This condo is perfect! The views are simply amazing - you can see the ocean directly in front of you for miles and miles. BEAUTIFUL! It looks just like the pictures posted! My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to unplug from the demands of life and take a break. We found just that!! Due to the spike in Covid cases we chose to stay in to cook (for most of the time) and enjoy the views. This condo is fully stocked with all things needed to cook with. Which was amazing that we did not have to go buy anything to accommodate our choice to stay in. We did get out a little bit avoiding the crowds of course- during our adventures we done take out at Texas Road House, Brick & Barley Pizza and Five Guys - ALL had amazing food even for take out. If you have a gluten intolerance and want to enjoy the best gluten free pizza go visit Bricks & Barley Pizza! It was the best gluten free pizza I’ve had yet!!! Lucy & Tanya were both great! They were very responsive if we called or sent an email. All around- we HIGHLY recommend staying at 506 E and Gulf Front Vacation Rentals.

This little condo was by far the tiniest 1 bedroom that I've ever stayed in! There was room for the three of us, but just barely. Bear in mind we utilized the bedroom, the sleeper sofa and a blow up mattress. However, it is gulf front with a wonderful view and the price was amazing. Lucy was very sweet, and easy to talk to. There is still an amazing amount of work left to be done as far as repair from the hurricane damage, so there was only one pool open and we had to walk to the far end of the complex to access the beach. The unit was comfortable, but really needs some TLC. There are quite a few things that need repair, and lots that could be updated. But even with all that we did enjoy our stay, and will probably look at booking with Lucy again. I'll just try to reserve earlier and grab one of the more updated units she has available.

This was our 3rd stay at Sunbird, but the first in this unit. The unit was clean & had a nice fragrance. The view literally took my breath away...so gorgeous. This was also my our first condo with an ocean view from the BEDROOM! I was so pleased that we had scored this unit. Each morning I anticipated daylight so that I could open the blinds. Lol. I can’t wait to come back!

This was my son and I’s first “road trip” just he and I. We had a wonderful time. The condo was well furnished and laid out wonderfully. Was perfectly stocked for a quick four day stay. One pool that was open was perfect after a day on the beach.

My wife and I made reservations at Sunbird Condominiums in May, 2021 so we could attend our granddaughter’s softball tournament in Panama City Beach in July. We selected the Sunbird because of its rates, location on the beach, and near the restaurants we wanted to visit after the games. We had never stayed at the Sunbird or a one bedroom condo. We were well pleased with the size of the condo. The balcony had a nice view of the beach and provided a quiet place to relax after a hot day at the ball fields. Lucy and Tanya responded to all our requests about our reservations either by email or text. All access codes for the condo property and Wi-Fi were emailed as soon as we notified them we were arriving in PCB. The staff at the Home Owners office was friendly and made getting the parking and wrist bands an easy process. Because we made our reservations in May, we knew when the tournament was scheduled but not when the actual games would begin. When we found out in June that the tournament games started later in the week, Lucy helped us adjust our arrival and departure dates to allow us to watch more games. The Sunbird will be on our list when we plan another visit to PCB.

Had a wonderful stay..our room was better than expected. The clean smell when you walked in was noticeable in a great way. The view better than the last 3 condos at the Sunbird. Any questions I had were answered fast and efficient. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at a Condo that pictures are not as great as the real thing.

We stayed at 510East, and although the location was great the condo itself was very outdated. The TV in the bedroom never worked, no remote for the DVD player. The access to the beach was blocked, so we had to walk all the way over to Pineapple Willys to access the beach. The main pool is still not usable, and the day we left they finally opened a small pool on the far end of the condos. We brought a fan with us, luckily because the AC wasn’t the best. I guess you get what you pay for, here. Again, great location but the condo furniture itself is old.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and having coffee at sunrise (and wine at sunset) is pretty spectacular. We can't wait to go back!!

