Sending Rates to MyAllocator

At this time, ReservationKey does not automatically push rate changes to MyAllocator. However, you can easily send updated rates manually whenever needed — for example, after editing your rate plans or rate adjustments.

Step 1: Open the Room / Unit Settings

1. Go to the Properties tab.
2. Select Rooms / Units.
3. Locate your rooms that are already mapped to MyAllocator.

Only mapped units will have the option to send rate updates.

Step 2: Send Rates to MyAllocator

1. Within the mapped room list, find the Send Rates button or link.
2. Check the box labeled Include Minimum Stay Settings if you want to send minimum stay requirements along with the rates.
3. Click Send Rates.

This will transmit the current rates (and minimum stay settings, if selected) to MyAllocator.

Step 3: When to Send Rates

Any time you make updates under the following sections, you’ll need to resend rates to ensure MyAllocator reflects the most recent changes:

• Properties → Rate Plans — if you change nightly rates or rules.
• Properties → Rate Adjustments — if you modify adjustments for specific dates or holidays.

After saving your changes in either section, return to Rooms / Units and repeat the “Send Rates” step.

Future Feature

We are considering adding an option to automatically update rates to MyAllocator whenever changes are made in rate plans or rate adjustments. For now, however, this process must be done manually.
