Please be aware that all suites at The Rooms at Wood Point are non-smoking.
Do not dispose of butts in the plants or on the grounds. Ask at the front desk and we will provide a container for disposal and outline the designated areas.
Any suite perceived to have the residue of smoke will be subject to a $200 Cleaning charge.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable 14 days prior to check in. The booking fee of 15 + tax is not refundable
