Had a great 2-night stay at Bear Mtn. Cabin was clean, comfortable & well-appointed. Loved the decor and the porch swing & rocking chairs were my favorite for enjoying morning coffee. We'll be back! :)

We all enjoyed our stay at the Bear Ridge very much. The cabin is a one level which I was looking for and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the front and back porches just talking and we ate out on the back porch a couple of times,it was perfect. We love going to Cades Cove and we got up every morning early to go and it didn't take us long at all the cabin is in a great location. We saw bears, deer and turkeys in Cades Cove and when we got back we had several walking in the yard by the cabin. Thank You for a wonderful place to stay!

We really joined our stay at Black Bear Hollow Cabins. The cabins are clean and located in a beautiful quite area. Highly recommended!

Black Bear Hollow Cabins is the only cabins my family has stayed at for the last 8!years. Every cabin is well cared for and the owners are amazing. I've stayed in the majority of the choices of cabins and have never been disappointed. This stay was no exception, everything was great!

No, we didn't see any foxes, but since our last name is Fox, we were "Foxes in the Woods" and loved every minute at the Bear Cave. It was the perfect place for the two of us and allowed us a quiet and comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the fall colors in the Smoky Mountains. The location was perfect for visiting Cades Cove and for exploring several of the trails near by. We hope to come back again and enjoy God's creation.

We have stayed at this cabin before.so my wife insisted on the black bear hollow creek cabin.it is a super cabin .very comfortable and everything functions and we can't wait to visit again.

This was our third time to stay at Black Bear Hollow Cabins and it NEVER disappoints! There are other places to stay mountainside that are closer to where we live but we will continue to make the trek to Townsend Tennessee because of the uniqueness of Black Bear Hollow. We love the fact that its gated and the cabins are extremely private, yet minutes from town. Many other places feel overcrowded with cabins stacked one after another, whereas Black Bear Hollow feels like we have the mountain all to ourselves! The views, amenities, and cleanliness are topnotch. From the first time I spoke with Mark over the phone 3 years ago, I felt our comfort and satisfaction were important. Because of this, we chose to try the cabins, and now, well, no need to ever stay anywhere else! See you in 2016 Black Bear Hollow!

Thanks so much for the use of your cabin, Bear Ridge! It was the perfect house for my brother and I. He was planning on just a weekend in the mountains by himself but I told him I wanted to come so we rented this cabin. We had an enjoyable stay and everything was just perfect! I highly recommend staying at Bear Creek. The cabin is beautiful, secluded, yet easy to access and secure. It was clean and had everything you'll need for a great stay! The owners are great people and have made the cabin look and feel like home away from home. You'll enjoy it!

My husband and I stayed at Black Bear Hollow Cabins Bear Cave for our honeymoon Nov 13 thru 21st . We absolutely loved the cabin . We loved the seclusion and privacy . The cabin was cozy and very clean . I absolutely fell in love with it. It was everything I expected . We have already booked another week for 2016. We have no desire to try any other cabins . This is our mountain getaway destination !! I am very pleased to give a 5 star rating . I can not wait for our next trip !

We truly enjoyed our recent stay in your lovely cabin, Bear Creek. The location is serene and beautiful, it was wonderful to just sit in the swing or rockers and soak in the beautiful view and watch the falling leaves. I love the black bear décor, and all of the details that made the cabin a home away from home. We grilled steaks on the deck one night, and everything we needed was right there at hand. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops nearby as well. The beds are super comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean! We usually camp when we come to the Smokies, but I think we'll make it a tradition at least once a year to stay in one of your cabins for a totally relaxing retreat, and we look forward to having other family members join us there! Thanks for the hospitality!

From the moment i spoke to the owners on the phone i was impressed. Very helpful and courteous. Our family had a wonderful time staying in the cabins. they are close enough to town but far enough away to feel secluded. Very clean and beautiful. It was a perfect vacation and we didnt want ti leave. We can't wait to bring our extended family with us next year to stay even longer! I highly recommend staying at any of the Black Bear Hollow cabins you will not be sorry!

This was our first visit to the Smoky Mountains and we will definitely be back! Our cabin was perfect for our family and was very quiet and secluded, plus it was surrounded by beautiful woods. We loved the hot tub on the back patio, too! Looking forward to our next visit already!

We truly had a wonderful time at golden view lodge. The cabin is beautiful. The pictures don't do justice to this beautiful place in the clouds, looking atop the trees. It will take your breath away. It even dusted us with snow and the tops of the mountains were breathtaking. We are truly blessed with a big, close family and this was perfect. Donn is also a nice guy and responded immediately anytime we needed anything.

