Sending Rates to MyAllocator

At this time, ReservationKey does not automatically send rates to MyAllocator. However, you can manually update your rates at any time from within your account.

How to Manually Send Rates

1. Go to the Settings tab.
2. Select External Connections and open your MyAllocator connection.
3. Click Room/Unit Settings for that connection.
4. Click Retrieve Units to load your mapped rooms.
5. Locate the Send Rates option.
6. If you also want to send Minimum Stay requirements, make sure the box for ?Include Minimum Stay Settings? is checked.
7. Click Send Rates.

This will push the current rates from ReservationKey to MyAllocator for all mapped rooms and units.

When to Send Rates

Any time you make changes to your rates in ReservationKey, you should manually resend them to MyAllocator. This includes updates to:

• Rate Plans ? under Properties > Rate Plans
• Rate Adjustments ? under Properties > Rate Adjustments

After saving those changes, simply return to the Room/Unit Settings section of your MyAllocator connection and click Send Rates again to ensure MyAllocator has the latest pricing.

Future Automatic Rate Updates

We are considering adding an option for automatic rate updates in the future. This would allow ReservationKey to automatically send new rates to MyAllocator whenever rate plans or rate adjustments are modified. For now, however, rates must be sent manually as described above.

Summary

Although rate syncing is not yet automatic, you can easily keep your MyAllocator pricing up to date by manually using the Send Rates button in your Room/Unit Settings. This ensures all connected channels reflect your most current rates and minimum stay requirements.
