We stayed in the Grotto Room and LOVED it. The best room because it is so private and has the hot tub. The staff and service were impeccable. The food and drinks were great, plus we enjoyed the Rum Tasting. We also liked that it was adults only. When we go on vacation, we want to relax and unwind, if there are unruly children, it is too chaotic. This was an awesome vacation! Thank you!!

We chose Caille Blanc for our honeymoon (particularly the Grotto suite) and can say, with no hesitation, that we made the correct choice. The location is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, and the views are unbelievable. The staff is friendly, energetic, and incredibly welcoming. The villa is small and for most of the time we felt as if we were the only guests there - so much quiet and privacy, it's perfect for a romantic getaway. From the very first day, we were thrilled with our choice of where to stay. We're already talking about coming back for an anniversary!

From the moment we arrived on the island of St. Lucia to the moment we were dropped off at the airport, we were so well cared for. The property uses transportation they trust and have built relationships with, so our drivers were well informed, so friendly and took great care of us. A great “first impression” of arriving in St. Lucia. When we arrived at Caille Blanc, we were greeted by Ernie, the property manager who gave a brief tour of property along with an overview of and some history of the villas as we sipped on our welcome refreshment while taking in the unbelievable view. We were escorted to our suite, the Upper Temple Suite, which was utter perfection with hand carved wood doors, beautiful antique furniture, gorgeous paintings, imported ceiling tile and a luxurious 4 post bed…it all put me in mind of something from an “Indiana Jones” movie! The bedroom opened to a huge patio with 2 fountains and plenty of seating that had breathtaking view of the Pitons. The infinity pool was to die for. I spent hours there, from sunrise to sunset and beyond, just staring at the pitons, the ocean, and the stars. The entire property is overflowing with natural foliage, flowers and lots of birds and butterflies. It’s so impeccably built and well maintained to perfection. Even though there are 6 suites, we felt as if we were the only ones there from time to time as the property is well spaced. I was fascinated with the history of how it came to life (it took 9 years to build!) and the special significance of this hidden gem to the Coleman family. As I brought my greatest earthly blessings (my twins) here to celebrate their college graduation, it was reassuring to know the place I’d chosen has such a deep family connection as the owner still comes to stay and his daughter Alisa is so actively engaged in operations. The food was divine; we had a meal plan, which I highly recommend. Honestly, there is little reason to leave the property unless you take an excursion or go to the beach. Last but certainly not least, the staff was so friendly and professional, and also very caring. Getting to know them was a pleasure and an honor. Ernie, Hilarius, Peter, Lean, Marilyn and everyone (whose names I unfortunately could not remember) we interacted with were so kind and happy to work there. I plan on returning to Caille Blanc and can’t think of any reason to stay elsewhere! Coleman family, it was our pleasure to be there. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for this experience!

We greatly appreciate everything the staff did for us. Everybody went above and beyond. We had such a relaxing stay in the pool suite. What a view - just incredible! Andre and the entire kitchen crew made the most delicious food. We will absolutely be back!

stayed in the Grotto Suite the last week of March. I have booked many hotels based on the view and have been disappointed the majority of the time. This is NOT the case for Caille Blanc. The view was incredible and every morning I woke up I couldn’t believe the view was reality. The grotto suite was very private and had its own plunge pool, and outdoor tub. The hotel pool is directly above the grotto suite and has an overflow from the infinity pool above into your own pool. Although the infinity pool is for all the guests it felt private due to the intimate setting of the Villa. I cannot recommend the hotel enough.

Stayed in the Sunset suite which we loved. Quite private compared to other suites. Ernie, Ilarious, Jessy , Natasha and Pollyanna just a mention but all staff were great. Lunch and dinner were good Breakfast could have more variety but was still ok. What a fabulous week, and definitely would love to return .

We loved Caille Blanc. The pool room was amazing, your staff are friendly, helpful and easy to smile. The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable. We’d loved the quiet of it. I wud recommend w/o hesitation.

