We stayed in the Precious Memories Cabin for a long weekend. On our check out day we woke up to beautiful snow. We were worried about how we would get down from the Mountain but around 8 AM a tractor cleared the road for us to leave safely. The cabin was beautiful and had a beautiful view but convenient to the grocery store and gas stations. It was very spacious and was exactly what our family needed. We will definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd time using Paradise Ridge Cabin Rentals. Both cabins we stayed in had everything we needed and more. They are clean and exactly as represented. The location is great, seclusion with the convenience of being close to all the attractions you could want.. The owners were so helpful when we had questions. Our family will stay with them for all our future visits!

We enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Ridge Cabin for an extended weekend getaway. Well equipped, clean, and quiet. Hope to be back some day.

Another great stay! The cabin seems to get better every year!! We like to stay at least once a year. It is so peaceful and quiet. While it is a very secluded spot, it is also very close to all the sights, shopping and eateries. We look forward to our next trip asap. Thanks for being such great hosts!

We enjoyed our visit and stay at this location. The views of the mountains are amazing. The owners communicated with us until we were able to get into the house due to the snow storm. We plan on coming back soon so we can actually visit Dollywood.

My fiance and I had a very lovely stay. The cabin was clean, quiet, and secluded. We loved the jacuzzi tub and hot tub. I would definitely recommend this cabin and if we're ever in the area again, we will definitely consider renting properties from them!

We had a terrific weekend celebrating Christmas with extended family. Everyone enjoyed the cabin, there was something for everyone. Having every meal at the cabin was easy in the well-stocked kitchen. The younger family members loved the hot tub and pool table while the "older" generation enjoyed games at the long dining table. Of course, bear sightings while hiking was a great highlight! Danny and Tara were very responsive and helpful and we appreciated their hospitality! We would definitely rent again!

Had a wonderful time in the Smokies. Bear Mountain Cabin is conveniently located to both Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. We had minor issues with the cabin and they were promptly and cheerfully taken care of. Thanks for providing a comfortable and relaxing place to base our vacation from. I would recommend your cabins for anyone.

This is our fourth stay with Paradise. We have stayed with friends and co-workers at large cabins, at an intimate 2 room cabin and now the Smoky Mountain Memories cabin. All have met the same high level of cleanliness, amenities, and customer service. We will continue to create memories in the future with Paradise Rentals and recommend it highly to others!

Our visit to Bear Cave was wonderful! This was our first time to the area and we can’t wait to get back. The cabin was easy to find and was so cozy and nice. It was the perfect romantic getaway we needed. Our experience was one I’ll never forget!

We decided to rent a cabin for Fall Break to take the kids and grandkids for a mountain vacation, I am so glad we did. We had a wonderful time and the cabin was everything we had hoped it would be!!! It wasn't too far up in the mountains just far enough to enjoy that mountain feel. It was very clean and decorated so cute following the black bear theme throughout the cabin. It was also very convenient to Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We definitely plan on staying here again!!!

Our stay was very comfortable. The cabin is quite spacious and has a good assortment of utensils and appliances. We were fortunate to have superb weather for hiking and access to the national park through Wears Valley was a lot easier than going through Gatlinburg. Views from the cabin porches are magnificent and the hot tub was just right..

We had an amazing time on our family weekend vacation! This cabin was absolutely perfect and so beautiful! The views are breath taking, and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch with the beautiful mountain views. We will be going back to stay in this cabin, we found our perfect place to stay! What can I say! Gorgeous cabin (mansion) at the top of the world; views to die for, etc. Enough bedding for a family reunion. I would definitely stay there again...and...refer friends!

Traveling for us during the pandemic, especially being in our 60's and 70's, felt risky. We came armed with our cleaning supplies and disinfectants. Before we brought anything into the cabin, I went through wiping down everything. It was a wasted effort -- EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS...NOT A SPECK OF DUST OR A FINGERPRINT SMUDGE. We settled in, comforted in knowing our hosts had taken good care of us. The ramp and the wide doorways certainly addressed our handicap access needs. The only suggestion we would make is to install safety bars in the bathrooms (at least one of those downstairs) near the toilet and inside the shower. Thank you again for a cabin clean and safe. We will definitely be visiting again and will recommend it to all who will listen.

We had a wonderful time at this secluded cabin .Plenty of room for all 9 of us.Close to everything.Went for a lot of long rides and seen a lot of wild life ,Deer,turkey and 15 bear .Beautiful scenery .Hope to go back someday.Give it 5 stars .

What a wonderful cabin, just like the pictures.A great getaway for my children and grandchildren. We made lots of memories. The youngest one who is 4 called it our Tennessee tree house.

Had an amazing visit. This was our 2nd visit to Black Bear Cabins. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. We even got to see a bear on this visit. Will definitely plan to return. Highly recommend to friends and family.

The Precious Memories cabin exceeded our expectations. We loved the balconies off of every room and the breathtaking views! We enjoyed the close proximity to the park entrance and the cute shops in Townsend. I highly recommend this cabin and hope to visit again soon.

Our family of six was looking for a cabin with a majestic view, somewhat remote, but not too far from town. We found the perfect place! We made some great memories enjoying the hiking, whitewater rafting, and touristy items but were able to spend the mornings and nights at the cabin with a stunning view in a peaceful area. Exactly what we were looking for in a mountain getaway.

This was our first time staying with Paradise Ridge Cabins. However, it won't be our last. We loved the location of the cabin. It was so peaceful. We even seen a bear in the back yard. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived. Once we spoke with Paradise Ridge, the issues were corrected immediately.

Paradise Vacation rentals provided great directions as well as a clear and accurate description of the property but they did not do the view Paradise View Cabin justice. It was a great view that changed throughout the day as the Smokies came to life. The experience was relaxing with seating all throughout the property. We felt as if we owned the mountain and could quickly enter town with ease.The fully equipped kitchen, billiards room, and large laundry facility were great added bonuses.

This house land rental company where by far the best that we have used in the Smoky's. What a wonderful week and the house was beautiful. We will be back.

This is the ninth year that we have rented this cabin. We have never been disappointed. We usually have eight of us but have had as many as eleven. We come from a variety of different states and this is a great location for us to meet up. The cabin is clean. The view is spectacular. The beds are comfortable. We love the fireplace. But our favorite thing is the big table by the kitchen. It is perfect for our shared meals and for our crazy games. Once we are at the cabin there’s really no reason to leave. Mark and Debbie have been great to work with. We plan to come back again next year. And we highly recommend this cabin.
