How to Find iCal Links in Airbnb

To synchronize your Airbnb reservations with ReservationKey, you’ll need to locate the iCal export links for each of your Airbnb listings. These links allow ReservationKey to import your Airbnb bookings automatically into your availability calendar.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Airbnb.com and log into your account.
2. At the top of the page, click Host, then select Listings.
3. You’ll now see a list of all your Airbnb units.
4. Click on the listing you want to connect to ReservationKey.
5. Once the listing page loads, click the Availability tab near the top.
6. Scroll down until you see a section labeled Sync Calendars.
7. Click Export Calendar.
8. A unique iCal link will appear. This link contains your reservation data for that listing.
9. Copy this iCal link.
10. In ReservationKey, go to your Availability Calendar and click iCal Links at the bottom.
11. Under the Import To section, click Add next to the room you want to connect.
12. Paste the iCal link from Airbnb into the field provided.
13. Click Sync with this Calendar to begin importing reservations.

Important Notes

• Repeat these steps for each of your Airbnb listings.
• Airbnb’s iCal links are read-only, meaning ReservationKey can import bookings from Airbnb but cannot send data back to Airbnb through the same link.
• To keep availability synchronized both ways, also set up the ReservationKey iCal Export link in your Airbnb account under Import Calendar.