We stayed for one week in the Pool View Suite to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Our room was absolutely stunning top to bottom and of course the spectacular view is one of a kind. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and worked as a team to make the guests happy and it was such a pleasure getting to know them. They made us feel so welcome and so very special, and enhanced an already fantastic trip. I know I am missing people but want to truly thank Ernie, Hilarious, Natasha, Chef Andre, the other wonderful chef and her assistants who helped us make the cocoa sticks, Leanne (sorry if I got that wrong) and the other skilled housekeeping staff. James and his stepson Zenis drove us to and from the airport and on excursions. We knew we were in good hands and are so thankful to them for showing us the island. I hope we can come back very soon!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Caille Blanc. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional. They greeted us with rum punch which became a daily favorite. We have even decided to add the recipe to our annual Thanksgiving menu. Our Grotto suite was fantastic. We loved the view, the plunge pool, and having a fridge in the room. We enjoyed an activity each day including going to the beaches, the mud baths/volcano/waterfall, the botanic garden, and swimming & snorkeling. We ate most meals at Caille Blanc, but we did venture out to a few local restaurants which were all great. All of the drivers were fun to talk to and we appreciated not having to drive on the curvy, one lane roads. And there is not a better view in all of Soufrierre! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a boutique property with the best views, friendly, exceptional service & good food, look no further. Caille Blanc Villas has it all! My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip and we didn't want to leave. Ernie, the General Manager, Hilarious, the Attendant & the entire staff were lovely greeting us by our family name, attending to our every need & helping to plan our time in St. Lucia. The property has the best views on the island. The famous Pitons are spectacular and can be seen from most villas, but the view from the infinity pool/dining area is the most enthralling! We stayed in the Sunset Suit with a magnificent view from the shower room, has a wrap around patio & is situated by the pool. Dining around allowed us to see a few local propertiies, none of which had the stunning view that Caille Blanc has. Thank you to the entire staff for one of the greatest experiences we've had. Whenever we return again, Caille Blac will be where we will choose to stay!

We had a special sibling reunion trip at Caille Blanc. Saint Lucia is a unique island and this villa delivers views and experiences that are as spectacular as the pictures present. Our getaway was seamless, and as first-time visitors I'm happy we chose this location. Because of the brilliant design, we often felt as if we had the place to ourselves. One thing I appreciated was the detailed communication leading up to our arrival date. I like to have everything lined up when traveling to ensure there are as few hiccups as possible, and Caille Blanc consistently delivered on this. The only surprises we had here were good ones.

The general manager was extremely helpful and accommodating through the various experiences we booked along with the full staff always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The Bougainvilla is absolutely breathtaking with unbeatable views and being further away from the other suites makes it feel like your own little hideaway. Would highly recommend to everyone!!

What a wonderful experience. We got married while on the island and the people at Callie Blanc could not have made the experience and more special. They were amazing people and couple that with the views, delicious food, stunning pool- we will always remembered this trip! Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed in both the Sunset Suite and the Grotto Suite. Views from both rooms were to die for! The private pool and Japanese bath in the Grotto Suite cannot be beat! The staff made our stay one we will remember forever! We cannot wait to return to the island and to stay at Caille Blanc again!

Amazing views, Franny the chef was the bomb! Her food was sooooo good. Everything is made to order. The drive up the mountain is treacherous be prepared to take about 20 minutes to go up and down, the hotels up the mountain should come together to fix that road other than that everything was great.

Our stay at Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel was an absolute dream. It was the perfect location for my husband and I's honeymoon. We stayed in the Bouganvilla suite- it is private, secluded, and has an amazing view of the Pitons from the patio/private pool. There are not enough kind words to describe the staff, everyone is so helpful and genuinely friendly. The manager Ernie went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The food is hands down the best in Saint Lucia. Chef Andre cooked us the most delicious meals, and there is a wide variety to choose from. The breakfast included in the stay is a gourmet buffet every morning, including your choice of eggs. We loved the food and service so much, we enjoyed dinner at the Pavilion nightly. Ilyarious and Bonibus were amazing servers and bartenders. One of the best parts of this boutique hotel is the majority of the food is grown on the property, and everything is fresh. All of the excursions are booked directly through the Edgar app, and the hotel provides the organization as well as the transportation. Our driver for the majority of our trip was Zenus; he was so kind to us and shared information about the history of the island as well as life as a Saint Lucian. We highly recommend staying at Caille Blanc Villa and Hotel, you will not regret it! Thank you to all who made our stay absolutely perfect!

Caille Blanc is a magical, elegant, fairytale resort on a cliff overlooking the Pitons. We recently celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with her friends at the Caille Blanc and have memories that will last for a lifetime. Everyone was so accommodating years in advance of planning the trip. The owner, Alisa Coleman, is hands on, attentive, extremely responsive, and a top notch professional. We’ve been to Caille Blanc twice over the last 5 years, and each time it just gets better! The staff is comprised of wonderful, thoughtful, sweet locals. They catered to us the entire trip, were easy going, thoughtful and genuinely interested in ensuring our trip was perfect. There was never a moment where we needed to wait for a shuttle, a drink, or for our rooms to be cleaned. The staff was spot on, had everything planned and never had to let us think about managing processes. Everything went extremely smoothly. The chefs created delicious food and drinks for us during our stay. We would highly recommend this resort over others in the area due to the beauty and quaintness of the resort, and personal touch provided by the staff. It is no surprise this resort is rated in the Top 1% globally in Trip Advisor. We look forward to planning our next trip at Caille Blanc in years to come!

