How to link an email schedule with a ReservationPage.

Linking an Email Schedule to a Reservation Page

When a guest makes a reservation online through your ReservationKey booking page, the automated emails they receive are determined by which Email Schedule is linked to that specific page.

Each reservation page can use its own email schedule — allowing you to customize messages for different properties, websites, or booking sources such as your main site, Airbnb, or partner pages.

Step 1: Open Reservation Page Settings

  1. Go to the Website tab.
  2. Click Reservation Pages.
  3. Click into the page you want to edit.

Step 2: Find the Email Schedule Setting

  1. In the page settings, expand the section labeled Text.
  2. Scroll down to locate the option called Automatic Email Schedule.

This field controls which email schedule is used when guests book through this page.

Step 3: Select the Desired Email Schedule

  1. From the dropdown list, choose the Email Schedule you want linked to this page.
  2. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Test Your Setup

  1. Open your booking page and make a test reservation.
  2. Verify that the confirmation email (and any future scheduled emails) are queued as expected.
  3. To view queued messages, open the reservation and click Correspondence → View History and Queue.

Summary

By linking an Email Schedule to each reservation page, you control exactly which messages guests receive when booking online — allowing for personalized communication per property, brand, or booking channel.
