My husband and I and my daughter, husband, and baby from Texas came to Townsend area to celebrate our grandson's first birthday (my other daughter and family live in Townsend). We certainly created many new family memories in your cabin. The cabin far surpassed our expectations. It was conveniently located to many attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. We travel often and have rented houses in other cities. This cabin was clean and well supplied. The pool table and hot tub were a real hit. We definitely plan to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Family Memories Cabin. The location was great - went to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge. We liked having all of the space for our family. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The cabin was nicely decorated and clean. I would recommend to other travelers.

My family and I had a great time at the Family Memories Cabin. The cabin was very easy to get to due to its location in the valley. The cabin was VERY CLEAN and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit area and the view from the front patio/deck was OUTSTANDING! We enjoyed hiking in the Smoky Mountains and had a good time at Tuckaleechee Caverns. Donn and Margaret were always very prompt with their communication. We will definitely stay in their cabins again when we return to the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed the view and the country setting away from the hubub of Sevierville. The walks around the cabin and the cabin itself was great. It must be spectacular in the fall. Accomodations were very clean and the kitchen and beds were great. Enjoyed the fire pit. Nice 6 mile jog without going on Wears Valley Road.

I was not sure what to expect because many times when you see pictures and then you arrive they are completely different. I was extremely pleased with the beautiful cabin and surroundings. We never did get a chance to use the pool table, hot tub, oven,grill, or downstairs bedrooms because we were busy from morning until night. The cabin is extremely spacious, especially for our family of 6. My 14 year old grandson chose the loft which is huge with a king bed , sleeper, full bathroom , huge television and plenty of room , my 7 year old grand daughter decided to sleep with mom and dad in their Kong bed , and my husband and I had the other king bedroom . The kitchen table seats 8 people which is great , even though we only ate breakfast in the cabin. If you are looking for a cabin with privacy and one that is spacious this one is for you. We would definitely return.

Wonderful view and location. Very comfortable beds and enough room for ten people and a pet. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second year visiting. The stay was even better this year. We had snow and a very nice man came up with salt and a shovel to clear our porch for us. Service you wouldn't get anywhere else. Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot. Will be returning for years to come. I give the information to everyone so they can have a great vacation as well.

My cousins and I had the best time at your well maintained cottage! Heaven's View Cabin had lots of privacy, but was still a short drive into town and other tourist attractions. The views were beautiful and we especially enjoying the hiking in the area.

This is the third time I have rented from Smoky Mountain Golden Cabins and I am never disappointed! This was the second time I have rented the Family Memories cabin. It is always so clean and has everything you need in it. We loved the drive to Pigeon Forge and short drive to Gatlinburg. The hot tub was great after a long day shopping at the stores in town. Highly recommend renting from this company!

Everything was amazing

We stayed at Golden Memories for our 20th anniversary. We wanted to do something special and we were not disappointed. This is a wonderful, spacious cabin in an open area with great views of the mountains. The cabin was easy to find and incredibly close to the mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was important for us to be able to travel with our dog and this cabin was perfect for him. There was plenty of space to put his crate at the foot of the bed and plenty of space to walk him around outside (unlike many cabins which are on bluffs). The cabin had everything we needed, was super clean and it was like home away from home. We found ourselves asking each other if we could live long term in a cabin like Golden Memories and the answer was yes. Beyond the cabin itself, the customer service we received from Jerry was stellar. He was quick to answer all of our questions and we could not have been happier with this experience.

My friends and I have stayed in this cabin for the 3rd straight year. We love this cabin. All the rooms are private and there are no bunkbeds. It is perfect for our yearly Valentine's trip. This cabin is also very spacious and would be great for a family as well. Its also only a short drive to town.

My wife and I couldn’t ask for an easier process overall or better place to stay. It had everything we needed when staying in the Smokey’s. Great views, great space, secluded, peaceful, etc.

This trip was everything I could have hoped for. The cabin was amazing. The location was perfect for piece and quiet but still convenient distance to stores and attractions in the area. The cabin was spotless and full of amenities like the hot tub, jacuzzi, pool table, and comfortable beds! Definitely will be staying there again with the family.

This cabin was beautiful! As soon as you entered you could tell it was a peaceful Christian lodge that the wonderful owners have shared with us! There was more than enough room to accommodate our needs and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare all of our meals there! The only negative thing I could possibly say is our stay wasn’t long enough!! We will definitely be back!

