Exceptional Respite
Truly an exceptional B&B experience with wonderful amenities, delicious breakfast, and warm hosts. Right in the middle of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we enjoyed the view of the Fenton Inn, a great day of tastings at wineries, a hike on the Appalachian Trail, and a spectacular dinner in Staunton. All because of the wonderful, considerate, creative, and accommodating nature of Will and Lilia. The Fenton Inn is easily the best B&B I've ever stayed in, and those who choose to visit for a night or two will be overwhelmed by the whole experience.

Amazing Stay
We spend the night at Fenton Inn in November and it was an amazing stay! The Bed and Breakfast is so quaint! The owners were so friendly, showed us the entire property and all the character the place had to offer. The view is amazing and we had breakfast in bed and it was incredible! It was a wonderful stay and if we are ever back in that area, we will stay there again!!

Lovely forest getaway
We stayed in the Captain's Quarters, which is a charming room with great light and outdoor views. The premises were designed and built by the owner, and the quality and attention to detail is apparent throughout. The area is beautiful and quiet, with excellent hiking options nearby. The hosts, Lilia and Will are super-friendly and helpful. The home-cooked breakfasts were terrific. There were absolutely no problems throughout our stay. Highly recommended. Eric and Elizabeth

Wonderful bed & breakfast
Was searching for a fall getaway destination and since we love Virginia and the history it offers searched online for bed & breakfasts and discovered the Fenton Inn -- now feel like Christopher Columbus -- I just found a whole new world! The property resembles a Medieval German (Bavarian) Village, and is moments from the Blue Ridge Mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway. Rooms all have wonderful views and offer modern amenities along with amazing detail to architectural design. Local timbers were used in constructing the property and the exceptional attention to detail from the floors to the doors, trim, woodwork, etc. is amazing. Cleanliness is exceptional. Daily breakfast offered many choices each day and all were delicious. There are a number of craft breweries/wineries close by (along Route 151) to enjoy. If that isn't enough Mr. Jefferson's Monticello is an easy 40 minute drive away -- doesn't get any better than that. Will & Lilia are most accommodating hosts one could ask for, the best we have had in any of our stays anywhere. In fact, we got a little lost just as we approached the Inn (now that's on us trusting Tripitik directions -- should have known better). Pulled over on a Blue Ridge Parkway scenic view, called the Inn, and Will came and found us and escorted us to the Inn -- now that's impressive -- we will return! Exceptionally nice place.

It's All in the Details
We took a trip to Germany 10 years ago to celebrate our 35th anniversary and found a little bit of Germany at Wintergreen mountain this year to celebrate our 45th when we discovered the newly-opened Fenton Inn. Designed and built by the owners, the Inn is truely unique in it's German village design, but the attention to details and welcoming personalities of the owners are what made this visit special. Highly recommended!

Amazing B&B
The Fenton Inn is an amazing place. We loved our stay and it was like a diamond in the rough. The Inn keepers were friendly, attentive to our needs and just all awesome people. It rained our whole time there, but we managed to still have an amazing time. There is plenty to do within driving distance, from hiking to brewery hopping. I Definitely recommend the Fenton Inn to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or just a getaway in general, you will not be disappointed and I'm pretty confident after your stay, you will recommend them to!! Thank you Fenton Inn for an amazing time!!

Uniqe relaxing surprise!
Dear Lilia and Will! What a relaxing surprise it was to be a guest at the uniqe Fenton Inn. We enjoyed our stay and friendly host's very much, and where deeply impressed by the wooden work and all the personality built into this Bavarian Style village hotel. We apprechiate very much the view and the calmness, the cold and clear air, a beautiful clean room, the massage, jacuzzi, good food and your kind service that made our stay a memory for life!

A Delightful Find
My husband and I have been telling everyone we know about this delightful Inn. It has wonderful character and whimsy. The care taken in the thought and implementation in building this fabulous place is to be admired! The owners are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We are looking forward to our next trip to the area so we can stay there again.

Amazing Beautiful Bed & Breakfast !!!
My family and I just had a wonderful stay at the Fenton Inn. This is a newly opened bed and breakfast with all of the trimmings. Not only did we feel comfortable and well cared for the decor and all of the unique carvings and doors makes the stay that much more special. Feels like you are in a European village within the beautiful Virginia mountains. A must stay!!! AMAZING.
