Setting Up a New Subscription

This guide explains how to activate your ReservationKey subscription after your trial period or when upgrading your plan.


Step 1: Open Account Settings

  1. Click the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Account Settings.

Step 2: Add a Payment Method

  1. Click Payment Method.
  2. Choose your preferred payment type — either Bank Account or Credit Card.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to securely enter your payment details.

Tip: We recommend bank account or credit card as the easiest and most reliable options for automatic billing.


Step 3: Select a Subscription Plan

  1. Scroll down and click Change Your Plan.
  2. Choose the plan that matches the number of units you manage. For example, if you have four units, select Plan A.
  3. Check the box to confirm that you understand the Terms of Service.

Step 4: Choose Monthly or Yearly Billing

  1. Select either Monthly or Yearly billing.
  2. Both options have the same overall rate — yearly billing may be more convenient for one-time payments.
  3. Click Change Plan to activate your subscription.

Step 5: Automatic Renewal

After setup, ReservationKey will automatically charge your selected payment method each time your subscription becomes due. You’ll receive a confirmation email after each successful renewal.
