Nice property in a good resort, not far from the Disney parks (15mins max). Decent small pool at property and a good sized pool at the communal area. Car really is essential to get around freely but nothing we visited was much more than 30mins drive away. Owners very helpful to fix a minor problem whilst we were staying. Would come back and certainly recommend to others.

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home. Location is awesome. It was everything we imagined. The weather was perfect for an October Disney Vacation. Didn't get to use the pool much, due to I got spooked after a small black snake got in with us. Great home that we would love to stay at again in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Tidy and clean villa on Emerald Island which is a lovely resort very close to Disney's Animal Kingdom. The lounge furniture is of good quality but a larger party will struggle to sit down together as it's quite compact. The villa would benefit from another, separate toilet as the family bathroom got a bit busy at times! The villa offered good value for money and my only real criticism is that the curtains were very thin and, even combined with the blinds, were inadequate and the light streamed through which made it difficult to sleep in the mornings... I found Villa Direct (the management company) and Joanna (the owner) Bery helpful and responsive and would recommend the villa for a single family who want to be close to the Fismey area.

My family and I had a great time. VillaDirect was a breeze to deal with and having a coded entry allowed us the peace of mind of having to keep up with a key. The pool was great and we will definitely comeback.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay wish it had been longer! The location was very central with supermarkets and restaurant nearby and the clubhouse if you fancied eating on site. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated - future renter won't be disappointed. Check in was so easy and the staff very helpful especially when we wanted to book Blue Man tickets they called Universal directly for us and passed the phone over. Only thing I'd like to point out was a hole in the mesh at the pool where insects got it other than that really happy. Thanks again Karen

The home was very comfortable for 7 adults---we even pushed 2 single beds together to form a king bed. Our grown kids even commented that " mom you did a great job finding this place"---always great to hear. Close to conveniences and to the parks. Wonderful to come home and relax in the pool! The cable and internet went out and I needed another set of sheets and Joanna was extremely quick to get that taken care of. You can really feel that the Allen family is committed to making sure their guests are taken care of. Highly recommended to everyone.

Our family of 8 very much enjoyed our stay at the Tropical Paradise Villa. Everyone had a enough room to spread out. The location is perfect, very close to the Club House. Pool was enjoyed by everyone especially the kids. We had a late check in but it was very easy at the stop in the Villa Direct store. The next day we noticed that there was no basic essentials that we would have expected such as dishwashing liquid and extra toilet paper. We called Villa Direct that day and they came by promptly to bring us a starter pack which was very much appreciated. We couldn't get the cable TV to work in the living room; however, since we were on vacation we just watched a few movies and that was fine.

We would definitely recommend this home! It was clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need for your stay especially the pool. We had two weeks of fantastic weather, and the pool sure came in handy. Not far from all the theme parks, great restaurants (Bonefish Grill, UNO Pizzeria, Carrabas, Applebees for the best two for one frozen margaritas) just to name a few. For great deals on clothing for the whole family check out Bealls Outlet, TJ Maxx, Ross, Stein Mart. There is also a very nice Clubhouse with a big pool, hot tub and wading pool for the little ones. Very friendly security guards at the gate.

“Wonderful Townhome Conveniently located to everything, Private Pool, Lake View” We are part of a travel group that plans a trip to Orlando every year the weekend before Thanksgiving. We have been doing this for over 15 years and 10 of those years we have rented homes for our stay. This home exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well decorated and accommodating. The description of the location of the property was accurate-drove straight to it. It is in a quiet area with convenient parking in the front-just steps to the front door. The photos reflected the appearance of the property as well. It was well maintained and very clean. The decor was pleasing and relaxing; a very comfortable environment with the amentities of home. The kitchen was well supplied, the shower was comfortably hot and the bed in which I slept was extremely comfortable. I most certainly would recommend this townhome to friends and relatives without reservation. Shopping, dining out and all the Disney attractions are a short distance away. I recently stayed at this property for 8 days and found it to be inviting, comfortable, and most welcome to come home to after a day of sightseeing. The convenient pool was so great to dip the toes into after a long day. The lay out of the home is perfect with the guest room, bathroom and laundry in close proximity. It was also perfect for a multi-generational family as there were 5 of us representing 3 generations. The home is spotless, and I would recommend it to all friends and relatives. It is 10 minutes from the Disney properties, so access to them was seamless. The photos very accurately reflect the appearance (both indoor and outdoor) of the property. The game room is a great attraction as it is roomy and has been decorated in a pleasing manner. Great vacation!!! The property made it all the more enjoyable!! Our whole family was amazed at what we got for our money at this house. We normally stay in hotels in the Disney area but decided to try something different in the hope of not having to put up with the cramped quarters, and wow, were we pleased with the difference. Lots of room for everyone, a full kitchen and living room. And if that was not exciting enough, the heated pool at the end of a long day was exquisite to relax in. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Disney area. The house was perfect size for our family. The proximity to Disney World was fantastic and having the pool right out back was a huge hit. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, roomy with all the amenities needed for a long term stay. The bedrooms were good size and the bathrooms are good size for 8 people. The entrance to the property makes you feel like you are going into a resort area, and the options for restaurants, shopping and attractions are all within 10 minutes. The overall property was very clean, well kept, and you felt like you had your own space. If you have a large family or a group of friends, this location and the size of the house is perfect.
