The Sunbird has been around for a long time however the elevator worked very fast and the room was very bright and airy. Having a gate access to Pinapple Willy’s was great or you could just walk beachside. I would stay here again. THANK YOU AMANDA.

I am so glad my friend recommended Sunbird to me. My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Lucy was a pleasure to work with and made me feel special and comfortable with my first condo rental. The location is perfect and near the action for a spring breakers. The unit exceeded my expectations. It was fresh and clean upon arrival. It was perfect for the four of us. The price was more affordable than a hotel room and the full ocean view is amazing!! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. At no time did I hear any excessive noise or feel unsafe. I will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU DAWN!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mother, my two kids and I stayed at 503E and it was wonderful. My kids were on spring break and I was also celebrating my mother cancer free diagnosis with a well deserved trip to the beach. The unit was immaculate and it had everything I needed when you are traveling with kids and Mom. The ocean view was partial but priceless, we sat in the balcony at night to hear the ocean, we cooked at the condo, took light meals to the beach, and mom and I had diquiris from Pineapple Willy’s just a few steps away. Great area too for family activities day/night. We like it so much, I’ll be back soon, but this time just my husband and I. ?? THANK YOU LIDIA!

We had a wonderful stay in your condo 1004W, it was perfect and we really appreciate you accommodating us when Hurricane Nate came through by allowing us to stay in 103E an extra night at a discounted rate. My husband and I came to PCB to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and returned to the Sunbird for the 3rd time. This was our 1st time in 1108W and liked it very much. It was probably the smallest of the units we have stayed in, but definitely the nicest one. The décor was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with more than adequate dishes, cooking and eating utensils, and the view of the ocean was awesome. I just wish it had been a little cooler so we could have enjoyed more time on the balcony My only suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to operate the tv, ie, which remote does what, etc. We finally figured it out but it was a little nerve wracking messing with someone else's property and not feeling comfortable with what you are doing. Again though, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

The location and views or the best . 507w was nice room .we had no problems ,we cooked breakfast in the morning and we sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the views . We walked over to Willys live at night and loved it! The beach was great !

We stayed in 510E for 5 nights. I really loved the view of the ocean from the room. I found the room to be perfect for the 3 of us. I liked the parking area of the Sunbird because I don't have to go up and down several levels of a parking deck. I also found that the security did a good job of maintaining a safe environment around the complex, with regular patrols. I can't wait to stay at the Sunbird again! Also Lucy and Tanya were great to work with on booking the room. RESPONSE: Thank you for your review. The Sunbird Security has been doing an excellent job this year. Not having a parking ramp is one of the advantages of the Sunbird, plus the location that is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to Pier Park and the city fishing pier.

We will be checking out of condo 1005 Sunbird tomorrow 7/9/17. We would like to let you know we enjoyed the condo and our stay. What a great view from the balcony. I would like you to be aware that upon our arrival we did not have the number of towels listed on the contract. We counted 2 bath towels, 1 bath mat(small bath towel), 1 hand towel and 5 wash clothes. I did not want to lose our deposit due to the count being different than stated on the contract. Everything worked out fine. Also, some of the blinds in the bedroom as well as the living room window were missing. Again just to let you aware we do not want to be blamed for this. We took care of the condo as though it was ours.We will be returning to PCB and hope this condo is available at that time. *****************************************RESPONSE: Lorrie, Sometimes that happens during the busy season. The housekeepers leave a business card in the room for issues such as that and they will be glad to handle any cleaning or linens issues. If there is no business card left, then the guests should call me and I will contact them. The vertical blinds are an ongoing problem and hopefully the owners will replace them soon with pull back curtains. Thank you for your comments.

A little outdated as far as countertops, cabinets and fixtures go but worked out just fine. A.C. was cold. Good shower water pressure. Bed not too comfy but that is a preference. Balcony is on the point so the view is beautiful each way and the neighboring balconies are around corner walls so u have alot of privacy. This location is awesome in this building. Shout out to Lucy as i messed up my reserv and she worked to get me straight when she didnt have to. Not my first time to use her as "booking agent" and there is a reason why. Thank u Lucy. We loved our stay amazing place beautiful room! When we come back I would love to stay in the same room or maybe even higher!

