Viewing and Linking to Your Reservation Page

This guide explains how to preview and link your ReservationKey booking pages from within your account. Each reservation page can be viewed in different modes and easily embedded into your website.

Step 1: Open the Reservation Pages Section

Go to the Website tab.
Click Reservation Pages.

Step 2: Preview Your Page

In the right column under Preview, select the reservation page you want to view.
Choose the type of page:
- Calendar Mode – displays availability on a monthly calendar layout.
- Availability Mode – displays available rooms in a list with prices, descriptions, and photos.
Click the blue link to open the preview.

Once opened, you can view the reservation page as your guests will see it. The URL shown in your browser’s address bar is your direct link to that page.

Step 3: Embed the Page on Your Website

The link in the address bar can be used directly on your website or shared with guests. For example, you may link to your Calendar Page like this:

To integrate the booking form into your own website:

Scroll to the bottom of the Reservation Page Settings section.
You will find:
- Direct Links – for linking to your reservation or availability pages.
- iFrame Code – for embedding your booking form directly into a page on your website.
- Search Box Code – for adding a date search widget to your homepage or other site pages.
