Disable all emails for Myallocator

Set things up so that absolutely no emails will go out for reservations recevied through MyAllocator.

Disabling Emails for MyAllocator Bookings

If you want to prevent ReservationKey from sending any automated emails for reservations that come in through MyAllocator, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Check the MyAllocator Email Schedule Setting

  1. Go to the Settings tab in ReservationKey.
  2. Click External Connections and open your MyAllocator connection.
  3. Click Edit for the connection.
  4. Find the Email Schedule setting and make sure it is set to None.

When the email schedule is set to None, ReservationKey will instead use the default internal or property-specific email schedule (the one defined under Email Schedules).

Step 2: Create a ?No Emails? Schedule

Next, we?ll create a special email schedule that ensures no messages are ever sent for MyAllocator reservations.

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Select Email Schedules.
  3. Click Add Schedule.
  4. Name the schedule something like No Emails (MyAllocator).
  5. For every event (Before Arrival, After Departure, etc.), set each message option to No Message.
  6. This schedule acts as a placeholder ? it will not be used internally, only for MyAllocator connections.
  7. Click Save.

Step 3: Link the ?No Emails? Schedule to MyAllocator

  1. Return to the External Connections section.
  2. Open the MyAllocator connection again.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Email Schedule dropdown, select the new schedule you created (e.g., No Emails).
  5. Click Save Changes.

Now, all reservations imported from MyAllocator will use this ?No Emails? schedule ? meaning no automated messages will be sent to guests for those bookings.

Summary

By linking a custom ?No Emails? schedule to your MyAllocator connection, you can completely disable automated guest communications for reservations imported from external channels. This setup is ideal when those platforms (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) already handle all guest messaging.
