Changing Your Subscription Plan

If your property count changes or you need to adjust your billing plan, you can easily switch to a new subscription level in your ReservationKey account.

Step 1: Go to Account Settings

1. Click the Settings tab.
2. Select Account Settings from the menu.

Step 2: Change Your Plan

1. Click Change Your Plan.
2. Select the plan that fits your current number of units. For example, if you’ve added more rooms, choose the next higher plan. If you’ve reduced rooms, you can move to a lower plan to save on monthly fees.
3. Check the required confirmation boxes.
4. Click Change Plan to confirm.

Step 3: Refresh Your Account

1. After updating your plan, sign out of the system:
• Click your name or profile icon in the top right corner.
• Select Sign Out.
2. Sign back in — this refreshes your account so it recognizes your new subscription plan.

Summary

• Go to Settings → Account Settings.
• Click Change Your Plan.
• Select your new plan and confirm.
• Sign out and back in to apply the changes.

Your updated subscription plan will now take effect, and your billing will adjust automatically on your next renewal date.
