How to Add a Reservation

There are two main ways to add a new reservation in ReservationKey: directly from the Calendar or by using the Availability Search tool.


Option 1: Add a Reservation from the Calendar

  1. Go to your Availability Calendar.
  2. Select the desired dates and rooms you want to reserve.
  3. Click Add Reservation.
  4. Enter the guest’s information (name, contact details, etc.).
  5. Click Save to confirm the booking.
  6. Return to the Calendar View to see the new reservation added.

Option 2: Add a Reservation Using Availability Search

  1. On the top toolbar, click the S icon (for “Search”).
  2. Select Availability Search.
  3. Choose the date range for the reservation and click Search.
  4. From the list of available units, select the one you’d like to book.
  5. Click Add Reservation.
  6. Fill in the guest details.
  7. Click Save to complete the process.
  8. Return to the Calendar to view the reservation.
