How to Add an Additional Room to a Reservation
If a guest wishes to book more than one room under a single reservation, you can easily add additional rooms using the Use Calendar option within the reservation details.
Steps to Add a Room
- Locate the reservation on your Availability Calendar or under the Reservations tab.
- Click the reservation to open its Details Page.
- Click Change.
- Select Use Calendar.
- Scroll to locate the reservation’s existing dates on the calendar.
- Click on the additional rooms you wish to add for the same date range.
- Once the new rooms are selected, click Update Reservation.
After saving, the reservation will now include all selected rooms under the same booking.
Verifying the Change
Return to your Availability Calendar and you’ll now see that the reservation spans multiple rooms for the same guest and date range.
Adjusting Room Prices
- Within the Reservation Details page, select each room listed in the reservation.
- Adjust the rate or total price for each room as needed.
- If you want all rooms to use the same pricing, click Duplicate These Rates for All Rooms.
This makes it easy to ensure consistent pricing across multiple rooms within the same reservation.
