How do I cancel my account?

Canceling Your Account

We're sorry to hear you're thinking about canceling your ReservationKey account. If you decide to proceed, please follow the steps below to close your account properly.

Step 1: Open Account Settings

Click the Settings tab.
Select Account Settings.

Step 2: Begin the Cancellation Process

Click Change Your Plan.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the link labeled Cancel Your Account.
Then, confirm by clicking the link that says Please cancel my account.

Step 3: PayPal Users

If you pay for your subscription using PayPal, make sure to also log into your PayPal account and cancel your recurring subscription there.

After clicking the cancellation link in ReservationKey, you’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete the cancellation process.

Before You Cancel

We encourage you to consider other options before canceling:

If your property size has changed, you can reduce your number of units and move to a lower plan instead of canceling entirely.

Summary

Go to Settings → Account Settings → Change Your Plan.
Scroll down and click Cancel Your Account.
Confirm by clicking Please cancel my account.
PayPal users: also cancel the subscription within your PayPal account.