The cabin was very clean and beautiful. Looking over the mountain top morning and night was the best view ever. We have stayed in other cabins that belong to you but this one was the best. Thank you and we will be back

The cabin is very close to Pigeon Forge but just far away enough to feel secluded. The drive from the cabin into town was easy to navigate and very scenic! The cabin was beautiful inside and out. The view was absolutely stunning!! The cabin has huge windows surrounding the entire living space so even when you're inside the cabin you still get to enjoy the breathe taking views! Our favorites amenities were the hot tub and fire pit and charcoal bbq grill. I really liked having a fenced yard. It made me feel better when I let my dog outside. My kids loved the pool table. It was great to have a washer and dryer right there too. We used it several times. Make sure you read the binder left on the table. I didn't at first and once I did I was happy to see all the valuable information it included. There are lots of towels and extra comfy throw blankets to use to cuddle up on the couch. The recliners were a big hit with our party. We had seven people total and we were very comfortable. Lots of space for everyone! We would recommend this cabin to others. Especially those with dogs. And we will return for future vacations! The owners were a pleasure to work with. Very attentive. And the neighbors were awesome! Everyone we encountered was super nice! We shopped the local Publix and went to eat at Mel's Diner. Mel's Diner food was just ok to me but the service was outstanding!!!! Above and beyond service from the waiter at Mel's Diner! We will go back and eat there again for sure!

Our group of 12 had a wonderful time at your cabin! We enjoyed the peace and quiet time and the nice amenities. We loved the decorations and the space outside. Thanks for helping us make fun memories.

During our stay we enjoyed the cabin. The managers are very responsive to emails and calls. Cabin was Very clean and spacious. Also a lot of privacy. The location is awesome. Located by everything. Gas station. Quick store runs. And food. We stayed for a weekend. I wouldn’t choose another cabin on my next vacation to Tennessee. I’m sticking with Golden View.

Our stay was wonderful! Our group of 12 had plenty of room. The kitchen/living room setup was ideal. It was nice that we didn't have to drive too far up the mountain. All around great cabin, wonderful hosts!

We decided to stay at the Golden Memories cabin for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Would highly recommend it! We loved being able to hang out by the fireplace or in the hot tub.

We had an amazing time at the cabins. Our group ranged from ages 1 - 41. Everything you would need was available. There was even a baby gate available for use. The owners are amazing. I reached out to upon my arrival about some issues, and they promptly responded and resolved the issues. I highly recommend these cabins, and look forward to returning for a third visit.

we had a great time with friends in the golden view lodge , the cabin was clean , towels in place kitchen has a lots of usable items , every thing as they said it would be and the most important part was the view its a brith taking , we really loved it , i give it 5 star

My brothers and our families spent the week before Christmas in the Heaven's View cabin and absolutely loved it. The cabin was easy to find and very private. It was, also, within a short distance of all the major attractions in Pigeon Forge and Townsend. We spent a lot of time at the cabin just hanging out and relaxing. Wonderful!!!

Our Christmas Vacation at Golden View Lodge with family and friends was awesome!!! The views were amazing and the cabin was, by far, the Best we have ever stayed in! We will be back!!!

We had the best time on our vacation in this cabin! We loved the cabin. It’s was very clean and looked just like the photos. It was secluded, but yet, not far from everything. I can honestly say that this has been the best experience in the last 5 years that we’ve been coming to the smokies. We can’t wait to come back to the cabin next year!!

We love this cabin. 5 years ago this is the cabin we stayed in for our honeymoon. This past weekend we came back for our anniversary. This is such a special place for us. This is our 2nd year in a row staying at bear lodge. Nice, clean cabin, wood burning fireplace and fire pit outside (a must have for me!) We’ve stayed at one of the Tisch’s cabins every year for three years. Easy to work with, never had a complaint!

I planned this girls trip to come see a show Thurs night at a bar in knoxville. The 4 other girls live near Winchester and would drive up, I was flying down from OH. Weds night we found out they cancelled the show. I said well, we'll still have a great time! By golly we did. Smoky Mtns feels like home to me, TN im general feels like home. It'd been over 10 years since I been and your place was amazing. The girls had a great time, it was relaxing, fun and full of memories for a quick 48 hrs. My family just spent several days at Black Bear Lodge cabin. There were 10 of us and we had a great time making memories. The cabin was big enough, yet still felt cozy. We loved the secluded location and all were delighted when it snowed. My grandkids loved playing outside and exploring everyday. We want to thank the Tisch family for responding so quickly to any question or issue we had. The West family would recommend staying with them anytime!
