Great place for the weekend, enjoyed our stay!!

From the time we got here to the time we left everything was perfect. Ran into a small issue but I must say Tanya handled it right away. She responds fast, very polite, and caring . This unit was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It’s located right by the pool area just a few steps away from pool.

This is an ideal spot for a couple's get away. The property has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony, you've got great short distance access to an exclusive section of beach, the property itself has two cozy couches and two comfy recliners, and a large flat screen TV with access to all the popular streaming services for you to log into. Everything is in good working order and the property is clean and well maintained. Also, the host is a great communicator. If you've not Airbnb'd alot, I encourage you to reach out to her for info on things like linens and the thermostat. She was timely, clear and concise with her replies. To confirm what another guest said, there is plastic on the bed (which is spacious by the way), but it didn't affect our quality of sleep. So, give this property a whirl! PCB is a hidden vacation gem, and this is a great place to stay while you're visiting!

Tanya was an outstanding host. The condo was everything and more than what we expected. Great views, great accommodations and a wonderful beach to enjoy.

This was our third stay at SunBird and at this point we consider it a second home. The facilities are always impeccably cleaned and to date we have never had an issue with a stay. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Definitely recommend staying on the first floor like this room, because it stays cool in the room! Easy access to the pool and beach!

We loved our time at the Sunbird. The place was perfect for me and my 2 daughters, the shower was huge and we never ran out of hot water! We didn't cook(just sandwiches and light breakfast) but all the kitchen stuff we needed was there and looks very well stocked. If you book at spring break time be aware it is right beside a public access point so the beach is a pass through on their way to wherever it is they went. It didn't bother us but I can see where it might some. The view is amazing. The elevators were clean and fast. The other renters/tenants friendly. Parking was always available. Beach chair rental right out the gate on the beach - and the young man there was super nice. Great place, wonderful view, beach pristine! and Tonya was super responsive and great with answering all my questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s condo. This place will hold a special memory for us because we got engaged on night one!! The place was clean and comfortable, we felt safe and relaxed the entire time.

The space was perfect for our small family of 3. Spotless and exactly as pictured. Easy check in and simple check out instructions. The shower was incredible after beaching all day. We enjoyed using the heated pool as well! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and Walmart is nearby to get groceries. Great location and many activities within walking distance. We visited during spring break so there was extra security which made us feel even safer. 10/10 all around! :)

We had a great time. Condo was very nice and also very convenient being right next door to Pineapple Willys. Property manager Tanya is awesome as well.

We’ve stayed in PCB well over a dozen times over the years and we both agreed this was our favorite place that we have stayed. Excellent location, views from condo was just as described and the condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Our next visit we will definitely look up Tanya’s place first to see if it’s available and thanks to Tanya for the fast response on a last minute stop for us.

This is my 5th year staying at the Sunbird. First year in this unit. It was beautiful, clean and had a beautiful view as they all do. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

I stayed in this unit, 510East for the second time this September for almost two weeks. It’s a comfortable and clean. Great view of sunsets. No view of sunrise, but I was asleep anyway. Nice unit.

Great views from the balcony and Tanya was a great host, responding promptly

The view from the balcony is truly remarkable, and waking up to the sunrise each morning is a breathtaking experience. We wish we had had more time to enjoy this setting, as we were not fully prepared to return to our daily responsibilities. We extend our sincere appreciation for providing us with such an exceptional experience.

Tanya literally saved our vacation. The night before we were leaving for PCB the host at the condo we had reserved & paid 4 mths prior sent an email that air conditioner went out & we can't stay there. They had nothing else available to offer us. My husband our 12yr old son & myself was devesated to say the least. I filled out info online at 9:00 pm Saturday night & had not only got a response back but by 9:10 pm we had the condo booked for the week, we also got 2 chairs for the week included that would of cost us another $350. She was also kind enough to let us check in at 11 a.m. The condo was very nice & clean! Had everything a family would need. Including a gorgeous view! I don't think she understands how she turned everything around for us at the last minute & made it better. We will be booking with her from now on!

