This guide explains how the number of days displayed before and after the current or selected month works on the Availability Calendar, and how to adjust this setting to fit your preference.
By default, the Availability Calendar highlights the current date in yellow. For example, if today is June 23, that date will appear highlighted when you click T for ?Today.?
You?ll also notice that the calendar shows a few days before the current date ? typically four days by default. This is controlled by a preference setting.
When you navigate to a future month (for example, clicking to view October), the system also shows the same number of days prior to the first day of that month. For instance, if you have ?4 days prior? set, then the October view will begin on September 27.
Purpose: Showing these extra days makes it easier to edit or view reservations that span the end of one month and the beginning of the next, without needing to switch between months.
To adjust this setting:

This same setting also affects the Change Reservation calendar view. When editing or moving a reservation and selecting Use Calendar, the number of prior days shown follows your preference.
If the setting is 0, the change calendar will start exactly at the first day of the month; otherwise, it will include the defined number of days prior.
If you ever notice that the dates and room columns don?t line up properly in your Availability Calendar, it may be caused by your browser?s zoom level.
