Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation for a one night reservation there will be no penalty. Similarly, if you cancel within 48 hours/ 2 night reservation there will be no penalty and so forth for longer stays. Otherwise the full room rate(s) will be charged unless we are able to rebook the room.
Holiday/ Sundance Film Festival cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 14 days thereof your reservation there will not be a penalty. Otherwise the full room rate(s) will be charged.
