Love this condo. Very clean amazing view! Looking forward to staying here again!

Very spacious corner unit. One of the only units with an open kitchen rather than a galley layout. Having two guest beds with a pull out couch, and an extra murphy bed was very helpful. Direct access to the pool and parking lot from the balcony was super convenient.

We just wrapped up our stay at the sunbird 112w and I highly recommend this place especially for smaller families! We were a group of 3, one being our 5 year old daughter. The sheer convenience of this condo is superb. We loved the smaller pool being steps away and the free beach chair service was a great extra. The grounds were maintained well and the facility employees were very helpful and nice. The coin laundry was a bit of a hassle but we somewhat knew that going into it. We had an issue with the tap option on our credit card but we called the machine company and they handled it within an hour. Although we did not have a beach view being on the corner of the building, we had the convenience of unloading and loading our vehicle from the sliding door which was nice! If I could recommend one or two things for this condo it would be a king size bed and possibly a laundry basket. All in all we had an amazing vacation at an amazing location on a last minute whim!

Tanya’s condo was great and we enjoyed our stay and plan to book again when we come back PCB. Tanya is a great host and a great communicator with her guests.

We had an excellent stay! Absolutely gorgeous views! It was our first time staying directly on the beach, let me tell you, that is the best way! We ate lunch at Pineapple Willys and spent the whole time on the beach! We were amazed by the variety of marine life in the ocean.

Great location! The facilities are well taken care of. Our condo had been updated and was very clean. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for the week. The view of the ocean from the balcony was like a little slice of heaven!

It was clean. Comfortable. Stocked with essentials. Loved the make up towels. Amazing view. Great location. Has 3 different pools. Has swings on the beach. Love how it was gated to get in and had to have an armband. It’s down closer to st. Andrews state park so you’re not right in the middle of all the beach front road life!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed on the 5th floor and the elevators were super quick, which made everything so convenient. The beach view was absolutely amazing and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The condo itself was so cute, cozy, and beautifully decorated. My favorite part had to be the shower with the LED lights — such a fun and unique touch! Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

First and foremost, Tanya was a great host. The room was perfect for a couple! We enjoyed the beach chairs that were included with our stay. The condo is cute and decorated nicely! Bed was comfy. The balcony has a great view! Sunbird is in a great location on front beach rd but also convenient to the other end of the beach towards Thomas Dr as well. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was everything! the bed slept comfortably. My children and I enjoyed hearing the ocean’s waves; very relaxing! 10/10 will highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful view of the Ocean. We highly recommend stay here! we'll worth it. Tanya communicated with me about the A/C unit not working, but Tanya did have a Large Portable A/C that worked out just Great, very comfortable. The Bed was comfortable, couldn't hear other guests which was awesome. We are definitely going to book with Tanya in the future

We had the best stay here ! The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and being able to see the beach first thing every morning was wonderful ! It was our two sons first time at the beach and they had the best time playing in the sand and water and of course in the pools!

If your looking for a place with beautiful views, easy beach access and a great host, this is the place for you! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to come back!!

The space was as advertised. The place was clean and easy to find. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Great location…right on the beach, and within walking distance to beach shops, Wal-mart, etc. A tropical storm was churning in the gulf for half our stay, so the beach was double red-flagged closed the majority of our time, however, the pools were the saving grace for our 6-year old. Only 1 thing we thought could be altered that would have made our stay even better. The curtains didn’t quite fit the windows so we had to get creative to ensure privacy since the room was on the ground floor next to a main sidewalk. We were able to do it, but it took some wrangling and some strategically placed suitcases. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

Me and my family had an amazing time! Having the free chairs/umbrella for our stay was the best. We had a few hiccups but Tanya was very responsive and right on top of the whole situation. I will definitely be booking again!

The kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The room was very nice and clean. The decor was very beachy and nicely decorated. The only thing I would change if I were the owner is the chairs on the porch. they are the Adirondack chairs, and they are quite uncomfortable (hard) unless you put a chair pad on them as you have to lean way back to sit. One other change I would make is to put something nonslip on the bottom of the tub/shower area. If you are not careful, they could be a little slippery for the elderly. Other than that, it was a wonderful room. They had a lot of the cooking pans/silverware/utinsels etc Enjoyed the room overall

We loved every minute of our time in the condo. Tanya was an amazing communicator and it was so welcoming and amazing. We loved being steps from the beach and 3 pools!

Beautiful view from the room and felt clean from the moment we walked in to the time we left. We loved the shower and LED mood lighting for a relaxing bath. Rooms however did not have any fans, and got stuffy overnight. Would recommend bringing a fan if you get hot in your sleep. Otherwise, room was perfect for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Appreciated it wasn’t in the “mix of things” very calm area, but close enough to have a short drive to get a bite to eat. Would definitely stay here again.
