We had a wonderful time with our two sons, their wives and our four grandchildren! We've never had a destination Christmas with all of them and we could not have picked a better location or cabin! We loved the secluded nature of this cabin. The view was spectacular and we loved waking up to that mountain view each morning. We all had plenty of room to spread out play and the kids loved the pool table. We enjoyed exploring the outdoors around the cabin and its proximity to all the activities in Gatlinburg.

We had a lovely time at the Bear Ridge Cabin. We needed a little time away as a family and this was the perfect place for us. Cozy, Clean & Comfortable. Would love to come back again. I have already recommended to different family members who are considering it in the future.

We had such fun staying in the Bear Cave Cabin in Black Bear Hollow last Christmas that we decided to reserve again for this year and invite more famliy along. It did not disappoint. In fact, they had since made some upgrades to the furniture and put in new gas logs for the fireplace. We also enjoyed the firepit outside on one of our milder nights along with the hottub. This year since we stayed a couple of days longer, we were able to check out the general stores and even a Christmas Eve candlelight service just down the road. We love staying in the area, and especially Black Bear Hollow for our holiday. Thanks again!

I have no idea where to begin, but here it goes. My wife and I live 45 min from Townsend, so when we just need a great get away we come to Townsend. We have stayed at various cabins through out Townsend, that is until now. Since we have stayed at Black Bear Hollow cabins we will stay no where else. The cabins are absolutely fabulous and the hospitality is incredible. We stayed there last winter and got trapped during a snow storm which was actually great!! But the owners where there right away clearing snow and making our way clear. We like it so much there that we actually book our get aways around there availability because my wife and I will stay no where else. We enjoy it so much that we booked our Daughters Honeymoon for them them there. The owners made sure they had the perfect cabin. I strongly advise you if you are looking for a great place to stay this is it. Thank you Black Bear Hollow!!!!!! I look forward to all of our future visits!!!

Precious Memories cabin was a wonderful place to stay. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The cabin had plenty of room for our family of five. It was very clean and comfortable. The location to Smokey Mountain National Park, the hikes we wanted to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was ideal for us. This location gives you a quiet mountain getaway within a reasonable distance of the activities in the area. The owners of this home are wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend Precious Memories for your mountain getaway.

We had a great time at the Black Bear Cave Cabin. Nice and secluded. Nicely furnished and it had everything we needed except for the food. And the price was great too. We drove around and looked at some of the other Black Bear Hollow Cabins while we were there and they all looked great. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to the Smokies. I sure wish I had that 1960 Thunderbird that was sitting under the shed.

I've stayed in Black Bear Mountain twice now! It has all the amenities. It's secluded with a nice fire pit and huge hot tub! I've stayed in many local cabins, and this is my favorite! I will definitely go back!

We just had a short time before the thanksgiving holidays to bring some friends to Gatlinburg. The cabin was perfect...clean and inviting!

I would like to say this was a great choice staying with Black Bear Cabins. Everything was as it should be. The wife and I had a great time hanging out on our mini getaway. We only left the cabin once to visit Cades Cove for about 4 hours. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had 8 adults and 11 kids and this house was amazing! From the front door to the back porch it is cozy,homey and the views are fabulous! We are planning on another stay next year!

Loved the gas fireplace and hot tub. Very cozy cabin for a weekend getaway. My wife and I also had fun playing air hockey and trying some restaurants that are just a few mins drive from the cabin.

Wonderful stay , good people good setting. Very tastefully furnished with everything you need . Will surely bring the whole family and stay again ..

I stayed at Black Bear Mountain with my mother, uncle, two sisters and their husbands and my two nephews. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and the cabin was clean and reasonably priced. We had a wonderful time! It was in a quieter area than Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and the drive to either town wasn't bad. We will definitely stay again next time we come to the Smokies!

This was my bucket list vacation. To have my whole family in a cabin in the Smokys for Thsnksgiving!! Your cabin allowed that to happen!!! There was so much life and laughter there in that one week!!! Lifetime memories were made!!!