We booked our trip very last minute and we’re able to get one night at Caille Blanc Villa. It was magical. The team there, especially Ernie, was so welcoming. Pure Paradise.

We found perfection, as my longer comments in Trip Advisor will explain. That applies to all of the ways that give us deep pleasure when traveling. We care most about our view, which was why we made precisely this choice. The view is probably the best on the islands, perhaps the best in the Caribbean, and we’ve seen much of it. It had some effect, elusive to describe, that was spellbinding and profoundly peaceful, bestowing that if you let your gaze rest on those Pitons across Soufriere Bay. The rooms, the villa and hotel as a whole, the flowers, art and decor were just beautiful, with a special nod to the antique four poster beds with mosquito nets (for beauty....we were not bitten once). But the staff matched the View, in that their Way of Being, their generosity of spirit, present in all of them, that too created a web of grace and warmth, beyond description, but equally memorable, equally a reason for a review like this. We are beyond grateful for a week such as this in our lives.

The property is gorgeous and the staff is truly excellent. The views of the Pitons are phenomenal and the hotel itself is unique and beautiful, combined with the meticulous service of the staff this leads to a flawless experience. My wife and I loved our time there and I would strongly recommend to anybody visiting St. Lucia to stay at Caille Blanc. It's a no-brainer.

Grotto suite at Caille Blanc was the absolute best honeymoon space I could ever imagine! The views were spectacular, staff helpful, and food and drinks fantastic! Highly recommend.

We had our dream honeymoon in the Grotto Suite at Caille Blanc. From start to finish our stay here was fabulous. The property is gorgeous with the stunning view of the Pitons. Every detail is exquisite from the architecture, furniture to the many artifacts from Afghanistan & Egypf. Our room was to die for with every luxury including the soaking tub on the deck and private pool. The staff is amazing....every single one! Shout out to Ernie, The hotel manager who attended to our every need. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to celebrating our one year anniversary there next year@

Stunning property with gorgeous views of the Pitons from their infinity pool. Our suite also had beautiful views of the pitons from the patio and bathroom. All the staff was attentive and courteous. Highly suggest staying at this property.

We stayed in the Temple Suite at Caille Blanc Villa, the entire staff was very very welcoming and attentive. The design of the resort is breathtaking and so calming. Breakfast and the fruit was always so fresh. For lunch we opted for cheeseburgers and fries which were awesome! The rum punch and margaritas were very addicting! The view from the pool is amazing! I would have like to have some umbrellas or tents when we were poolside to catch some shade and block the sun and little drizzle we caught when it rained. We stayed in the temple suite all communication was done via the Edgar App which was very Covid friendly, however it can be a little of an inconvenience when your in the pool and had one too many rum punch lol.

We had the most amazing stay at Caille Blanc's pool view suites. The views are the best ever! Ernie was absolutely AMAZING - he helped us with everything and he and the staff (Pauline, Wilma, Peter, etc) really made our stay so memorable, despite all the COVID restrictions. James was a wonderful driver. And how can I forget the delicious cocktails and the fresh plantain chip! I have traveled all over the world, and will say that this may be one of the most unique and beautiful properties I have been at. When I come back to St. Lucia, am only staying here!

Caille Blanc Villa made our stay during the COVID-19 pandemic a very relaxing and safe experience. The customer service by Ernie and the entire team rivaled that of a Ritz-Carlton. The app allowed great safe communication. The open aired resort allowed you to always feel safe even while eating dinner. The suite had a great view of the Pitons from the bed and even better from the shower. The sunset suite is a bit smaller. I recommend the Groto if available. My only request would be for some shade umbrellas around the pool. For those of us that try to limit direct sun exposure they would be great to be able to request.

I cannot say enough about this amazing property. The entire staff is out of this world and kind to their core. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay feel extra special and the beauty of this property is a level above the rest. This property consists of 6 completely unique suites - all of which are stunning and have the most breathtaking views of the Pitons. We stayed in the Grotto Suite and I’m not quite sure how any other trip we book in the future can possibly live up to this one at Caille Blanc. They set the bar incredibly high. Anyone who’s considering staying here should not think twice. Amazing people, amazing food, amazing views. PS: when you arrive at Caille Blanc, do yourself a favor and make friends with Peter. He is a legend (and plays the best music)!
