Our policies to ensure everyone a pleasant stay. Persons that do not abide by our policies or are disruptive at managements discretion will be vacated without refund
** Beach and amenities are for registered guests only. Visitors are not permitted. (No Visitantes)
** Please no smoking in or near rooms. No fishing, no fish cleaning or cooking on property. Damage/Cleaning fees start at $300. Please leave room, kitchen and dishes clean to avoid a cleaning fee
**Jet skis, fireworks, drones, events, loud music, pets are not permitted. Boat requires prior arrangement and payment
** No refunds for early departure
** Registrant guest must be a minimum age of 25 and accompanied guest must be 21 or older. All minors (under 18) must be with a parent at all times
**Check-In begins at 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please contact the office for late Check-In instructions. Check out is at 10:30 AM
** Missing/damaged towels are $40.00 each. Missing keys are $80 each
** One parking space per unit, additional parking requires prior arrangement and payment

A fee equal to one night will be charged if cancelled or modified more than 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified within 14 days of arrival or no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds for early departures.
