Standard rate:
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 10 days before arrival.
• If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 7 days before arrival.
Non Refundable rate:
• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

Check-in &Check-out at Riad Anya & Spa
• We are always here! Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. We’ll be ready for you.
• Check-out time: 12:00 p.m. Seize the day, friend!
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.

House Rules:
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events are allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00.

Internet:
• WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Children policiy:
• Children of any age are allowed.
• Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
• Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for EUR 15.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
• People 13 years old and over stay for EUR 30.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Extending your stay:
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.
If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar apartment should this be necessary.
