Rental Agreement & Policies
RESERVATION POLICY:
> Tent, Cabins, or RV’s spaces that have been reserved, are considered confirmed only when card
information has been received and approved.
> Rates do not include tax. Tax will be added at time of payment.
> Please, all buildings are NON SMOKING. A cleaning fee WILL APPLY up to $500 if a cabin is smoked in.
> Small (under 20 lbs.) pets are welcome in cabins and must be crated if left unattended, a charge of $25 per pet for additional cleaning will be charged per accommodation. Pet above 20 lbs are charged a dollar a pound. A $250 pet deposit will be charged at the time of check-in and returned if the cabin is left in good order and does not have any pet damage.
> All size pets are welcome in our Tent and RV sites, but must remain on a leash at all times per county ordinances. Please be courteous and clean after them to help keep costs low.
> Visa, and MasterCard are accepted for reservations.
> Balance due in cash at time of check-in
> Rates and policies subject to change, but you will be notified.
> All group events must be scheduled through the campsite’s management.
> WE PROVIDE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES.
> Campground is not responsible for unsafe acts by guests and/or acts of God.
> Campground is not responsible for items left unattended.
Cancellation Policy
> Reservations guaranteed with deposit equal to first nights charge, per cabin, or RV site, or Tent site.
> Stays of 5 or more nights require deposit equal to first two nights charge per accommodation. Deposit charged at time of reservation.
> $20 charge will be assessed for any and each reservation change including cancellation.
> Cancellation, early departure and no-shows are non-refundable. All payments received will be forfeited.
> Cancellations less than 7 days will result in charge of 100% of reservation
> Check in 1pm. Check out 11am unless per-arrangements with management
> No after dark check in for new guest will be allow
