Resort Policies:
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Rates are subject to change.
Late check-outs are available until 12:30pm for an additional $25 fee. Check-out beyond 12:30pm will result in additional charge of room rate.
No pets allowed, unless animal is service pet, proof of paperwork is required, subject to room availability, $75 nightly fee.
All rooms are non-smoking, smoking will result in a minimum charge of $150.
Any additional guests beyond maximum occupancies will be charged additional $25 per guest.
Guest will be responsible for all costs of any damage to Surfside property.
Please note: Kitchens do not have individual cookware or dinnerware

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be done 5 days prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. Cancellations or no-shows will result in full charge of guest reservation.
Guarantee Policy: All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card. All major cards are accepted.
Photo Identity: All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved photo identity card or Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.
