Cancellation Policy
The Widow McCrea House is a small, owner operated B&B. Policies are strictly enforced as cancellations effect us greatly. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policies and contact us with any questions. Thank you.
15 days prior to arrival date for standard, full rate reservations of 2 nights or longer on non Holidays or Special events is required to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival date for standard, full rate Reservations of two nights or longer on non Holidays or Special events will result in a charge of 50% of your reservation total.
30 days prior to arrival date is required when canceling reservations that fall over a Holiday, Special Events, Local Event weekend, Special Rate Package, Promotional Discounts, Single night stays or multiple room rentals is required to avoid cancellation fees .
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival for a one night stay, will forfeit the full amount of the reservation including NJ taxes/fees. Two nights or more, will forfeit 50% of your reservation total including NJ taxes/fees.
Cancellation with in 24 hours of your arrival date will forfeit the entire amount of your reservation including NJ taxes/fees.
Cancellation within 30 days of a reservation for a one night stay, promotional discounts & reservations over Holidays will be charged to your credit card for the full amount of your stay including NJ taxes/fees.
In the event you must cancel your reservation with us, Inn policy requires all cancellation requests be submitted in writing. Please direct your emails to widowmccrea@sprintmail.com. Reservation Cancellation requests will not be accepted without an email confirmation from our office. In the event you do not receive an email confirmation from us, please call the Inn directly at 908-996-4999.
