Pembroke Springs Retreat is the perfect place to have a group gathering for a birthday party, family reunion, company retreat, or other small celebration or event! Online reservations are now available 12 months out.

1. We are currently only taking reservations for whole house rentals. We can offer discounted rates for parties that choose to use less bedrooms: We apply a 10% reduction to the nightly rate for each bedroom that will go unused during your stay (unused bedrooms will be inaccessible). For example, at a nightly rate of $1,000, a group requiring three of our five bedrooms would receive a $200 discount per night — bringing the nightly rate to $800. All rates are exclusive of state and local taxes which are added to the final bill and can be settled at check out. The maximum discount for weekend rates (Fri-Mon) is 30%. Reservations that use 2 bedrooms or less will have access to only one Japanese bath.

2. We do not negotiate room rates for stays less than one week. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Our reservations generally require a two-night minimum; some holiday weekends require a three-night minimum. Sometimes midweek exceptions can be made if requested.

4. Our overnight occupancy limit is 14 people. There are 5 queen or king size beds. There are tatami areas that can accommodate those who want to sleep on the floor. Futons can be provided for an extra fee of $50 per futon (max 4 futons). Events are limited to 25 people and require an event agreement.

6. Completing a reservation assumes that you have read and agreed with PSR’s policies. Your reservation will be confirmed when we have charged a $1000 deposit to your credit card and send you a confirmation email.
