The condo was beautiful, very well decorated and a perfect location! The Phoenix West II offers wonderful amenities for all ages. We look forward to staying with you again soon!

We have been staying at Black Bear Cabins for several years. We go there at least every other year if not every year. We do not even check out other cabins or hotels. We schedule our trip by the availability of the cabins. The cabins are always very clean upon arrival with all the amenities one needs whether you cook or eat out. The cabins are close to so many things that families or seniors might want to take in during their stay. We have stayed in at least 3 different cabins.

My husband and I are retired, and have spent the last six years vacationing on beaches in the southern states of Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. We rent condos five to six times a year in the aforementioned states. NONE have compared to the opulence of the Phoenix West II penthouse property! It was by far the most luxurious, well-appointed condo we have stayed in to date. We shared this spacious, four-bedroom condo with one other couple, and needless to say, we had room to spare. It was difficult to drag ourselves out of the condo and the spectacular, balcony view from the thirtieth floor, of The Gulf of Mexico! When we did venture out, we enjoyed the fabulous amenities of The Phoenix: gorgeous beach, swimming pools (indoor and out) lazy river, hot tubs and exercise room. All with breath-taking views of the Gulf. The highlight of our week week was sitting on the balcony with front row seats to the total eclipse of the moon (blood moon). A memory we will treasure forever! Our future plans will include a stay at this fabulous property again.

We have stayed three times at the Black Bear Ridge cabin. We're planning on two more stays in 2015. There are cheaper places to stay, but we keep coming back here. On our first stay, we were impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness, and accessories in the cabin. Appliances, utensils, starter paper products were available, and there is an IGA grocery in Townsend to stock up with more. I even found a bottle opener on the can opener. I was at first disappointed in the view from the rear deck, not knowing what to expect, but have since embraced the enclosing trees on the climbing hill at the back. If you enjoy the forest, the sounds of unfamiliar creatures, and the sound of falling limbs in the distance (the forest at work), you will love this place. We finally got into the hot tub on the deck on our third stay -- after hiking the trail to Abram's Falls, and after mostly walking rented bicycles through Cade's Cove two days later, and we are convinced that it made our aches more "bearable." We love this cabin, and we will continue to rent it, until we eventually move to the Townsend area. :)

This place had a perfect setting. Black Bear Cave is furnished beautiful, clean, had everything you needed, just bring your clothes and have the best time of your life. The owners Mark & Debbie are one of a kind. We can't say enough about these Great people. If you want a great place and work with great owners,then look no further.

We have stayed at Mark & Debbie cabins for at least 15yrs. We can't say enough on how clean,furnished,wonderful views and everything you need at your finger tips. Besides all the extra good things about their cabins the location is great. Mark & Debbie are the most out reaching people you will ever deal with. Believe me that is why Nelson & I continue to come back. Now, our kids are doing the same thing. God Bless this wonderful couple.

My fiancée "luckily" found this cabin at the very last minute. To my surprise, she decided to take me to Cades Cove and have a weekend away for my birthday. She had found the "One & Only Perfect Cabin" and if she couldn't get THIS particular cabin, she would just have to do something different for my birthday. She had been checking the availability for 3 weeks only to find that no one had canceled reservations. It was completely booked, always. She wasn't surprised, but disappointed. She finally decided to give up. 2 days later (Thursday afternoon, the day before we would leave) she just HAD to check one more time, just in case...... Then she saw what she had been hoping for. When she called to verify that this was indeed available, Mark told her that it was available and it must be destiny and that we would love it. I must agree, this place will always mean so much to us, and just as she said, it IS the ONE & ONLY cabin that is everything we ever dreamed, and MORE!!! We definitely plan to make this our special retreat and visit atleast once a year. There really is no other place like it!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bear Cave. Amenities were just what we needed. We will be back.

My second time staying at Bears Den. I always find it a welcoming retreat when I stay in the Townsend area. Very cozy, comfortable and clean!

Another great stay at Black Bear Hollow cabins. This place is the best. I like the feel of the cabin when you first enter. Very clean,and comfortable. Equipped very well with all the things you need. My husband and I have stayed here three years in a row now,and as always never ready to leave to go home. .

The condo was perfect! Excellent amenities, the pools, spa, and lazy river was fun for the whole family. I could not ask for a better location or property to stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time here!! The condo is absolutely gorgeous!! Everything was top of the line including furniture and mattresses. The views from the 27th floor were spectacular. We loved the pools and the lazy river. The owners were great to work with. We are already planning to stay here next year.

