Adding Room Photos

You can add primary and additional photos for each room or unit to enhance your online reservation pages. Photos are displayed on the booking page and can also appear in a slideshow pop-up.

Step 1: Access the Room Settings

1. Go to the Properties tab.
2. Select Rooms / Units.
3. Click on the room you want to edit.

Step 2: Add a Primary Photo

1. Expand the section titled Reservation Page Details.
2. Under Primary Photo, click Browse.
3. Select the image file from your computer.
4. Click Upload to save the image.

Note: The primary photo appears directly on the room listing within your public reservation page.

Step 3: Add Additional Photos

1. In the same section, click Add Another to upload more photos.
2. You can add multiple photos at once if desired.

Important: The slideshow feature requires at least two photos in order to function.

Step 4: Add Descriptions and Customize Display

1. Enter a Main Description for the room (this appears on the main reservation listing).
2. Add an Additional Description — this appears in the “More Details” pop-up window.
3. Check the option Show Additional Photos as Slideshow if you want your extra photos to appear in a slideshow viewer.

If you’d prefer to display static images (rather than a slideshow), you can add image tags directly to your additional details section:

To improve readability, place each image on its own line with spacing as needed.

Step 5: Save and Preview

1. Click Save Changes.
2. Go to the Website tab → Reservation Pages.
3. Click Availability next to your page to preview it.

Step 6: Verify Photo Placement

On your reservation page, confirm that:

• The primary photo displays as the main image for the room listing.
• The main description appears beneath the room title.
• The additional description and extra photos appear in the More Details pop-up window.
• If slideshow mode is enabled, clicking Slideshow opens a pop-up showing your uploaded images.
