Tropical paradise villa was perfect for our family. This was our first visit to Florida and we wanted somewhere close to the parks where we could relax and also enjoy some space from each other in! Our daughters loved the Disney theming around the villa which was tasteful but not overboard. The villa had everything we needed and was in a great location. There were very clear instructions on how to work things with everything covered which was really helpful. It was clean with plenty of towels provided and was even stocked with beach towels too. The pool was really nice to relax in or in the kids case burn their endless energy. Communication with Joanna was easy and gave me confidence before we arrived that we had booked the right villa. We will hopefully be back to Florida at some point and would definitely come back to tropical paradise villa

We have had the most incredible time and loved our first ever villa stay and so glad we chose yours! It has created memories with our littlest one and our older boys that we will treasure forever. Everything was perfect, clean and very welcoming, we hope very much to be able to visit you again!

My 12 and 14 year old kids stayed with me at this property from Dec. 18 to 24, 2022. We went to Disney World from the 19th to 23rd. Our 6 night stay was almost $ 500 less, total, than a 6 night stay at the mid-range Disney Coronado Springs Resort, which we stayed at 5 years earlier. I am convinced now, that renting a house, is a better option, financially, and overall, than staying at a Disney Resort. With this house, each of my kids had a room of their own, and I had a room of my own, with a kid’s bedroom to spare. Having all that private space made the the trip so much better. The closest Disney Park is Animal Kingdom. Beware of Hwy 192 when you exit World Drive coming from the north. It is always jammed sometime after 5 pm, into the late night hours. 192 is the only way to get to the house from the Disney Parks. The house is a very reasonable distance to the parks, and we came home for almost every dinner, which is a great break from the hustle and bustle of the parks (we went back for some late night rides—the late night rides, and the park, are much less crowded, and the parks are stunning at night). The house has a great Disney theme. The house was also very clean. The owners are so organized, that they have labeled all the switches, so you know what turns on what, which is super convenient. I didn’t really understand why the air-conditioning could not be turned lower than 73, but, being winter, this wasn’t an issue keeping the house cool. My kids and I really enjoyed the neighborhood! The community pool is heated, and open until 10 pm. My kids and I went to the pool almost every evening. There is also a hot-tub and open bar at the pool, and the atmosphere is really chill. The house has a little in-ground pool in the back, covered with a screen porch. My kids jumped in this briefly on the first day, but we all agreed, the neighborhood pool was the choice. The streets are narrow, houses close together next to each other, and the backyards are small. I suppose this is the modern trend in home-building. Behind the house is a beautiful forested area that has trail in it, which my kids and I explored. This backyard forest gave the house a nice, private, feel. The owners gave me their cell number on the day of check in, which was nice. I had a few questions and texted them, and they answered, which was really cool. 12/24/2022

Amazing experience renting this home. It was easy from the first inquiry right to our departure, and It had everything we needed. My husband and I have been to this area many times, but this was the first time renting this place. My adult family of 6 found this house to be comfortable, very clean, well cared for, roomy and in a quiet neighborhood. It had every convenience we needed and very well stocked with appliances and frills. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things if you wanted to cook. We took this trip to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, our 40th anniversary and a Disney family vacation. It was only a few minutes from the Disney parks. The owner, Joanna, was very easy to contact and answered all questions very quickly. We could not have asked for a better host or accommodations. The pool and game room were great additions too! Great experience, lovely home, furnished beautifully and stocked well! We would definitely book this place again!

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property as well as the attention to detail by he owner. We had a problem with the thermostat on our stay and the owner resolved it quickly! Hope to come back soon!

My family and I recently stayed in this home. I cannot say enough how comfortable we were! Everything was perfect, I felt home away from home. Additionally, the owners were wonderful to work with. We are a family of five, wee stayed 3 nights in a hotel then 11 nights in the villa, we would definitely do this villa again. Having three children, they had their own space also played together in the games room and we spent family time in the dining/living room area. The villa comes with everything you need, I even found a lunch box so we were able to take sandwiches out with us. As we had a hired car, the villa is in a great position for Disney and universal, wee also made a trip out to Kennedy Space Centre, Sea World and Bush Gardens. I would 100% recommend this Villa. Joanna is the perfect host as well and communication was fantastic. The staff in the club house were lovely too. Wish I was still there!

Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing villa. It was just perfect for us, clean, tidy and very comfortable. It really was home from home. It felt familiar and cosy and we ended up spending much more time staying in enjoying the villa than we expected because of this. No matter what we needed, we found it at the villa. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of clean bedding and extra blankets that we could use to snuggle in on the sofas. The private pool was ideal, from early in the morning to a night time dip, the pool was clean and clear and a friendly ‘pool guy’ came regularly to maintain it and was happy to chat to us about things we shouldn’t miss when visiting the local area. We ate breakfast on the table by the pool each day, it was so peaceful and we saw lots of wildlife passing by. The covered patio offered much needed shelter from the sun and lounging on the comfy pool furniture was so relaxing. It is nice that it gets the sun all day whilst offering shade too. We miss the villa already and would not hesitate to re visit or recommend it to others. I hope we can re book soon as we made such good memories there. As a family this is the best accommodation we have stayed in, we really did feel comfortable and it was a pleasure to be in the villa. From booking to leaving the owners were so helpful and responded quickly to our emails whilst staying in the villa. Our little girl especially loved the pool and the ice maker in the fridge!

