Rental Agreement Golf Carts Rules for golf cart
Golf carts must obey all traffic and parking laws
Driver must carry a valid Driver License (US, CA are ok)
Children are NOT allowed to drive or on the lap of drivers
No more than 4 people on a golf cart
Do NOT stand on the golf carts while in motion.
Golf Carts are not allowed on the highway
Drive only on designated areas, no jungle, off-road, or beach driving.
Park parallel close to the curb, in designated parking areas, do NOT block driveways.
Be respectful and allow motor vehicles the right of way
Golf Cart must be returned to our office before 12 pm.
You may be ticketed or fined for any of the above violations. You may be responsible for towing and impound fees if you are found in violation.
For Gas Golf Carts: We will provide gas, running a cart out of gas will cause damage to the fuel pump. Please keep an eye on the gas level. Visit us during office hours to get more gas. IF you are unable to contact us, you may get gas at the Pemex station at the entrance to town. The cart uses premium gas, the red type. We will reimburse you for the purchase with a receipt.
For Electric Golf Carts: While driving the golf cart keep the golf cart charger in a secure location inside your property. If charging a golf cart on the street please keep the charger locked to the golf cart.
All golf carts must be returned to the office, before noon, on the day of return.

LIABILITY WAIVER
Lessee has examined the golf car rented and agrees it is not defective or damage when received. Lessee agrees to pay for any losses or damages exclusive of ordinary wear while rental items are in the Lessee’s possession. Lessee agrees to pay normal rental whether the items are used. Lessee agrees to use rented items at its own risk and assumes full responsibility for any property damage or bodily injury to any party whatsoever resulting from the operation, handling, or transportation of rental items while they are in the possession of the Lessee or any agent, representative, invitee, or guest of the Lessee. Lessee agrees to return or surrender items or otherwise make additional deposits when the initial deposit is used up by rental or sales or Lessee breaches contract. At all times during and after the term of this Agreement, the Lessor has the right to lawfully repossess any rental equipment in the event of any abuse or improper operation of the rental equipment or in the event of any breach of this Agreement by Lessee. All costs incurred by Lessor will be paid by Lessee including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees. Lessor shall maintain the full deposit in the event of any breach by Lessee under the Agreement in addition to pursuing all other remedies of law. Lessor shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from the malfunction of rented items. There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose, either expressed or implied.
By my signature below, I certify that I understand and agree to the conditions set in this Rental Agreement. I acknowledge that I have signed this document voluntarily and freely and that my signature creates a contractual obligation that binds me, my guests, and all passengers.
