Upon booking you agree to the following:
Feb28-Dec 15 You will be charged of the price of a one night stay if you do not cancel 30 prior to your check in date.
100% of your reservation will be charged for reservationn stay dates between DEC 15 & FEB 28th if you do not cancel 30 day prior.

Check in time is 3-9pm unless otherwise approved by Agua Azul BUT you must provide us an arrival time upon reserving if one is not provided there is no guarantee someone will be at the property when you arrive.
Pets of any kind are not allowed.
Smoking of any kinds is not allowed anywhere on the property including vapes

single room rentals: From Dec 15- Feb 28 for any cancellation made after the 30 day cut off the enire amount due i your reservation will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellation avaliable up to 30 days prior to check in date.1 night will be charged to credit card on file if not canclled within canceltion period

full property rental requires 1 night non refundable deposit per every week reserved.
cancellation on full property rentals avalible 60 days prior to check in date. Total reservation will be charged for reservation that are From Dec 15- Feb 28 for any cancellation made after the 60 day cut off.