Black Bear Falls is a gorgeous cabin! The house is well decorated and the fireplace was wonderful. We cooked our meals almost every night in the beautiful, well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed game after game of pool, air hockey, and fooseball in the upstairs loft and downstairs game room. It was great that the linens were provided (less packing for us) and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with, even when we had some surprise guests come and stay with us for one night. Since it was winter time and the chance of snow was very likely, we were concerned with snow; however, there was no need because the house is easily accessible with a paved driveway and only a few hundred feet off of the main road. The cabin is only a little drive away from downtown Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and also Cades Cove (where we seen some HUGE bucks and a black bear) which was fantastic because we went to several attractions and shopping there. Black bear falls is a perfect place to stay for anyone going on a family vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains. Might I also add that the picnic area with the fire pit and the cave were also really cool features to this property.

Precious Memories is exactly what you imagine when you think of a secluded, luxurious, log cabin in the Smokies. 4 adults and two teens had a perfect 3 day weekend. Cabin is in Gated property with large lots and no other homes in the community visible. It is meticulously maintained, everything in great condition. Balconies offer amazing views. Birds and wildlife can viewed from the porch. Location is central to everything we wanted to do: hike in the Smokies, drive cades cove, Rocky Mountain Blue Grass in Walland, and shop in PF and Gatlinburg. Hosts are most gracious and accommodating with our schedule and requests.

My girlfriend and I drove up from Florida for a weekend getaway. We stayed in the Black Bear Creek cabin and were extremely impressed with every aspect of this cabin. All of the amenities were great, from the fireplace to the hot tub. The breathtaking mountainous views, amazing local restaurants, and the quietness of the fresh mountain air is the perfect recipe for a relaxing weekend. The cabin is perfectly located about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, far enough to avoid the traffic but close enough to not miss out on anything. I highly recommend Black Bear Hallow cabins for anyone that's looking for a nice getaway or family vacation,you wont be disappointed.

It was great to get away , it was quite and very peaceful, in the woods no sound of anything,besides leaves falling and a few crickets, the cabin was super nice very clean , I was shocked they had firewood there ! This is the only cabin place I know that does that ! Just bring some fire log starts and u will be set ! this place gets a A+ ! We will be coming back soon!

Our second family vacation at Over the Rainbow in early November was wonderful! We enjoyed our days in Townsend, Cades Cove, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge or just resting in the cabin. Most evenings were spent all joining together for a home cooked dinner, playing games and enjoying your beautiful home. The views from the cabin are simply gorgeous. This year, our son and his girlfriend got engaged while enjoying a picnic in Cades Cove. When they returned to the cabin later that afternoon, all 12 of us celebrated their engagement with a toast and a great dinner. That same night, we were fortunate enough to see a bear from the deck and watched him for several minutes wandering around below. We all hope to return next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Falls Cabin. We wanted to use our vacation as an opportunity to relax and this cabin helped us to do just that. I loved sitting on the porch and listening to the rain, soaking in the awesome jacuzzi, and curling up in front of the fireplace. We will definitely be back!

Our family stayed here while attending a wedding in the Smokeys! The cabin was perfectly laid out, well appointed and most importantly.....the views were fantastic! We have already made plans for our next stay!

I stayed in the Black Bear Cave cabin, and it exceeded my expectations! The place was clean, private, and beautifully decorated. The location was awesome, too... just minutes from Great Smokey Mountains National Park! Would definitely stay again!

Black Bear Hollow is a wonderful place to stay. The cabins are always clean and well maintained with comfortable furnishings. Great location too: peaceful away- from - it-all feel yet just minutes away from restaurants, shops and, of course, the natural beauty of the park.

A very cozy cabin for two that has everything you need for a weekend getaway, or a weeks vacation. Decorated in a warm and inviting atmosphere that you'll want to spends a lot of time at. Secluded from the busyness of life, but close enough to enjoy all the attractions in the area. We'll definitely be back!