We have recently returned from a fantastic stay at Joanna’s villa and couldn’t recommend highly enough. After a long day of travel the immediate comfort we felt opening the door of what would be our home for almost two weeks was amazing. The villa was spacious and welcoming with plenty of space for the 2 adults and 2 kids (8&5), there was an entire bedroom we didn’t use. The resort itself is quiet, safe and clean and all members of staff were lovely. Joanna was fantastic to deal with and any queries, both before arrival and during our stay, I had were responded to in incredible time.

Tropical Paradise Villa was the perfect size for our group and very cozy. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The Allen’s were very friendly, responding quickly to any questions throughout the week and eager to ensure our stay was amazing! We had a great time in Orlando and will definitely stay here again if ever back this way.

The house was immaculate! Great information provided start to finish. Loved the little picture frame notes and personal touches around the house, as well as the very informative house guide. Minutes away from the Disney parks, Universal, Sea World, and the entertainment options on International Drive. Plenty of restaurant options and a Walmart just up the road. It was a great location. Our family of 8 went down to Disney for a week long baseball tournament and staying at the house was perfect! The location to everything was perfect. The pool was just the right size for our kids to have some downtime and me and my husband enjoyed sitting out there at night for adult time. The house was nicely furnished and clean. Overall we had a terrific experience and coming back to the house after long days outside in the heat was a God send. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home! We had a wonderful stay in Secret Key Cove! The kids loved the pool and the promiximity to Disneyworld was great. Our family had a great time and we’d do it again :)

Our stay at the Villa was amazing! We had everything we needed, and plenty of room for our family of 6. We loved the pool and the game room. It was so nice to have a place to come back to and relax and make a few of our own meals after spending time at a few different Disney Parks. Only 1.5 hours from Clearwater Beach, and everything else within 15 minutes or so. When we are ready to do Disney again, this will definitely be the way we go. Thanks so much!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable for myself, my husband , 4 kids and Mother. Close to restaurants, a grocery store and attractions! Kids were able to enjoy the pool table and foos ball table! Joanna was very quick to respond with any of our questions. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Palms Retreat. The home had excellent facilities, with all you would need for a vacation in the sun. Being just off the 192 highway it is within easy reach of all the theme parks. There is a wide selection of places to eat nearby or super markets should you wish to eat in.

Since this was our second stay, it remains unsaid that we love this place. While we are in our 70's and not much interested Disney and such, the location for us is ideal. You are 1-1/2 to 2 hours from the water, either the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf of Mexico. My wife's brother and his wife were with us most of the time. They are from Winnipeg, Manitoba (referred to as Winterpeg). We wanted to get a break from winter in Pennsylvania (which this year has not been much) and it was a welcome break. We have quite a few friends who live or winter in Florida, the central location of the house make it ideal . Any problems we experienced were handled quickly. If we travel to Florida again in the future and this house is available we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Joanna's home. I definitely recommend this home when visiting Orlando parks and attractions. Restaurants and stores are nearby, the location is excellent. We were a family of 10 and well accommodated. The townhome is beautiful and spacious. The pool was great and clean. Joanna was very helpful and on point getting everything ready for us on such short notice, we rented the townhome a day before arriving to Orlando.

We enjoyed our stay here-- it was a great location-- near the parks, shopping, grocery stores and places to eat. The home was well laid out for five adults and child. The attached pool was also nice to use after long days at the parks. The home was clean and equipped with items we needed for our stay.

We had a great stay at the Allen condo. The facility was the perfect size for four adults and a child. The pool connected to the condo was idea for morning swims and after visiting parks during the day. It was in a great location, very close to grocery stores and places to eat as well as Disney parks. Universal was just down the road as well. We appreciate the family sharing their place with us for our trip to Orlando.

We were so pleased with our stay at Sunset Palms! The home is exactly as presented in the pictures. Having the private pool was a huge perk when returning from the parks. We also enjoyed the pools at the Encantada clubhouse. Joanna was very communicative and helpful. We will stay there again when our travels take us to Orlando!

We stayed at Tropical Paradise Villa for our Summer 2016 holiday. Joanna and David were fantastic. They kept in regular contact with us before the holiday with updates. The villa is great family base so close to Disney with lots of amenities near by. The villa was clean and tidy with all household essentials. There was lots of little postcards with handy hints and tips around the villa. I would have no problems recommending Tropical Paradise Villa or the Allen family. We look forward to visiting again.

We have stayed here three years straight, and there is no where else that I would rather be. The owners' are great people and the place is well kept. I have never had an issue and the Allen's have made the lodging process easy and stress free... Couldn't ask for anything more.

The house is spectacular. We spent excellent days. The house is warm, full and optimal location. Joanna hosts are friendly.

We've stayed at homes in the Kissimmee area in the past and it worked out well but this was the best. The house is nicely decorated, has everything you need and the kids loved the pool. The house is convenient to stores, restaurants and is only about 5-10 minutes to the Disney entrance. Joanna was very helpful and Villa Direct very professional. Thanks for a great vacation.
