear Falls and have never encountered any problems or issues. We just recently had our 4 children & spouses & our 8 grandchildren up for a family vacation in Bear Falls & Bear Lodge. They loved the spaciousness of Bear Falls for our family time together. We are already planning our family vacation to be there again next year.

Absolutely LOVED this cabin and all of the decor! You can tell that the owners really put their heart into making your stay enjoyable! I can't wait to stay there again! Thanks so much!

We truly enjoyed our recent stay in your lovely cabin, Bear Creek. The location is serene and beautiful, it was wonderful to just sit in the swing or rockers and soak in the beautiful view and watch the falling leaves. I love the black bear décor, and all of the details that made the cabin a home away from home. We grilled steaks on the deck one night, and everything we needed was right there at hand. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops nearby as well. The beds are super comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean! We usually camp when we come to the Smokies, but I think we'll make it a tradition at least once a year to stay in one of your cabins for a totally relaxing retreat, and we look forward to having other family members join us there! Thanks for the hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo so much. We were able to get some much needed relaxation before the holiday rush. The condo is beautiful as well as the view! We especially enjoyed grilling steaks and watching football on the 70 inch television in the den! We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

Staying at Precious Memories was beyond our expectations. When we walked in and saw "And He shall be called" framed on the wall, we knew it was ordained by God. The history behind Precious Memories that was shared made it even more precious. As a result of our time spent in this delightful cabin, we now have "precious memories" of our own and plan on having more to come soon.

My husband and I stayed at Black Bear Hollow Cabins Bear Cave for our honeymoon Nov 13 thru 21st . We absolutely loved the cabin . We loved the seclusion and privacy . The cabin was cozy and very clean . I absolutely fell in love with it. It was everything I expected . We have already booked another week for 2016. We have no desire to try any other cabins . This is our mountain getaway destination !! I am very pleased to give a 5 star rating . I can not wait for our next trip !

Perfect name for the Perfect cabin....We really enjoyed the relaxed environment and quiet setting, not to mention the Beautiful View! The cabin was very Roomy and Nicely decorated and furnished, while still providing that Comfortable Cozy Atmosphere we were looking for!!! My wife, son and I had a fantastic, relaxing time at the Over the Rainbow Cabin. The place is huge, the views are awesome. Loved our stay here, extremely romantic, quiet and peaceful. Cottage is gorgeous, we wanted for nothing at all! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. I brought our crock pot and cooked our meals each day while we were out hiking. Got home each night to a warm home cooked meal. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace, sitting outside in the hot tub, sitting outside on the front porch swing, we just loved our stay here!

Bear Creek cabin was very clean and just as you see in the picture, perfect for just the husband and I. We have already planned our next trip.

I have to say the pictures of the condo are amazing but the do not do justice to how wonderfully beautiful this condo truly is. The view is simply spectacular from every room, the furniture and decorations are well done and the balcony has great furniture. We had a group of 10 adults and never once felt on top of each other. The building facility is well kept and the beachfront with soft white sand is all that you can ask for. We would return again without question!

We had the most wonderful time. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably for three nights. We have 4 children ages: 9, 7, 4 and 1. The kids had a blast and my husband and I enjoyed a relaxing visit as well. We loved the location being a bit off the beaten path. It was nice and close to Cades Cave and beautiful scenery surrounded us. Pigeon Forge is about 25 minutes away and very touristy but fun for outings. We loved the quiet seclusion but safety of a private entrance. Thanks for providing such a peaceful spot with many comforts of home. We hope to return again.

Everything was very clean so when I got there I was able to just relax in the hot tub & play pool. It's very close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg so we didn't have to drive very far to do everything we wanted to do. I am definitely going back next year. Thanks so much for the use of your cabin, Bear Ridge! It was the perfect house for my brother and I. He was planning on just a weekend in the mountains by himself but I told him I wanted to come so we rented this cabin. We had an enjoyable stay and everything was just perfect! This was our third time to stay at Black Bear Hollow Cabins and it NEVER disappoints! There are other places to stay mountainside that are closer to where we live but we will continue to make the trek to Townsend Tennessee because of the uniqueness of Black Bear Hollow. We love the fact that its gated and the cabins are extremely private, yet minutes from town. Many other places feel overcrowded with cabins stacked one after another, whereas Black Bear Hollow feels like we have the mountain all to ourselves! The views, amenities, and cleanliness are topnotch. From the first time I spoke with Mark over the phone 3 years ago, I felt our comfort and satisfaction were important. Because of this, we chose to try the cabins, and now, well, no need to ever stay anywhere else! See you in 2016 Black Bear Hollow!

We had the best vacation ever!! Such a gorgeous and spacious condo. From the private balcony, the well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, and the comfortable living room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed all the many amenities the complex offered. Loved the huge indoor pool, lazy river, and the great slide!!! Mark and Debbie were very kind and extremely quick to make a minor repair.
