Very clean, updated. Had everything we could possibly need. Owners were very nice.

This was the second year we stayed in this cabin. All I can say is that it is a beautiful cabin in an awesome location. It has all the amenities for a relaxing stay. I might add the it is also cleanliness is spot on perfect

I've spent many stints in the mountains of East Tennessee! This was one of the nicest cabins. It was was very nice and very clean. All new appliances was a plus. It's 5tars!

Donn and Margaret were wonderful. Very thorough and quick to respond to any questions. Simply Golden is a beautiful, clean, comfortable home and is exactly as pictured. You immediately feel at home! We will definitely consider re-booking. Love Wears Valley!

Bedrooms are roomy. Both living rooms are great! Place was clean and in great shape. Awesome location. Great view and close too a lot. Good parking. Overall- close to perfection! Definitely a home to book again, and again.

Cabin was great, very clean , had everything we needed, was semi-secluded yet close to areas we wanted to visit. hope to visit again in future and would love to stay at Simply Golden again

We had a wonderful trip. The kids had a blast playing in game room and fishing in the pond. The cabin location was great it’s peaceful and has beautiful scenery. We ?? loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great secluded cabin with plenty of room for our family of 12 (8 adults & 4 kids). Temperature in 90s & AC kept the 3 story cabin cool. Lots to do in the cabin for all. Saw bears at cabin first evening that was highlight for everyone. Owners very responsive and easy to deal with. We would stay here again!

This place is out of the busy attraction zone, but close enough to get to and from any of the sites and sounds you may want to see. Perfect location to get into the Smoky Mountains and enter Gatlinburg while enjoying beautiful creeks and mountain views. This place is big enough from a whole entire family (10). This is our second year staying here. We plan to come back. This place is always clean has everything you need. The kids love the pool, feeding the ducks and just sitting out on the front porch at night looking into the mountains. Not to mention the owners are the easiest and friendliest people you'll ever meet. They are always just a phone call away. If you are looking for a peaceful spot this is your place.

Beautiful view!!! Loved the seclusion and privacy, the fire pit, wraparound deck and all that parking space! The hot tub was clean and very nice. Our stay at the Golden View was great! The family enjoyed pool tournaments watching movies on the large screen TVs and we really enjoyed the watching the shows from the deck that God provided every day!

I planned a family vacation to Bear Falls Cabin. It was the first time I had seen my sister or niece in 2 years and the cabin was beyond perfect. The cabin was so beautiful and the layout offered plenty of room for the kids and adults to enjoy our vacation. Our kids loved it too. We spent every night either in the hot tub or on the deck. I believe this was the first year of a family vacation tradition. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories. 5 STARS

House was in good location ie didn’t require long winding road to reach cabin. House accommodated both young and old in our party. Lots of rooms and beds for large group. Common area a little small on main floor but easily adapted by using large porch seating area.

My family and I had an awesome stay in this cabin. Cabin was easily accessible for my 92 year old father who uses a walker. We have gone to the Smokies for over 30 years each summer and finding a cabin that is accessible for him(and large enough for whole family) is difficult, but the main floor in this cabin was great for him. Even the showers were accessible. Kitchen had lots of counter space for serving food and had lots of dining room seating which is hard to find in cabins. The view of Wears Valley was spectacular and the porch seating was great. Will definitely book this cabin again if my father's health allows us to return again next year!

Our stay at Grand View was wonderful! The cabin was extremely clean, well maintained, open and made us feel right at home. The view is breathtaking, especially as the sun sets behind the mountain. The deck and living area are much bigger than the pictures show. We had a family reunion party there on the 4th and all twenty people fit easy in the cabin. Clearly allot of pride and care is put into this cabin. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in Gatlinburg on the second half of our vacation and wish we could have brought this cabin with us.

We loved our stay in Golden Oaks!! The cabin was clean and cozy. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

The views are spectacular and the house was perfect for my 5 grandchildren. The fire pit topped off a perfect week in the Smoky Mountains.

It was our first time renting a cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently located and the cabin was nice clean and enough room for a small family. The dogs also enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful views. Cabin in secluded. Washer and dryer are nice and handy. Hot tub was great! The deck is huge and you can eat and enjoy the view.

This cabin had everything we were looking for. Well kept, roomy and a short drive to all the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. We even had a Mommy Bear and her cub visit us on the deck one day! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice vacation!

We loved our stay the cabin was beautiful and well equipped very clean and beautiful views! It was so nice being close enough to everything but far enough away to still enjoy the peacefulness of the smokies. We have been coming for years and stayed in many different cabins but by far the family has decided this is their favorite.

One of the best vacations we have had in this area! We loved the cabin. The owners responded quickly and I was able to add on another night before our stay. The fire pit, hot tub, and pool table were very nice additions. The views were fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owners were quick to answer any questions, and were very easy to work with. We loved the views from the hot tub, the game room was great, and the kitchen was well stocked.

We love this place! Lots of upgrades since last time we were here. Can't beat the view and the drive up is not bad. Plenty of beds for 10 ladies. We have decided to make this place be the one we always come to. We had been making the trip every spring and fall, but didn't get to come last year because of Covid. So glad to be able to come to the mountains again. You can't go wrong with this one. We loved sitting around the fire at night.

The Grand View was perfect! Kurt and Jennifer were great to work with and it was very clean. The cabin was cozy and had an awesome view. It was also a great location for visiting a variety of places. If you are looking for a place to soak in a hot tub and look at the stars or have coffee in a comfy rocking chair enjoying the mountain view, this is the place for you!

We have never felt more comfortable in a cabin as we have in Golden Oaks. It is beyond perfection. We didn’t want to leave. The screen room is perfect. The kitchen is perfect. The beds are so comfortable. We have been coming to this area for 30 years and just now realize that this will be our go to cabin in the coming years. Margaret&Don are the best!!!!!

My brother and I decided to rent here to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary and it did not disappoint! The fully stocked kitchen and the beautiful views made our stay so nice! Our parents were so happy to enjoy family time without any worries! The only problem was our stay was too short!

Cabin is well appointed with a great view. Owners are very responsive and have been very accommodating. Having stayed at dozens of cabins in the Smokys over the years, I definitely would stay here again.

I will recommend this cabin to friends and family! Very comfortable and in a quiet area (a must to relax and take in the views). Close to hustle and bustle for those who want to venture out to nearby busy towns. Near hiking, fishing, scenic driving. Kitchen worked out well. Just be ready for a steep climb to get there (we had a front wheel drive minivan and it was no problem— just not used to it, as we are from a state lacking any hills LOL).

Great property, response owners. Had 1 week family vacation at the Wears Valley house. Best kitchen supplies we have seen to 35 years of vacations. Property was clean and as advertised. would highly recommend, plan on renting from same owners next year.