This was a last minute reservation and I was a little nervous but it was an absolutely perfect stay! Lucy was so helpful, answering all of my questions and getting us our info quickly. We have stayed in PC many times but never at the Sunbird. I loved the complex, our condo view and the location. It was quiet and friendly, primarily families and couples. While the unit was older, it was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful oceanfront view from both the living room and the bedroom. We stayed on the beach until sunset and walked to some delicious restaurants for dinner...did not have to fight traffic. We will definitely be returning!!

We stayed in the Ocean Ritz 4 bdrm. The place was just as described. Had an issue with WiFi but Lucy was right on top of it. Elevators were slow and crowded but that's to be expected in PCB. Parking was an issue and the pool was small but the condo was great! I have no complaints and would stay there again! RESPONSE: This one was sold in September 2016. I no longer handle the rentals for it, but thank you for your review.

I wanted to tell you that I had an amazing time staying at your condo. I am pregnant and also a diabetic and have a hard time sometimes so being this close to the beach and staying at a place really nice and clean was amazing for me. I wish we could have stayed longer!!! Thanks again and we would love to stay again!!!!

Pros: Great view of the gulf, very comfortable living room furniture, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen..Nice new stove and the dishwasher was so quiet I wasn't sure it was on but it was on. Good a/c in the condo. Nice tile floors. Great icemaker in the refrigerator. Negatives: The balcony floor needs to be resurfaced (if that is the correct terminology). When I first saw it, I wondered if it was safe to walk on it. No washer/dryer but I knew that coming in...At least the laundry room downstairs wasn't ever crowded. Nice to have: A bigger TV..I've noticed when driving around that even the not so great motels on front beach road are offering 39 inch flat screens. On a couple of rainy days, I thought about renting a movie but there is no DVD in the condo. These things are not "deal breakers" but it's difficult to transition from a 60 inch TV at home to a 27 inch TV (I'm guessing that's what it is). I talked to some other owners, and most think that 40 inches is a pretty good size for a condo of this size. That seems about right to me. Overall, a pretty decent place to stay and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Walmart is also very close by. RESPONSE: Since this review, 604Wes has been updated with a 50 inch flat screen, new dishwasher and the balcony was resurfaced. Thank you for your review.

Enjoyed the location but unit #407W needs to be updated Cleaning needs attention This is our third stay at Sunbird RESPONSE: This condo was sold in December 2016. It was in need of updating which the new owner is doing. I no longer handle the rental for it, but thank you for your review.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean with an amazing view of the Gulf. Stayed in 604 west. Will definitely be back.

Stayed in this unit June 24- June 30. The unit was beautiful and well kept! Excellent full front view of the gulf! My children had a blast! My husband, children, and I created some great memories here and will return hopefully in the fall for fall break!

Just left 712 West after 3 nights. It was perfect. The condo was clean and looked exactlt as the pictures depicted it. We went straight to the balcony when we arrived and pretty much stayed there until we we went to the beach which was literally steps away. The views from the balcony were great. There were also views of the ocean from the couch. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there again. Lucy was great to work with!

The balcony and view were awesome. My husband caught a 32" red fish from beach out front.  Kathy at office was fabulous. She helped us get another spot in ramp. We will definitely continue renting from you and hopefully this unit.

We came down here for spring break, its like a 5 min walk from where everything is, right next door to pineapple willies didn't have to drive the whole break. The condo was very nice and it had an even better view... we had one technical issue she checked us out a day earlier then when we was suppose to leave but she corrected it fast but other then that, we had a wonderful spring break definitely will come back

My wife wanted the view and this unit deliver, yo can see the ocean from every angle in the condo awesome. the condos are literally in the middle of everything we will definitely come back

The sunbird has a lot of potential. The staff is friendly.. It is located in the middle of all the action PCB provides. They might need to start screening for stupid though. The spring break crowd was terrible for the most part. If you are young(under 30)you might like it. The highlight was seeing police with semi-automatic rifles when then crowd was getting loud. I really think if you avoid spring break this place would be awesome. We plan to come back in summer when the drunks aren't ruining a beautiful beach and very nice condo.

This is a well appointed condo with everything you need for a vacation.It is nice to have 2 bedrooms although the 2nd bedroom is very small but it is plenty of room for 2 children.I would definitely rent here again.

The location was perfect and with condo being gated it was wonderful. Great views and walking distance to everything.