1108 W is absolutely gorgeous. Adequate amenities were provided. The free beach chairs were a plus. It's nicely kept and while we did experience an issue with a loose toilet, the maintenance man showed up in a timely manner and was very friendly and helpful.

This condo is in such bad condition, it should not have been rented to anyone for the price of $225 a day. Uncovered electrical outlets, holes cut in ceiling in bedroom closet to repair plumbing, I'm guessing, but then not patched. Fixes in drywall and walls left unpainted. No curtains or blinds of any sort. There were not accommodations for four guests, i.e., towels, bedding, etc. This condo, if rented at all, needs to go for $99 a day until these issues are resolved, certainly not $225. Other management companies are allowing discounts due to construction and the noise, the inaccessible pools, decks, etc. There was none of this offered.

As always, we had a great time, the construction at Sunbird still ongoing, and it is almost done, but that will not interfere with the beautiful sunrises, sunset, and the beach, it was gorgeous. We had a few hiccups upon arrival, but Lucy was right on it and solved everything quickly. The restaurants and family activities places are back up and running. Thanks Lucy, I love staying at Sunbird, the location is the best and you will not be disappointed with this place. My family and I will be back sooner that you think!!!??

Lucy was excellent. She responded to our questions promptly and explained everything in detail. The condo was also very nice. We liked that there was an ocean view in every room of the unit. The sleeper sofa was more comfortable that one would have expected. Would definitely recommend!

I am taking reservations for Sunbird while the final phases of construction are being done. We have discounted the rates during March, April and possibly May if all is not finished by May. There is beach access now through Pineapple Willy's gate until the ground floor decking is complete. There are no ground floor rentals until decking is complete..

We stayed from July 11th to the 25th. Yes there is a large amount of construction going on. But we enjoyed our stay. If you are beach folks like us it was no problem. If you have small kids or just like the pool this won't be for you until construction is done. There is a beach access by the gate to pineapple willys they have a make shift water station(hose) to wash off sand and such so it's doable. The construction crews were respectable of work times so no waking up at 6am to hammering or banging. The parking lots are open and the elevators are all working. The hotel cancelled my reservation and refunded my deposit with no warning. I suspect they got a better offer. ----------------------------------- RESPONSE: John. You reserved in January 20/20 to arrive June 6, 2020. We wrongly predicted in January 2020 that repairs would be done by your arrival date of June 6, 2020. But here it is June 12, 2020 and still many things at Sunbird are not ready yet to rent. No deposit was required from you. Now July may be in doubt for all Sunbird's to be ready to rent... The 2018-19 winter season was to be my first winter vacation in Florida.Hurricane Michael had other ideas.On Oct.10th 2018 i had everything prepared to leave for Sunbird Condos on Oct.31st,bags packed suitcases packed did everything i needed to do to prepare my home for a NY State winter.Low and behold along comes Michael and changes everything.When Lucy called to tell me there would be no winter vacation that year of course i was disappointed.Lucy did her part flawlessly and professionally during a very difficult situation.Thank you Lucy for a job well done.

