Text Messaging Dashboard
The Text Messaging Dashboard gives you full control over your SMS communication and credit balance. From here, you can view your remaining credits, manage top-ups, and configure key messaging options.
Activity Overview
In the Activity section, you can:
- See how many text messaging credits remain in your account.
- Monitor recent text message usage.
Purchasing Additional Credits
To purchase more credits:
- Click the Popup Account button under the Activity section.
- Select the amount of credits you’d like to purchase.
- Review how many credits you’ll receive for the selected amount.
- Click Top Up to complete the purchase.
Note: You must have a credit card saved in your account before you can purchase credits.
Balance Management
In the Balance Management section, you can choose how your credits are maintained:
- Automatic Top-Up: Enable this option to automatically purchase additional credits when your balance falls below the threshold you specify.
- The saved credit card will automatically be charged the top-up amount.
- You can set both the top-up amount and the trigger threshold.
- Email Alerts Only: If you prefer to top up manually, you can disable automatic top-ups and instead receive an email alert when your balance drops below your chosen threshold.
Guest Opt-In (Coming Soon)
The Opt-In section will allow guests to choose whether to receive text messages from your property.
This feature is currently under development and will be available soon.
Additional Options
In the Options section, you can:
- Set the time zone for when messages are sent.
- Disable the text messaging feature entirely if you no longer wish to use it.