The cabin was clean, easily accessible, and located within excellent views of the mountains. This is truly one of the nicer cabins in the area. We have stayed with this company before, and will continue to do so as the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was our second time at staying in the "Families Memories" cabin. It was just as good this year as it was last year. All of our immediate family were able to go this year (6 adults and 3 Grand-children) and we all had a wonderful time. It is convenient located for several attractions. We would be happy to stay there again!

Black Bear Falls is a gorgeous cabin! The house is well decorated and the fireplace was wonderful. We cooked our meals almost every night in the beautiful, well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed game after game of pool, air hockey, and fooseball in the upstairs loft and downstairs game room. It was great that the linens were provided (less packing for us) and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very easy to work with, even when we had some surprise guests come and stay with us for one night. Since it was winter time and the chance of snow was very likely, we were concerned with snow; however, there was no need because the house is easily accessible with a paved driveway and only a few hundred feet off of the main road. The cabin is only a little drive away from downtown Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and also Cades Cove (where we seen some HUGE bucks and a black bear) which was fantastic because we went to several attractions and shopping there. Black bear falls is a perfect place to stay for anyone going on a family vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains. Might I also add that the picnic area with the fire pit and the cave were also really cool features to this property.

Our family of five and two friends stayed five nights at Black Bear Falls and had a wonderful time. The cabin is very spacious and clean! It has three levels, so our kids were spread out and had space for themselves. The owners always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. The part I liked best was the ease of arrival and departure. We were given a code to the door, so we didn't have to stop anywhere to pick up or drop off keys which takes time away from vacationing. We were there in March so we had a few cold nights, but the fireplace kept us cozy and warm. The kids took walks, built fairy houses down by the waterfall, played volleyball at the picnic area and used the hot tub every day. We were centrally located, so we were able to spend time in Townsend (check out the swinging bridge behind Lilly's Cafe!) and go to some attractions in Pigeon Forge. We went horseback riding, explored Tuckaleechee Caverns, shopped at the outlets, rode the alpine coaster, went to a great magic show at Wonderworks, and even flew in a helicopter! It was always so nice to come back to relax in the inviting cabin. Would definitely recommend Black Bear Falls and renting from the Tisch family.

Beat falls was AMAZING!!!! The cabin was clean and very nicely accommodated. Although we only had our family of 4 staying, we could have easily had another 2 families stay!! Gatlinburg and pigeon forge are only a short drive away allowing you to enjoy the peaceful serenity of the smokies without all the city lights and buzz.

Bear Falls is a lovely cabin with plenty of room for large groups. There is space for everyone to spread out, plus there are large common areas for everyone to spend time together. The game room is a wonderful bonus...great on rainy days! The cabin is clean and well-equipped, and the views are breathtaking. For folks who have back pain/sleeping issues, even the mattresses are great and comfortable, which is a big deal! I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we will be back. :-)

Wonderful cabin! The location is great, right in the middle of everything. The cabin was everything we thought it would be....as advertised. Loved the living room wall of windows. The bedrooms were even bigger than they looked in the pictures too. Will definitely be back.

This is a fantastic cabin! Very spacious seating area and dining table. We enjoyed the wrap around deck and all of the comfortable outdoor furniture. The gas grill was very nice. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and the beds very comfy. We had a wonderful family time!

We really love Black Bear Hollow Cabins. Mark and Debbie are great and the reservation process is easy. We've booked twice with them so far, and can't wait to return! We've stayed at Black Bear Falls and Over The Rainbow, both of which were spacious and enjoyable. The cabins are always exceptionally clean and well maintained. The view from Over The Rainbow is spectacular!! We met our family from Ohio at these cabins, which makes for a fun, relaxing time in the mountains. We love how the Black Bear Hollow Cabins are so secluded and quiet, yet close enough to drive to any Smoky Mountain adventure we want to experience. I hope to book again with them soon!

Me and my family rented three cabins in Black Bear Hollow. We had a blast the three days we were there. The cabins were beautiful and clean. It was everything I imagine it would be. It's was very secluded and private we felt right at home we will definitely be coming back next year. We really enjoyed the town and the experience.

Our family of 13 loved this cabin. There was sleeping space for all of us as well as a great room gathering area. It was very clean and well kept. The location is close to many activities. We did zip line, tubing, horseback riding, caving, alpine sledding and hiking in the park. Oh, we had a visit by a young bear on our porch! Thanks!

We arrived after dark and was pleasantly surprised that everything fell into place as promised with gate codes and keyless entry. The house is warm and cozy, much larger than we needed, but perfect in so many ways. I like the location close the smokies but near Maryville and Knoxville too. I appreciate the way the host has good responses to email and confirmations. A first class operation.