We always enjoy our stay at Black Bear Hollow and our recent visit was no exception. The cabins are always clean and comfortable and in the most peaceful surroundings. So whether we come in from a long day of sight-seeing and hit the hot tub or just spend the day lounging on the porches or around a fire we are insured of a wonderful day. Paul & I just wanted y'all to know how much we enjoyed our stay at Precious Memories. The cabin is beautiful & the view is breath taking. We didn't use the hot tub but we sat out on the porch at night enjoying the stars & the quiet. We have decided we want to do this again next year around the same time. Wow, Wow, Wow...... I think one of our biggest surprises was how completely beautiful our cabin was. You always hear of disastrous locations from others and wonder if you picked the right place... from a web site no less. But now I can say we needed this location, this place and most of all that time, we have been thru so much in the last few years. Like everyone else, life does get in the way and can launch certain stressful events that are not expected. For us it had names like Hurricane Katrina or cave man light like a small house fire, if it could be a stressful tick in life....well, we found it. But, this....took all of the anxiety, stress away and gave us back our smile....Theresa and I will retire here shortly and we have the proverbial bucket list. We have been to all the so-called fun adventurous places, going to places like Phoenix, Arizona, to resorts in Jamaica, to Carnival Cruises and even Windsor, Canada for some wine tasting. All in an attempt to kind of find that one place we could keep going back to for a nice break. I think we found it, one cabin down and several to go. Your attention to our needs were much appreciated, we are already planning our next trip....thanks again, still smiling as I type this.....

We thoroughly enjoyed your mountain retreat last week!!! It was so relaxing, full of amenities and a huge blessing after a year of trials!!! We certainly were relieved to find it was everything you advertised it to be. We have had trouble more than once with rentals for our extended family get togethers, and being able to stay together in such a luxurious cabin made it all the more special!! The kids truly spent every waking moment playing pool, Foosball, or chilling in the hot tub. I hope to spread the word to all our family and friends what a blessing you guys have been to us!!!

A five-star rental indeed! Thanks to Black Bear Hollow Cabin Rentals our 3-year anniversary vacation was splendid. It was our first time staying at Over the Rainbow, and this home did not fail to please...it really did exceed our expectations. From the moment we walked in the door, it felt warm and cozy. Not only that, the space is amazing! High ceilings, plenty of seating in the dining and living areas, oversized bedrooms (many with connecting/master baths), a full living area on the lower-level (including pool table and air hockey), an outdoor jacuzzi, and the best thing ever--a 10-seat theater room with a massive TV equipped with surround sound. Each bedroom also has a deck with a mountain view that you'd have to see to believe. During our stay we never left the home. Everything we needed was there and if we could have stayed longer, we certainly would. Many thanks to Mark and Debbie for being exceptional owners, and allowing us to share a special moment of our lives in this fine cabin. We are still raving about our stay at Over the Rainbow and intend to tell everyone we know about the experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Black Bear Cave cabin. It had everything that we could ever need to make or stay enjoyable. The hot tub was fantastic and my wife loved the giant Jacuzzi tub and I liked the blu-ray player after a day in Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. It was the best cabin we have ever stayed in.

We were so pleased with our recent stay at your Bear Ridge cabin. It was a last minute trip for us and we found your cabins on a search by internet. We did not know anyone who had stayed with you before but the pictures showed very nice cabins. A quick look at the calendar and we saw that Bear Ridge was available for the time we needed. When we called the phone number, Don answered and was very helpful. He mentioned that we should call Mark as it was one of his cabins. Mark too was very nice and helpful answering all of our questions the main one being could Paul navigate the drive on his motorcycle. The answer was yes and so we said yes too. The cabin was better than the pictures! So clean and so homey. Cute stuffed bears in the bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable. Nice comfy leather couch in the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils and cook wear anyone could need. In fact we baked cookies. The front porch had rocking chairs and the back had a private hot tub. The bathrooms were cleaner than many of the motels we have stayed in. The location of the cabin is so convenient to Townsend and Cades Cove. We took a walk and saw the falls and cave on the property. That was pretty cool! We also liked the security of the private drive and gate. All we can say is we will be back. Hopefully a cabin will be available the next time we can get away for a few days. A first class company with beyond first class cabins.

HI Mark and Debbie, We can't stress enough on how wonderful our stay was. The cabin was so relaxing and the hot tub was amazing. Sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning, the beauty would take your breath way. We do believe the mountains have our souls. Even though the cabin was secluded, everything that we wanted to go see was a short distance away. Cant wait for our next vacation to come back and stay! Thanks again,
