Cancellation Policy: Your credit card will be charged for the first night as a deposit. We have a 14 day advanced notice cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation any time between now and fourteen days prior to your arrival date, there is a $25.00 fee. If you cancel less than fourteen days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the balance of your entire reservation. This includes choosing to shorten your stay once you arrive.
We highly recommend trip insurance. It is an inexpensive way to have peace of mind.
Please Note: Reservations holding three or more rooms, or two or more cabins, require a 30 day advance notice to cancel or change, to avoid being billed for the entire reservation.
Check In: Time between 3:00-8:00 PM. Please notify the front desk clerk if arriving later than this time so arrangements can be made.
Check Out: Ends at 11:00 AM
Cabins: If renting a cabin, you agree to pay the following additional charges if applicable: A $50.00 fee if dishes, pots and utensils are left unwashed. Dishes may be put in dishwasher and started. You do not need to empty the dishwasher. $100 excess cleaning fee if the cabin is left in an abnormally dirty/trashed condition. A drain/refill fee of $200 for the contamination of a hot tub with a foreign substance such as shampoo, food or drink.
Pet Policy: *** No Pets allowed on premises. Violation of the pet policy will result in a fee of $200.00
Smoking Policy: ***We are a non-smoking property***
If there is damage or smoking in the cabins, there will be a min. of $200.00 fee.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
Privacy Policies: The Stone Canyon Inn takes every precaution to protect our guestÃ†s information. When guests submit sensitive information via the Stone Canyon Inn website, the information is protected both on-line and off-line. When our registration/order form asks a guest to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. Our servers encrypt all of your personal information including: credit card number, name, and address so it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. While on our secure-page reservation order form, the yellow lock icon on web browsers like Firefox and Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just Ã¦surfingÃ†. The locked icon always tells a user they are on a secure page. You will also know your connection becomes secure during the checkout process by seeing the "S" for "secure" in HTTPS://... in your browser's address block.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information on-line, we also do everything in our power to protect our guest's information off-line. All of our guest's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservation specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time we add new policies, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our guest's information is protected. Reserving a room at the Stone Canyon Inn is absolutely safe. We guarantee, with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event you are subject to fraudulent charges, as a result of making a reservation through our website, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using the Stone Canyon Inn secure servers, AND providing you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
