Things to try when the system isn't responding or there is a glitch.

Troubleshooting System Glitches or Non-Responsive Pages

If you notice ReservationKey acting strangely — such as a screen freezing, not loading fully, or being unresponsive — there are several quick steps you can take to identify and possibly resolve the issue.


Step 1: Refresh the Page

Sometimes the browser cache simply needs to reload. Try refreshing the system:

This will reload the current page and refresh all elements. If the issue was temporary, this should fix it immediately.


Step 2: Try a Different Browser

If refreshing doesn’t help, log in using a different web browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.

Step 3: Check Your Internet Connection

Try logging in using a different data connection to rule out a network issue. For example:

Step 4: Log Out and Back In

If ReservationKey still doesn’t respond, try logging out completely and signing back in:

  1. Click your username in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Log Out.
  3. Close the browser tab or window, reopen it, and then log back in.

This resets your session and clears any temporary data that might be causing issues.
