Offering Multiple Rate Plans on Public Booking Pages
Guests can now choose between multiple rate plans for the same room on your public booking page—for example, a “Best Available Rate,” “Breakfast Included,” or “Non-Refundable” option.
What Guests See
- After entering dates and clicking Search, each room displays all of its available rate plans.
- Each plan shows its own title, description, and price.
- Guests select a plan by clicking the Select button or anywhere inside the plan box.
- If a minimum-night rule applies, it appears directly in the plan description until the rule is met.
Step 1 – Create Rate Plans
- Go to Properties ? Rate Plans.
- Click Add Rate Plan.
- Enter a Title and Description; these appear on the booking page.
- Use the drag-and-drop handles to reorder plans if desired.
- Click Save Changes.
Step 2 – Link Rate Plans to Rooms or Room Types
For regular setups (individual rooms)
- Go to Properties ? Rooms/Units.
- Click a room name to edit it.
- Expand the Rate Plans section.
- Check each plan that applies to this room.
- Click Save Changes.
For hotel-style setups (room types)
- Go to Properties ? Room Types.
- Open a room type to edit.
- Expand the Rate Plans section and select the plans that apply.
- Click Save Changes.
Tip: Linking plans at the room-type level saves time when several rooms share the same rates.
Guest Booking Flow
- Guests view all rate options under each room after searching.
- They can compare plans and choose the one that best fits their needs.
- Minimum-night and rate-specific rules appear automatically.
