The Twin Lakes Inn, dating to 1879, is located at the center of historic Twin Lakes Village, one of the most beautiful parts of Colorado. Completely and carefully renovated by local owners, the Inn is open daily from May through October plus seasonally adjusted days/hours from November through April. Seven uniquely styled rooms, each with private baths, include a complimentary continental-plus breakfast. There's also a dining room with a full bar and priority seating for lodging guests.

Need more than 7 rooms? Up to an additional 5 sleeping rooms with shared bath access can be made available for families and groups traveling together.

When a reservation is made a 50% deposit of the total (room charge + estimated taxes) is due, with the balance to be paid at check in. A cancellation more than 28 days out from the first reserved night will receive their deposit back minus a $10 processing charge. A cancellation anytime between 4-28 days from the first reserved night will receive their deposit back minus a $20 processing charge. Cancellations or no-shows within 3 days of the first reserved night will be charged the full amount of the reservation including any unpaid balance. Cancellations for the high-demand LT100 race dates will forfeit the full deposit within 14-28 days of arrival. Full charges for the total LT100 reservations apply for cancellations within 13 or fewer days of first reserved night.