Our family vacationed in the Pigeon Forge area last week. This was our fourth time to visit the area, but our first time to stay in a cabin. We are a family of six with teenagers and a couple younger children. This cabin was wonderful!!! The kids loved the hot tub and the game tables. We ate our meals each night at the cabin, and took advantage of the wonderful kitchen and grill. Almost every night my husband thanked me for picking this cabin. I also was happy to take clean laundry home. ( a washer and dryer are in the basement.) I can't say enough about this cabin. We have told all of our friends and family. My only concern is that the word will get out about how great it is, and we won't be able to book it for next year. I give this cabin 5+ stars.

This was our second stay in the Precious Memories cabin & it did not disappoint. The view is simply inspiring!! The fall colors were truly a wondrous sight to behold & an excellent reminder of our Creator. The cabin itself is very spacious & clean. The kitchen has everything you'll need if you want to cook, the only thing I brought from home was my Crockpot. Our favorite part is the location, not only are the views amazing but we feel it's perfectly located on Wears Valley Rd between Townsend & Pigeon Forge. We're already planning our trip for next year!! :)

My husband and I came on Nov 7-9 for our 6th anniversary we absolutely loved the cabin! It was away from the main drag and quite. We will be returning!

We arrived on a Friday and left on the following Wed . We knew an early snow was predicted but did not expect to actually get accumulation . We woke to at least 4 inches which turned the entire area a delightful white winter scene . The found the cabin to be clean and the kitchen well stocked with the materials needed to cook our meals . Plenty of dishes for our group as well. We lost internet but Mark managed to get someone to change the modem on Sunday . An added plus was being in the hot tub as the snow fell . In all we had a great time and felt that we were well taken care of . We all would give Mark and the location a thumbs up.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Lodge! Woke up to a flock of wild turkeys near the fire-pit! The bonfire was so relaxing with a glass of wine and good conversation. The cabin was amazing with everything we could have hoped for! I cannot wait for another visit. Will recommend the Black Bear Hollow Cabins for everyone! So close to all the shopping in Pigeon Forge! The leaves were beautiful and we had snow with it!!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Over the Rainbow cabin. Plenty of room, ample parking, and terrific view of the surrounding mountains. We arrived just as the trees reached the apex of their color change. The six inches of snow a few days later was magnificent to view as well.

My wife and I absolutely loved the condo in Orange Beach. We were surprised to find a tea kettle and a Keurig in the kitchen, so we didn't have to unpack the one we brought with us. The living room furniture was extremely comfortable and the bed had a great mattress. We spent a lot of time on the balcony because of the comfy furniture there. We've stayed at other condos that only had the basic table and chairs, no love seat and rockers like this one had. If there's anything you find that you need, Mark and Debbie are just a phone call or email away and will always answer promptly. Phoenix West II has top of the line excercise equipment as well as indoor and outdoor pools and a lazy river. The beach was beautiful as well. Our only complaint was that the week went by all too fast!

It was nice to drink our coffee in the jacuzzi while it was snowing. The cabin was very well accommodating with everything we needed. We enjoyed grilling out and playing pool in the envenings. We can't wait to bring the kids back in a few months they are gonna be amazed of the beautiful view. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo. It had everything we wanted and more! The beach was lovely, but my three year old loved the lazy river most of all! Can't wait for next year!

My Wife, 2 kids, and I had a great time. We enjoyed the comfort of the cabin, it felt like a home. The hot tub was nice to end the day in. And the cabin is located in a peaceful secluded environment. We'll definitely be coming back in the future.

My husband and I took a few days vacation at Bear Ridge. The cabin was very clean and extremely comfortable. We love to grill out, so the gas grill was a plus. Quit, peaceful setting. Several mornings I sat out on the front porch sipping a hot cup of coffee, listening to birds singing, it was very relaxing. We look forward to staying at Black Bear Hollow Cabins again soon. Excellent accommodations, unique and quiet setting separate this cabin from the rest. Nestled in the North Easternly most part of the property gives you a secluded back country feel. We will definitely be back again!