Check in was easy and personable. Condo was emasculate with beautiful views and lots of nice amenities including dinners on almost all of the lighting. Totally enjoyed our stay. The view of the gulf is beautiful, and we enjoyed the view of the center pool and the pretty lights at night in the pool. The Wi-Fi was great. The fridge was clean. The floors were very nice ceramic, and they were clean. The bedroom floor is especially lovely. Hooks were on the back of every door – very nice to have on vacation. The bathroom was clean (except dirty towel on hook in bathroom). The décor – pictures on the walls, knick-knacks – all were very nice and perfect for the beach stay. The bed was comfortable. The couch and loveseat – very nice, very pretty, comfy. Kitchen table and chairs – very nice – loved the white vinyl seats on the kitchen chairs. Furniture was all very nice. I appreciate Lucy’s promptness to fix two tub issues. The negative: The light from outside the bedroom window shone in – all night long – the mini blinds did not block the light – this was very annoying every night. The perfect fix is tie-back black-out curtains. $20 for a pair on Amazon. The bedroom tv needs upgraded. The volume would go in and out occasionally. Also, remotes didn’t work well on both tv’s, especially the bedroom one. There was no stopper for the tub and no drain screen -- but, when requested, it was provided. The plastic hot faucet handle in tub broke when I turned on the hot water. New hot/cold metal handles were installed when we reported this. Wood is damaged on the bedroom “closet”. NO DOORS on the closet – however there are doors in the pictures advertising 203W. There were no hangers, not a one – cheap wire ones would be better than none. The wall beneath the window in living room had plastic and painters tape on it. It would have been best to have a heads up on the damage. The elevators had no finished ceiling or flooring. We would have liked to have been told the condition of the building and that it was in repair mode. The center pool was non-operational for safety while hurricane damage was being repaired – just would have liked a heads up. There was a dirty towel on the hook on the back of the bathroom door when we checked in – not what you want when you check in to a place for the week. One of three bulbs was out over bathroom sink/vanity, no big deal. The two knobs on the bathroom cabinet didn’t match -- cheap fix. The stove was clean, except the burners under the coils were dirty – they just need changed out when dirty – cheap fix. The drop ceiling in kitchen – it was nice that it was a kind of see-through plastic and the light shone through it. BUT, it looks like there is trash or insulation or something in there that needs to be cleaned out (above kitchen counter area close to stove/microwave/toaster). The coffee pot – good that it was a Mr. Coffee – there is nothing better than a Mr. Coffee. But it was filthy. I cleaned the whole thing thoroughly before using it – the tank was black inside. I wiped it out with a paper towel and the paper towel was black – so I cleaned it inside and out. The chairs on the balcony were filthy. We had to clean them before sitting in them. If expecting guests, housekeeper should wipe them down a day before.

We finally made it to the beach, and as always my family and I had a great time. we open our eyes each morning over looking at the green/blue water of the gulf. The layout of this unit was perfect for our family. And as always Lucy and her team will not disappoint you, they are the greatest. Thank you Lucy, we will be back.

Beautiful condo. Every thing was planed perfectly. Got all passcodes emailed on time. Great view of the pool and beach. The only thing, and it was minor was the air conditioner thermostat would shut off. I noticed it had a low battery light. I shut it off and replaced with two new AA batteries, worked perfectly. . RESPONSE/RESPONSE - Thank you Steve for changing the batteries. The 203 West is a really nice condo...especially since the new bedroom floor, all rooms painted and different furniture. I love the views of that one too...not only the gulf view but a nice view of the center pool. Thanks for the stay.

The Condo was beautiful and clean!!! Very well decorated!! In the kitchen where the stove is its blocking one of the drawers with knifes and stuff and also the Dish washer door wont open all the way because of it. Great view from the room… The bed was a little hard but over all we loved it!!!! Expect the pool but we had the beautiful beach!! Would defiantly come back!! RESPONSE:. Had a great stay at Sunbird 1005 East. Have no complaints, room was nice and had all we needed. Have stayed several times over the last several years and definitely plan to stay again. We really liked the room layout and balcony of 1005 east. Thanks!

We enjoyed out 4 night stay at your condo and loved it! Although, small, it is a perfect retreat for one couple. Would not advise for more than two people. Everything was clean and nice. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. We will return for a couple retreat!

Absolutely loved our stay in 1106 W !! The condo was spacious clean and have a great view of the ocean not just from the balcony but from the whole entire living room! The sunbird condos itself is a great place in a great location very nice staff and I felt completely safe !

We stayed in 1004 West . This was our second time staying in this condo. The ocean views are amazing from the balcony. The condo is nice and cozy. And we really liked being right next door to Pineapple Willy's. We had beautiful weather and as always enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the stay and have loved the Sun Bird for years! The only complaint is the air conditioning made noise in the bed room when it ran. We owned e310 for years and it never sounded that bad. We will be back ne,t year! Thx
