How to Export iCal Links from ReservationKey into Airbnb

When someone books directly in ReservationKey—either through your online booking page or an internal manual entry—it’s possible to automatically update your Airbnb calendar using iCal export links. This saves time and ensures your Airbnb availability stays in sync without having to add reservations manually.

Step 1: Copy the ReservationKey Export Link

1. From your Availability Calendar, scroll to the bottom and click iCal Links.
2. In the Export section, find the link for the room or unit you want to connect to Airbnb.
3. Click Export to display the full iCal URL.
4. Copy this link to your clipboard.
   Each unit in ReservationKey has its own unique iCal export link.

Step 2: Add the Link to Airbnb

1. Go to Airbnb.com and log into your host account.
2. At the top of the page, click Host and then select Listings.
3. Click the Listing that matches your ReservationKey unit (for example, “Keystone”).
4. Once the listing page loads, click the Availability tab at the top.
5. Scroll down to the section labeled Sync Calendars.
6. Click Import Calendar.
7. Paste the ReservationKey iCal export link that you copied earlier.
8. Enter a Name for the calendar (e.g., “ReservationKey”).
