Cottage Cancellation Policy

NO MONEY will be deducted from your card. Full payment is due after the completion of your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Within 7 days of arrival 100% charge for the room nights cancelled
Within 7 - 30 days of arrival 50% charge for the room nights cancelled
Outside of 30 days of arrival there is no cancellation charge.

Except the period, 20th of December to the 10th of January when the following penalty applies:
Within 90 days of arrival 25% charge for the room nights cancelled
Within 60 days of arrival 50% charge for the room nights cancelled
Within 30 days of arrival 100% charge for the room nights cancelled
“No shows” will be charged at 100% of the applicable rate, for the total stay.