It was a nice quick get away. Room is as the pictures project. Not too small but big enough for a couple easily. Tanya communicated great and the check in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

The condo was the perfect size for my wife & I. The views were fantastic from anywhere inside & on the balcony. Everything was neat & clean. And easy access to the elevators. We would stay there again.

This condo was so fresh and clean! Located right next to the pool which was PERFECT for the kiddos. It being next to the parking lot also made loading and unloading SO easy. Check in was flawless, we had some issues in the beginning with the AC but Tanya had it fixed in no time! We would totally stay here again!

The Condo was nice and clean with fully equipped kitchen laundry facilities. Great proximity to shopping, restaurants and bars. The best feature are the beach and pool. Will recommend and book another stay.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Everything was safe and secure. Condo was clean and well kept. Will definitely book again for my next visit.

This place? A total vibe. Walk in, and it’s like the ocean gave you a bear hug—amazing views, salty air, and sunsets that could make a grown adult cry. The condo is fresh, stylish, and way comfier than it has any right to be. Balcony mornings and cocktail sunsets? Yes, please. Plus, you’re steps from the sand and dangerously close to Pineapple Willy’s. Basically, it’s beachfront magic without the chaos. 10/10, would move in permanently if they’d let me.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a month (Feb 22-Mar 23) and really enjoyed this space. The beach is footsteps away, as is the only heated pool in the place, the barbecues, the gym, and the laundry. The trash area is next to the laundry, but we didn’t have and trouble from it the way the other reviewer did (perhaps that’s a seasonal issue?). It doesn’t have an ocean view, but other than that it’d be hard to have a better location. Tanya was very responsive and the building’s staff was great. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Walmart is walking distance. The “Murphy bed” was comfortable. A friend of mine used it for a few nights. The bedspread is “linty” like a previous reviewer said but it’s not dirty. (We washed it ourselves and the “linty-ness” remained.) We left right as springbreakers were arriving. I got the impression that this general area of PCB can get pretty rowdy, although most of those in the building were families or retirees.

This unit, while not being completely ocean front, is partial ocean front with super easy access to the pool, Pineapple Willy’s and the parking lot, as it’s located on the ground floor. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and easy to convert. Everything is updated. Even though it was February, we walked the beach everyday, and swam in the heated pool. And the property manager is always available, which is takes away all the worry!

We were very pleased with the location of the condo. The room was clean and very welcoming! The host communicated consistently and addressed all concerns. Will book this room again soon!

Loved the condo, clean great location easy access to beach and my big favorite is the upgraded fancy shower! Great view off patio of ocean. Felt totally safe will definitely rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 507W condo at Sunbird. The condo was well supplied with virtually any necessities needed. The furniture was comfortable and the large screen TV as well as the bedroom TV were appreciated. The only caveat was previous renters had left chips and dip in the microwave that was not detected or cleaned by the cleaning staff. Everything else was wonderful. We will try to rent the same condo again on our next trip if available.

I've stayed 3 times at the Sunbird and twice in the same unit. I will only stay at the Sunbird. You feel safe. No beach access unless you know the Code. Same for entering the gates to the parking and Condo. Security is awesome. Now for the Condo - it's the best. 3 swimming pools to choose from which means it's never overcrowded. The Condo is just perfect and I feel so at home there. You have everything that you need. All you have to do is relax and enjoy. The views are amazing. Tanya was awesome also. She responded to my emails promptly and answered any question that I had for my stay. You can not go wrong staying at the Sunbird.

Great location and price!

Tanya was great to work with we didn’t have any problems. The only thing that I would recommend is a new mattress on the bedrooms bed and the sofa bed they were very uncomfortable and caused us both back pain but other than that it was clean. Sharky’s was a very good place to eat. I would recommend this condo to stay in. Thank you Tanya for the hospitality..

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Our stay in 1005E was absolutely wonderful. From the view to the amenities - everything was fantastic. The room was perfect for the two of us. The security staff was also extremely nice and very helpful if we had any questions. Being so close to Pineapple Willy's was another great benefit that we definitely took advantage of! Thank you to the staff for their hard work and hospitality as well!
